I've purchased items in here on several occasions and never had anything but a positive experience. Good, decent and kind staff have always helped me in making decisions that led to a sound purchase and monetary savings at the same time. Easily 5 stars all day long.

My experience has been absolutely TERRIBLE. I went to the store to buy my favorite vape juice and they sold me expired bottle (expired 09/20). Not a big deal as I understand things happens. I noticed it was expired at home and called them about it. When I called, the lady told me first that it can't be because their products don't show any expiration dates and then she changed her story saying that well actually they have dates and they are not expired. I said that this is great that they are not, but the one I got is expired so I would like to either exchange it or get a refund. She dropped the call and my husband went there to get a refund or an exchange. The lady took the bottle and came back saying that this bottle doesn't have expiration date (SHE WIPED IT OFF) and when my husband told her that he took a picture of the bootle right before he came in (WITH THE DATE ON IT) she started recording him saying that he is accusing her of wiping it off and she will notify all the other stores about him. She also stated again that non of their bottles have expiration dates, which is pretty interesting since I am pretty sure that according to the law this is not legal and I am curious what FDA and BBB will have to say about it. If they went ahead and have been fair to their customers I wouldn't have even leave a review, but since we have been treated in this absolutely unprofessional and unacceptable way I will be taking actions and letting people know that this is an extremely shady business. Do not buy anything from them that doesn't show the expiration date. P.S. After 20 min of fighting we finally received the refund which I will be definitely checking if it shows up on my account.UPDATE, reply to the owner's answer:I don't know if your camera has audio or not but he has NOT accused her of wiping it off. Honestly even if he did I don't see how this is the main issue? She showed the bottle with magically wiped off expiration date to which he said that "things happen and maybe it was by mistake BUT he took a picture right before entering the store" which you can definitely see on your camera recording when he is showing her the picture... Regarding the call that I made, I would love if you had recorded calls to check it, I had to argue with your employer and when I asked for a refund or an exchange she literally started laughing and saying that unless there is something wrong with the juice I do not qualify for the refund. To which I said that there IS something wrong with it... it being expired is what is wrong with it. I got an answer that this expiration dates don't really matter they just put them on the bottles but they are not really bad after the expiration date... I don't know how professional that is and this was not very diplomatic response either. Appreciate the apology but we definitely won't be coming back as long as this is how customers are treated there. Never have I encountered something like this.

This is a great shop with a large variety of products. The owner, Sing is knowledgeable, patient and helpful. When shopping for a vape and the appropriate hardware it's vital to have someone who takes the time to make sure you get what you need. Sing, does exactly that and assembles the product for you. Our favorite smoke shop for Kratom. They have a lot of choices with competitive pricing for a local shop. The owners work very hard to have the shop open every day from morning to night.

Excellent Kratom selection!Prices are significantly lower than most other shops that I've been to - and I mean *significantly*. I bought a bottle of 50 .75 mg capsules for TEN dollars less than I paid for the exact same product at a smoke shop across town. How is this possible?I was also impressed with the many options - in terms of brands, strains, types (powder, capsules, extracts, tinctures, etc) and sizes of packaging. Mostly places have limited options. Here, you can get several smaller packages of different strains to try them out OR go big for a greater discount.clean and friendly store with helpful staff.Honestly, this is now my go-to stop for Kratom and supplies. Highly recommended!

Went to this location today to buy Kratom. The gentleman behind the counter was very helpful. They had a good selection of strains ( Maeng Da, Red, Bali) both in powder and capsules. Not only he helped me choose the best value for my money but also advised me on the best product for the effect I was trying to achieve after the car accident I got involved recently. Great store and even better customer service. Five stars.

I asked her if she would take them off the shelves and not screw over her customers. She said she wouldn't take them off the shelves because they keep selling. IN CONCLUSION: THESE GUYS ARE RIP OFFS AND DONT DESERVE MY BUSINESS OR YOURS.

Surprised how many Kratom and CBD products they carry. My favourite is the Green Valley Organics brand.

BUYERS (and especially women) BEWARE!!! My fiancé went in to buy me a battery for my cartridges. She was sold a display battery with no case or charger for $16 plus tax. No receipt was offered as well. She didn't realize she had been taken advantage of. What kind of establishment sales previously used items with no way of charging them?! The ooze 512 threaded battery lasted a few hours and it's Sunday so no way to get in before they close to get this situated. Calls are also not being answered. Way to get a customer and loose their trust at the same time!

I came in tonight before closing to purchase an elf bar and when I got home and opened up the package it did not work. Even tried to put it on the charger and it still didn't work. This is now the second time I have purchased a vape and it didn't work straight out of the box. First time I tried to get a replacement for the first defective vape it was a struggle to get a new one. Hopefully when I come in tomorrow to get this situated that will not be the case.
