Smoke Shop Plus

When I walked in my mouth dropped. They have such beautiful artistic pieces of glass here for an amazing price. And a very friendly staff.I have been all over town looking for a good spinner cap and Terp pearls. Jay had a pretty good selection of caps and more terp pearls than any smoke shop I've seen, so that was nice. I walked out with two pearls and two caps for less than 20 out the door. The last spinner cap I bought didn't have enough airflow and the pearls were too small and I paid almost 40 bucks just for the 1 cap and 2 little pearls.This is the best smoke shop on the south side of town, and probably my favorite overall in town. Thank you guys for the awesome service, I will definitely be back regularly.

This old piece of shit man that works there can even break a 20$ wants you to buy more just to break it. The products are cheap break easily, the snacks are expired and stale, even the cigarettes are expired

Very poor business practice here. Keeps items on display and for sale known to be broken. I was browsing dab pens and this product was reasonably priced at $29.99. Not the cheapest and not the most expensive. Middle of the road. It was behind glass. Asked clerk for it and he immediately told me all pens are sold as-is and non-refundable. Immediate red flag, right?! I asked to see it work and he wouldn't let me unbox it. He had to do it. Another red flag, right?! He hits the button, light turns blue, looks good. So I buy it. Charge it 4 hours per instructions and it doesn't work at all. Clerk never gave me the receipt either and I didn't think to ask at the time. Since I was told no returns/refunds, I'm working with the manufacturer to get a replacement but will still cost more money. Manufacturer was even surprised that model was still for sale anywhere because it is so old. Poor, pathetic excuse for a business model. Smoke shops are a dime a dozen. Do yourself a favor and stay away from this place. All the red flags and I bought anyway. That's my fault. Now I just wanna help my fellow smokers and consumers.

Jay and his dad are the coolest. There was a week or so where I probably stopped in here every single day with more questions and necessities to purchase in an attempt to broaden my horizons on smokable 'tobacco' dabs.. lol, and not once did they say "are you serious, this girl again?". They were nice and friendly and even when my husband went in once or twice they gave him a great deal on a vape for himself and one for me. I love small family owned businesses. Support your community, they deserve it.

I will only go to this smoke shop for all of my needs; they are consistent, provide quality customer service and have a large variety of options for everyone. I've been a customer for well over 6 months and Jay and his father are the best! They always provide me with suggestions that are catered directly for me. Check them out, even if you're just shopping. They can provide you with any knowledge or info you're looking for, at great competitive prices too!

From what I have experienced and from what my Son has experienced is that the old man is an awful individual, but because of his Son Jay, you will have a pleasurable experience when he is working. Apparently, the old man that owns this shop has absolutely no customer service experience or just chooses to be very disrespectful, rude, calls some of his customers liars, and refuses to exchange an item if broken to his customers. If it weren't for Jay this shop probably would have gone under along time ago. My suggestion is let Jay run the shop and hire someone with customer experience. This way in the end they will pull in returning customers that will keep coming back, making more money and always have great reviews. Having unhappy customers can literally destroy a business. Sure the owner probably says he can't afford to hire someone, but can he? Having someone with great customer experience and service will not only bring in more happy customers that will come back, but the money that will be made will not only pay for the additional help and the store with definitely profit. Just a thought.

I had one good experience at this location with the young gentleman who no longer works there. I went in today and spoke with the owner, I didn't even get off his ass to help me. Super unhelpful. I wanted to spend $300 but I will take my business elsewhere

Great shop. Been coming here for a while and the owner and his son are always friendly and helpful.. Fair prices, consistently good customer service, clean store, always well stocked... not to mention they have some beautiful glass. Would def recommend.
