We were in Las vegas for the NAB exibition 2 weeks ago. we came across completely by chance and decided to try it as soon as we saw it with my 8 year old daughter. it was really an amazing experience. The employees are happy, interested and very entertaining. we had a great time. Unfortunately, they do not have branches elsewhere yet but I can't wait to visit one more time asap. recomended for sure

*This review is mainly about my booking experience, as we were never actually able to attend our scheduled appointment.*We had scheduled an appointment a week ago for my five-year-old's birthday. Two hours before the appointment, I received a text message that said "Erin, your appointment has been canceled, please call the reschedule, blah blah blah". I was obviously super confused and called the store three or four times and was able to reach someone. She asked me if I had received my text message, to which I said I had and read it aloud to her. She put me on hold and after a few minutes said I should've received another text message explaining further and to find that message in my phone for further instruction. After some digging, I did find it filtered out, letting me know our facilitator wasn't available at our scheduled time anymore and to rebook online. The lady over the phone was super polite, but I had a very hard time accepting that the instructor basically called out, or just decided to show up late, yet they were accepting walk-ins during that time. Our appointment was scheduled for 1:30 and she said the instructor wouldn't be there til 1:15 and would not have enough time to set-up, but we were welcome to just walk-in at that time and hope she had time. This whole thing was a sh*t-show to say the least and I am very glad I didn't tell my daughter we were going here because it would've really upset her to have it canceled last minute.While I understand businesses around the country are dealing with being short-staffed, etc., this is a business geared towards SMALL CHILDREN. These kids don't understand the logic of "Sam didn't show up to work today so now you don't get a birthday party" like adults unfortunately do. I am sure this is a great experience, it's such a cool concept, but I am very disappointed at the lack of care towards your tiny customers.

This place does not even deserve a star. They close at 8pm and we were literally there at 7:03. They have the worst customer service! Shut us down without any reason. What is 3 minutes!!!!!!! Don't be letting kids down like this. Horrible!!!! Losing out on business. The two girls were even giggling about my situation and wouldn't give me their names because I asked for corporates number. Coming from a managers perspective you should work with customers not shut down business.

Double disappointment. :( We were shopping the Town Square today. Came upon this adorable store and the kids wanted to go in and check it out. It was about 6:30pm, today (Friday). Looked open, but the doors were locked. No one at the cash register. All 3 of my kids knocked on the door and peered in- they wanted to check it out as they had pre-made slime on display and we wanted to purchase some. We waited a few minutes in case the person manning the store had to step away to use the restroom. I'd checked the website and it stated they were open until 8pm. Eventually, got tired of waiting and moved on. On our way back to the car, my kids noticed people in the store. It's 7:20pm at this point. Yay! We went to open the door... door is locked but she's speaking with people at the register. Hmmmm? She sees us and signals to me to wait a second. The other party comes to the door and as they exit they say "they're closed." Whaaat? The worker comes to the door- "hi can I help you?" I told her we just wanted to come in and check out the store. She said "we're closed." I explained that we were there earlier waiting at the door and she looks at me confused "that's weird. We've been open since 11:30." I said "we were here at about 6:30. You weren't open. No one was here and your doors were locked." Her: "hmmm. No. Someone was here." At this point- whatever. We walk away. I comment to my husband- "It's 7:25- she said they close at 8. Why are they still not letting people come in? They have product to purchase yes???" The party that just walked out was still hanging around and one woman said "yeah! And we even had reservations!" Seems odd to conduct business this way. If this is the way it continues, they won't be open for long. A waste of a cute place. ‍
