I go to Westgate to play the slots or watch the shows so after a bad experience in this restaurant last time I avoided eating here. Today the other restaurants were a long wait so I ate here again. What a pleasant surprise, the service was great and We didn't have to wait a long time for our food to be served. They also improved on the quality of the food. I'm recomending this place again.

We had a very confusing service here but the food was good and the prices were very reasonable. We stopped in for dinner on a night that wasn't very busy (Wednesday) and we were seated right away. We made our choices for entrees and appetizers and ordered drinks at the same time. We received our drinks and waited for food. Everything started being served all at once, appetizers and entrees. We immediately noticed that one of the entrees was wrong and sent it back. We also questioned the noodle dish, that we were sharing, because we didn't think it was suppose to have shrimp in it. Our server assured us that it was right and left it. We then received another entree, then potstickers... then the server came and took away the noodle dish, telling us it was the wrong one. A few minutes late we were brought another entree and another noodle dish. We already ate some of the previous dish so I hope it got tossed. The entrees, Mongolian beef and Pepper steak were very good. The first noodle dish was better than the pan fried noodles we received in the second round. They were way over cooked and burnt. The potstickers were just ok. This is a combination of 3 restaurants in one so it's sort of an open balcony type seating area. It's nicer than a cafeteria style but still not restaurant ambiance. It's decent Chinese food for a reasonable price if you're trying to stay within the hotel.

Located inside the Westgate, this restaurant is in the same location as Benihana. We were sat in a smaller "up a few stairs" area that had limited tables of 2 and 4 tops. At first the service seemed a little slow - judging by beverage service. We had menus for a little white before anyone came to take our drink order. Afterwards, it took the server quite a while as well to be our order. I actually had to ask if our server was around. Once the server came I was prepared to rattle off the entire order. The potstickers were good, they came out hot with a nice pan fried crisp on the outside. The BBQ pork buns come with only two and at first the server said it would take 20 min to steam but it was actually much faster than that - more like 10 min. The main entrees: Orange Chicken - was good but average. It's what I expected, fried chicken breast coated with orange sauce. Nothing special - but alright. The black pepper beef with asparagus was really good. It was my favorite of the items ordered. There was a good balance of veggies and beef and the sauce was really delicious. Overall, the restaurant scenery is nice and the food is pretty good.

Very cool atmosphere. Situated inside Benihana's, this place is dimly lit with a waterfall that flows from the ceiling. This would be a great place for groups, families, couples, or solo. For a Friday evening in the summer, I was surprised at how fast I was seated and order placed. Before I knew it, I had my bento box - fresh off the presses! As far as the food goes, it was good. Nothing outstanding. Just good. I enjoyed the ambiance and service very much. I'd come back knowing that I'd get great service and leave satisfied.

The ambiance was beautiful. The music was at the right volume. The decor from within Benihana gave this place a upscale feel. The server, Mirjeta, was attentive, gave great suggestions, and prompt. My glass of Dr. Pepper was never empty. The food was served hot and flavorful. It was filling. The only reason I didn't give 5 stars was no bar... All the workers were customer service friendly. I would come back again ... Thanks for your kindness and hospitality..

After a wild day in Vegas, I decided to keep the party going right in my suite with Silk Road Asian Bistro's shrimp fried rice. It was like a flavor explosion! The shrimp were the real MVPs - juicy and delicious. Dining in my suite was a top-notch move, and Silk Road's shrimp fried rice made it even better. A tasty treat to keep the Vegas vibes alive!

Price is a bit high for what you get. The service was very slow for not being very busy. I would have really liked to know more about what we were going to be eating before ordering. Our server really did not know much about the menu which was a disappointment. When we did get our food it was really good.

This review is for the Chinese food.I grew up outside of San Francisco and have tasted some of the best authentic Chines food in and around San Francisco and during trips to Asia. The Chinese food at Silk Road has been really good each time I have eaten there. It is one of my go to for Chinese food.Yes. it has a Western touch to the food but still really tasty. I have never been disappointed. The service has always been either good or outstanding if you have seasoned (older) waiters.

Before going to a show at the Westgate, I looked on Yelp for a restaurant there to try that I had not been to and I chose Silk Road. The restaurant is part of the Benihana Village with Benihana, Silk Road, and Rikki Tiki Sushi all in the same "village" with Silk Road being at the entrance.I was seated quickly. It was early and it was a Stanley Cup game at the same hour so there was only one other table occupied. My server was Andy and he was very good.I looked over the menu and I didn't see the duck that is in one of the Yelp photos. I guess the menu has changed. I ordered something completely different for me--fried rice. I think this may have been the first time I've ordered it as my only other fried rice has been a side with some Asian food. The Fuking fried rice is egg fried rice with asparagus, peas, BBQ pork, shrimp, chicken, and brown gravy. It was good and so different than the dry kind of fried rice side you normally get. The dish was moist with the brown gravy and it had a good amount of shrimp, chicken, and pork. For dessert, they have two kinds of sorbet--mango and coconut. I asked Andy if he had a preference and he suggested coconut. It was perfect. The sorbet is cut in the shape of a pie wedge and it is for people who like coconut like I do.The decor of Silk Road is red--red lanterns, red lights on the steps going into the restaurant, red place mats, and red lighting. This is a good place for some quick Asian fusion food.

I wanted sushi but somehow we ended up here instead. (It's right next door to and shares dining areas with both Benihana and a sushi restaurant.)Although I love that the decor inside was incredibly intricate and unique, even with man-made rain and a japanese-style lake scene, it doesn't make up for a shotty vegetarian main dish.Well, that's not fair. I've had worse. And it's not that it was bad, but it was just not good. I ordered the vegetable clay pot. It was meant to come with tofu - but I swear there was like 1 part tofu to 30 parts veggies. I love my veggies, sure, and the spices they used were pretty okay. However, the protein tends to be the focal point of most dishes, including vegetarian. The only exception I know to this rule is when spices are used in a generous and skillful way on another ingredient. Needless to say, I was missing my tofu as the flavor here was not anything too special. The service wasn't bad, but it was also not able to make up for the food I was fairly disappointed with.As for the photos I posted: I didn't try my husband's gyoza or ramen, so I can't comment on them.
