My wife and I have visited Sinatra several times whenever we're in Las Vegas, drawn by its delightful ambiance, excellent cuisine, and impressive wine selection. Our visits often coincide with special occasions like my birthday or our anniversary, and we've noticed we're typically seated in a similar spot each time. What truly stands out at Sinatra is the exceptional service, particularly from the staff and the sommelier, who excels at recommending the perfect wine or post-dinner digestifs. Their extensive cognac list is a treat, and we also enjoy their selection of grappas. For starters, they offer a standout special featuring truffles shaved over the dish--available as either an appetizer or entrée. We usually opt for it as our appetizer, and it never disappoints. My wife's go-to is the osso buco, while I like to switch it up depending on my mood, as I don't have a single favorite. Though many Italian spots in Vegas serve a massive veal parmesan with a bone-in steak, it's a bit too much for me, so I tend to skip that local staple. If you're staying at the Wynn, I highly recommend adding Sinatra to your reservation list for a memorable dining experience during your trip.

I finally got to try Sinatra for the first time, located on the Encore Casino and Hotel side. The overall aesthetic is elegant and inviting. We started with the Polipo, a Mediterranean octopus dish that was cooked to perfection. I also had the grilled Mediterranean sea bass while the portion was too big for me, it was delicious nonetheless. My boyfriend ordered the veal parmigiana, recommended by our server, Roger, who was very attentive. He enjoyed it but found the portion a bit overwhelming. The entrees here are definitely generous.Cocktails were fantastic, and overall, it was a great experience. However, with so many exceptional Italian restaurants in Las Vegas, this one doesn't quite make my top five.

We had an absolutely fabulous dinner at Sinatra during our stay at the Wynn back in December. My opinion is that the restaurants at the Wynn are overall the best on the Strip in terms of service and food, and as expected, Sinatra did not disappoint. The restaurant is tribute a to Frank Sinatra, and the menu is Italian American, seafood, and steaks...there's something for everyone. The bistecca ribeye was enormous and was grilled absolutely perfectly as ordered, and came sliced as requested. My favorite dish by far though was the raviolo aperto which we ordered kind of as an appetizer. It's an open faced ravioli with a mix of seafood and it was just so, SO delicious *chef's kiss*As expected, the dinner overall was amazing and the service was top notch. Sinatra is yet another solid option within Wynn/Encore's collection of exceptional restaurants.

We came here after much anticipation and I must say we were blown away. Our server Roger was amazing and so friendly. He offered great suggestions and made the experience that much better! The restaurant was a lot bigger than what it looks like from the outside. It's intimate and beautifully designed! The food was amazing I had the "my way" and I have to say that this is my favorite restaurant on property solely because of how delicious that plate was. It is very filling and I couldn't put the fork down! I will 1000% come back and recommend for absolutely everyone! Thank you chef and Roger and staff for making this such a memorable experience

I arranged a private dinner at Sinatra recently and it was spectacular. We were in the private wine room at the end of the restaurant. A beautiful room full of wine racked behind glass. Luca was our main person with several other staff members helping. They were all wonderful. Luca helped my VP with some wine choices. Everyone loved what we drank. We had a set menu with 2 salad choices, a pasta, 4 entree choices and two dessert choices. Everything was so delicious.Salad: I had the caprese: bufala mozzarella, vine ripened tomatoes, red onion, basil. The cheese was so good - soft and creamy, fresh tomatoes, yum!Pasta: agnolotti pasta filled with sheep's milk ricotta and fine herbs, seasonal vegetable emulsion. Delicious. Not too heavy but a nice portion. Entree: l had the ossobuco: braised veal ossobuco, risotto Milanese and gremolata. Fall of the bone tender, Very flavorful sauce and risotto.Dessert: cannoli: ricotta, cinnamon, candied orange, pistachios, chocolate pearls. Cannoli is one of my favorite desserts if done right. They did it right. So tasty. Overall a wonderful meal and a great splurge if you can do it. Great food, great staff. An amazing place.

Sinatra in Las Vegas is hands down one of the best dining experiences I've ever had--seriously, it's that good. I still dream about their ravioli and their vegan Caesar salad. My husband can't stop talking about their veal chops, and we both agree that it's some of the finest food we've ever tasted. Every dish feels elevated, but not in a pretentious way--just beautifully executed and bursting with flavor. The service at Sinatra is absolutely phenomenal. From the moment you walk in, the staff treats you like royalty, making sure every detail is perfect. One thing I love is that they don't overlook their vegan diners. Their bread and butter basket is already great, but they actually have a vegan butter option, which is a thoughtful touch that made the experience even better.I've gone to Sinatra on a date with my husband, and I've also gone solo and sat at the bar, and each time the experience was flawless. Whether you're there for a romantic evening or a solo meal, the atmosphere and service make you feel completely at home. The food, service, and ambiance are consistently perfect, and I'm not exaggerating when I say I would literally fly to Vegas just to eat there again. It's one of those restaurants that leaves a lasting impression, and I can't wait to go back. Kaeo was my waitress when I was solo and she was just so wonderful, get her a raise!

When you live in a city where it is all about fine dining and entertainment, once in a while you have to indulge yourself and go out and enjoy your city's offerings.I have had this place bookmarked for years and we finally decided to go. I scored a reservation on Open Table on this fall evening. The restaurant is truly a tribute to Ol Blue Eyes. Decor is classy and elegant. This lends to the restaurant giving a comfortable vibe with great Sinatra tunes playing in the background.Service was top notch from the time we arrived all the way to the time we left. Staff was extremely knowledgable and helped us make good decisions for our dinner. We did not want for anything. For starters my daughter ordered the Raspberry Limoncello Drop. Perfectly made and so tasty. My husband and I shared a half bottle of 2018 Fontalloro Toscana wine. Superb! I should have ordered the whole bottle. A beautiful bread basket arrived with some freshly made choices to wake up our appetites. We all enjoyed the Caesar salad and a cup of the Zuppa di Zucca (Cinderella Pumpkin Soup). For our main courses, we went with the Cioppino, Risotto with butter poached Maine lobster, forrest mushrooms and chives. Both dishes were very good. Because my daughter is vegan, they were able to accommodate her dining needs fairly well. For me the highlight was dessert. Our server recommended ordering the Cappello. This dessert consisted of Valrhona dark chocolate mousse fedora, Jack Daniels pana cotta. This was such a unique dessert and we all loved the Sinatra touch with the fedora.Overall, we really enjoyed our evening here. I highly recommend this place for taking out of town friends, family, a celebration or a special date night.Restaurants like this are what make Las Vegas such a special city!

We had wonderful experiences at Sinatra, tho I was skeptical because of description part "American-Italian"It's probably one of the best Italian locations in Las Vegas for fine dining.I don't remember the real names of dishes but Im going to give them credits anywayI had some kind of disassembled ravioli with seafood and it was magnificent 5/5Guys had risotto and it was delicious as well 5/5Husband had grilled fish (some white fish I don't remember the name) and this was the only one item from the menu I wasn't excited about, a bit dry and tasteless compared to other dishes. 3/5Lobster salad was good 4.5/5The waiter was helpful and such a gentleman. The ambience was very pleasant, we've had our table outside in front of a fireplace. Oh almost forgot, raspberry limoncello was delightful too, but I expected a bit of a sourness - it was just sweet, but still delicious.
