Fresh produce and friendly staff great customer service but they need to upgrade new shopping cards

Meat section is gross, chicken was discolored and noticeably smelled so I looked at the other meats and was still pretty disgusted.

This is the worst location in Las Vegas, and it has nothing to do with the employees. Every employee I have ever interacted with has been polite. The outside of the store constantly has a homeless issue with them gathering at the entrance and walking around. I have seen them try car doors to see if they are locked. There was an issue today with a homeless lady blocking traffic and running in front of cars. They are constantly asking for money and are pretty instant about it. The inside of the store always seems busy. They NEVER have carts. Bring one from the parking lot or you will just be walking back out to get one. It's super annoying and I have never seen an employee go get carts. The selection is ok but not as vast as other Smiths locations. It's also not near as fresh. They obviously do not check for expired products and foods. Attached is a picture from today. The produce area always has less than fresh produce. You have to be very selective in what you purchase. This store has the potential to be a good store. But it's going to take a strong leader, discipline, commitment and passion to get it there. Unless that happens, pick another location.

Trash. It's been a while since I been to this location but I remember why it's been so long, the security guard literally stood by me as I paid for my groceries at self checkout. Like no more than 2 feet eyes directly on me. This kind of thing is never going to subside. I literally him. "Don't worry, I'm not going to steal from this shit whole. Nothings stocked anyways" then he walked away. They didn't even have grocery bags stocked for the self check out. The while place smelled like garbage

This is really not a great grocery store.1) there are beggars in the parking lot almost every time I go there, accosting people2) the butchery has flies in it - like, a lot of flies3) they don't even carry basic things like heavy cream, just a fake creamer with artificial thickener in it

Got what i needed, LETTUCE, and was good. Packaged Romaine Hearts, fresh and affordable. Grabbed a few things, that I didn't need, like a New York style Cheesecake, which was good. Nothing fancy but not bad either, and with an affordable price. It also was the closest to where we stayed. Plenty parking and not too busy where i didn't need to wait to pay.

This place employs an army of loss prevention officers and like NO cashiers. Which would probably be ok if their self checkout section were ever fully functioning. It is the closest store to me otherwise I would never go

I walked out of this smiths as it was a mess. I also didn't feel safe. Long lines for the bank inside. And homeless people approaching you left and right.

I usually come by at this location because of the US Bank is also inside.I have to say this branch has a lot very unfriendly employees, and rude to say the least.But everytime I come by Dante's lane, he is always friendly and always ready to deliver amazing customer service. Kudos! Thank you for coming to your job and actually seems to be happy to be working.

Worst grocery store in Las Vegas.At 1:30 on a Wednesday afternoon you could tell that they are extremely understaffed by the 30 minute. Wait line to check out your groceries. And don't worry about security. They're too busy surfing their phone and watching people in leggings to notice if people are actually stealing or not.
