Smokin' Sammich

Had a fantastic meal & experience at Smokin' Sammich last night. This has to be one of the friendliest restaurants we've been to in Vegas. The cashier immediately greeted us and was eager to tell us about the menu since it was our 1st time. I opted for a rice bowl with chicken katsu and all rice. The chicken katsu was cooked perfectly; great crispy outside, juicy chicken inside. The spring rolls that come with the bowl were also fantastic. I also thoroughly enjoyed the tonkatsu sauce that came with my dish. It was a huge portion too and I ended up enjoying leftovers today for lunch. My husband got the chopped smoked pastrami sandwich with fries. He loved how flavorful the pastrami was and that it wasn't overly salted or fatty. The fries were also bangin'. While dining in, we had the pleasure of meeting both owners, Larry & Tim. These were just great fellas that radiated joy and seemed very prideful of their restaurant. It was great to learn that nearly everything is made on site. Larry even let us sample 2 flavors of their pork rinds that are made in house; BBQ & Plain. They were the best pork rinds we've ever had, so of course we left with a bag to take home :) The entire restaurant was also extremely clean as well as the restrooms. This is truly a gem of a spot. We will definitely be back, next time to try the smoked brisket sandwich and the chicken teriyaki rice bowl!

My husband is a huge fan of brisket and I've never been a fan because every restaurant makes it so dry. This is the first time I've actually liked brisket... it was so tender and flavorful. We also got the pork belly which was soft and smokey. Noodles were great and I didn't even have a chance to eat the egg rolls because my picky toddler ate them before I had a chance We got a whole bunch of sauce to go but didn't end up using any of them because the food was already great. Will be coming back!

First-time customers and the food was AMAZINGLY delicious! We like their noodle, grilled pork, pork rinds, and egg rolls authentic flavors. We are hoping that eventually, they will sell egg rolls in a party tray Customer service was outstanding the place was clean and people were so nice and polite. We will order food here in the future and we highly recommend this place.

Anyone else that says sammich is already a winner in my book!! We had been waiting for them to open and I am so happy they officially are because WOW!!!! First - the service is amazing! I think it's a family that owns and runs this delicious spot and I love them already!! They were so friendly and welcoming and deserve all the amazing reviews they are getting already!!! Everything (but the tuna) is made in house!! The pork rinds....they are dangerously addicting!!! We had the pork belly bowl and the brisket sammich, it's a lot of food and putting the fork down even though I was full was tough to do!! I can not wait to go back and try other menu items!! The spring rolls did not get skimped out on either...full of flavor AND filling! My only selfish request is being able to get half and half bowls. Like I would love a half pork belly and half brisket bowl....just sayin! Very clean location with several tables, not really a spot for big groups unless you move tables around. We went in about 30 minutes before they closed and they were just as welcoming as I am sure they are all day! We took our meals to go, they did not take long at all to put our food together and even gave a sample of their BBQ flavored pork rinds while we waited. Already thinking about how soon until we go back!

I checked out Smokin' Sammich the other day and had an excellent meal.The restaurant is located in Silverado Ranch (same shopping center as Don Tortaco and Dutch Bros), it's very clean, and has plenty of seating for dine-in.Their menu consists of smoked, grilled, and fried meats - either as a sandwich or in a bowl.The bowls come with 2 spring rolls, steamed rice, and noodles plus your choice of meat. I ordered one with pork belly and one with chicken. Both meats were very tender and flavorful. You can tell that the meats are prepared fresh to order and so were the sides. The portion size is generous (I only ate half) and I have a pretty big appetite.I also ordered a hot link on the side, which was also very delicious.The chef/owner and staff were nice, friendly, and very enthusiastic about their offerings.I got a bag of chicharon to go for my afternoon snack too but I already started eating it before I even got my lunch. Overall, I had a great experience and I look forward to going again.

My 2nd time here. Awesome food again!! This time I ordered chicken teriyaki rice bowl with half rice, half noodles and 2 chicken lumpia. Hubby ordered the pork sausage sandwich with fries. We went on a sunday afternoon and it was pretty quiet. They smoke all the meat inhouse they mentioned. Really really soft brisket. The pork teriyaki was also so good. Served with pancit and lumpia. The serving was pretty big too. The bbq sauce on the table paired well with it. They also had just cooked up some fresh pork rinds or chicharron so they offered us some free samples. So good!

This place is insanely good!Don't be fooled by the Asian fusion bbq spin on the menu. This is as good as any bbq you'll find anywhere!Yes, they do offer white sticky rice, or noodles, with their plate options instead of what you'd normally think of with bbq. However, this slight spin on things just leaves more room in your stomach for the important things...the meats!I've been in twice in the first week of finding this place and have tried the pulled pork, brisket, teriyaki chicken, pork belly, fried swai fish, jalapeno cheddar sausage, and their house made pork rinds! Though I have my favorites, the margin is so close that I literally would be happy with any of these options!This place needs to be supported as we can't afford to lose a quality place such as Smokin Sammich!!

Stopped by for a to-go order and couldn't be happier with our dinner! From the moment we walked in, we were greeted warmly by the staff, who gave us great recommendations. We decided on the brisket bowl and the pork belly bowl, and while we waited, they treated us to some crispy pork rinds--which were so good we were tempted to buy a whole bag!The restaurant was clean with lots of seating. The condiment bar was a standout - so many toppings you're free to get and a variety of sauces to choose from. Our favorite sauces were the spicy BBQ and spicy teriyaki--both added the perfect kick to the meal. When we got home, we were impressed by the generous portions; definitely a bang for your buck! I also loved the option to do half chow mein, half rice, plus 2 egg rolls in each bowl, which made the meal even more satisfying.Both bowls were delicious, but I can't stop thinking about that pork belly-- the flavors were perfection. We can't wait to come back and try more from the menu!

MUST TRY!!! Sadly I ate the food before I took a picture. It was that good!! Some of the best brisket I've had. The noodles that came with the Rice bowl were delicious as well. Had to leave a review after seeing how little business they got during lunch time. Seriously a must try!! We need to keep this place in busines!
