It's sad that a new business believes that their food is so great that customer service doesn't need to exist. I might about that though because the food I just got is horrible. As most of us are stuck at home and with every place changing their hours all the time it's hard to know who's still open after 8pm so when you see the place you've been wanting to try is open and you place an order in anticipation and being hopeful that this new place is going to be as good as it claims. Unfortunately my first attempt (as well as my second with these guys but 3rd over all on postmates and I'm not letting them off the hook either, all will be explained) this evening my order was cancelled about 15 minutes before the 55 minute ETA was about to expire. Now many of you who eat a but later may do so for the same reasons I do which is because I've been so busy doing other things that it tends to get later than I realize and so when I order around this time of the night I'm not hungry, I'm HANGRY, and it's not anyone else's faiult but mine and if any of these place we now depend on would make their ETAs there wouldn't be any issues but they more often don't make the ETAs at all. In fact since Postmates started their earlier delivery option for $2 which I have chosen every time to use but have yet to pay for it because none of them have ever made it. So now it's almost an hour after I made my original order and I am now on a mission for some chicken wings because that's what I had ordered from this shit hole and not wings were the only thing that were going to satisfy my loud grumbling stomach that is now filled with disappointment instead of anything that I had ordered an hour before. Fuck it I'll just go with the good ol' standby B-Dubz... order placed... 45 minutes... ordered cancelled. Now both times this happened tonight the reason given was "Too Busy" and in this current economy it must be nice to be too busy to serve customers, that's a problem we'd all like to have I'm sure, especially if we were offering a quality service or product and when it was suggested to me to go with my original order by Postmates again I said fuck it and hit the reorder button... FML, this could be the worst decision I've made this year so far. I got an ETA of 11:05, my original order I placed with them was around 8:45pm and as the time was tick tocing closer to the end of my latest ETA it was not looking like I was going to get to try any of the things I ordered that were described so eloquently as to make me believe these would be the most delicious wings I have ever had. Low and behold at 11:03 I was notified my Postmate had arrived, but now my ETA is 11:20 because there was an issue with the merchant. Obviously there was an issue with the merchant because these are quite literally the worst fucking wings I have ever seen and/or tasted, like they puposefully went out of their way to make my dinner as horrible as it could be. So now about 4 hours of my time has been wasted, they put a $40 hold on my card for a $16 order and that's not really an d issue but I look at that and it's like I paid $40 to get shit and so there's no motivation to attempt this process again so I'm going to bed HANGRY AF, annoyed, confused as to how anyone could treat anyone else this horribly after all we're going through right now. What kind of person messes with a man's dinner so late at night and this is a fairly new business you'd think they'd be going out of their way to make better impressions with the community instead of this crap my dog won't even touch, over cooked so much that there were pieces of bone in every bite, Thanks So Sinful Delights, welcome to the neighborhood
