Sin City Wise Guys

Sin City came to our neighborhood wine walk. They were so easy to work with and answered all our requests before the event. The food was delicious, the prices seemed fair and everyone enjoyed the variety on the menu.

A true taste of Chicago in sin city! This little family owned food truck features their signature Italian beef sandwich along with Italian ice with real fruit. They also have some rotating specials like their spaghetti and garlic bread.They're normally located on the corner of windmill and arville but also downtown on the weekends. I tried the Italian beef with added cheese (gotta have that cheese) and it was really good. I liked the bread the most. You can tell it was high quality and really sucked up all those juices. One sandwich was more than enough to fill me up but I wanted to try the Italian ice too. The real fruit makes all the difference. Super juicy & flavorful, I'd come back just for that alone.If you're ever in the area or see them out, they're worth a try for sure! I hope they expand the menu soon to include more pasta or maybe even a Chicago dog.

I ordered the "Da combo" beef and sausage sandwich with mild peppers and cheese. It was a pretty good sandwich. Bread is soft, sausage had a good bite to it and the peppers added a nice crunch with a little salt taste. The lady that takes the order is super friendly and food comes out in a reasonable time. I'm sure I'll be back to try other menu items.

I have seen this spot on social media and have had it in the back of my mind. I drove by a couple of weeks ago and made a mental note to go back. Then trying to avoid traffic after work, I went a back way and ended up here. This felt like a sign to get something on the way home.This is an Italian American food truck that is known for their beef sandwiches and Italian ice. The truck is tiny, not like most food trucks I've seen. The menu is fairly large- there's sandwiches, pastas, bowls, and bites. Think meatballs, Italian beef, and sausages. I wanted to note that I thought the cashier or person taking orders was so nice! She was fairly young, unsure if she is the owner, but she had. Great energy. She was patient, explained the menu, and talked about the truck in a natural way that didn't feel salesy or fake. I learned that they don't use artificial flavors for their Italian ice and that they use family recipes for the food along with bread sourced from Chicago.I was able to sample the Italian ice and I did indeed think it was fantasticI ordered a few things to try- Italian beef sandwich with peppers, cheese bread, and a meatball bowl.Surprisingly my meatball bowl was my favorite item. It's topped with cheese and you can add peppers. Once I mixed it all up and ate it with the cheese bread I enjoyed it a lot.I want to go back and have the beef sandwich fresh and dipped in the cooking liquid. I got it on the side but I don't think it did it justice.Overall I thought the place was good. I would definitely go back. I highly recommend the Italian ices with no artificial flavorings.Just some feedback- I wish the meatballs were served a little more hot- I did take it to go but the cheese didn't melt. Aside from that I'd add a touch of salt. Otherwise solid spot, I bet people from Chicago would love this spot.

It was our first time trying this food stand that was in the Downtown Fremont area. The food was exceptional! We tried 2 meals and the water ice. Everything was great! The water ice was the best I ever had. We don't know what their hours are but we will try to find their stand again.

Went here for the first time and everything is homemade, everything is delicious and the family is from an italian neightborrhodod is chicicago from Bridgeport. The italian beef, ice, and the spaghetti were delicious. Must try food truck, I will follow them any where around Vegas for a craving!

We have been seeing this new food truck in the neighborhood for a few weeks and decided to give it a try! The quality of the food is amazing. Homemade and definitely flavorful. If you want a taste of Italian chicago please don't hesitate Owner was very friendly and informational! Great energy from both that were there tonight

Been driving by this food truck for awhile now. Finally stopped and I tell you the service and the food was outstanding. For a little Italian restaurant on wheels it's well organized and clean. Reasonable price and a lot you won't be hungry after you eat. I had spaghetti with an authentic meat sauce reminded back in New England and an Italian sausage. Amazing was when I went to cut up the sausage they already had it cut in small pieces. They go the extra mile I highly recommend stopping by and getting a taste of little Italy.

Didn't even get to try the food because the two people sitting in the truck wouldn't even look up from their phones to even give my little brother and I the time of day. We waited for a while before just giving up and driving off. Too bad honestly because I've heard the food was good but not worth it if the service is bad lol

We were starving and just left our daughters school. I pulled over in a fit of hanger. The guys was super cool I asked him what his fav was and it was a hella meat sub w hot peppers and cheese. They make their Italian ice from scratch with real fruit. I love supporting local guys. I would recommend this guy to anyone.
