Great experiences. Nice environment, very good food, definitely recommended. The service was impeccable. Our server, Jerry, was attentive and knowledgeable, offering thoughtful recommendations and ensuring our glasses were never empty. He went above and beyond to make us feel welcome.

YES YES YES!! 10 out of 10 would recommend giving this place a try after my experience. This place is located in the same shopping center as 888 Japanese barbecue so it can get really busy when it comes to parking. I came here on a Saturday night on my own and was seated immediately. When you're seated, they provide you with an iPad with their menu and all things range anywhere between $8-$60 depending on the dish you're getting. I did notice no one had really taken photos of the menu so I did attach some videos of some of the things that are available and their price points. You order through the iPad, but the guys that are working there are really sweet and answering any questions that you have regarding the menu. Since I was dining by myself after my third plate, the guy helping me was pretty adamant about it being too much food. This is one of those places where you just want to try everything and it's really hard to do that if you're by yourself. If you are coming here with a group, I highly recommend getting several dishes to share. I didn't end up, ordering the Chinese beef burrito, the green beans, the lamb kebab skewers, and their famous fried soup dumplings. Of the four dishes, I would probably only suggest not getting the skewers, they were a little dry for my liking. The beef burrito was exceptional, the soup dumplings were also exceptional and the green beans could've used some garlic. The service was exceptional for it being a place with a slight language barrier. I would definitely be coming back here very soon, but of course with more people so I can try other dishes. My review is as follows:- Food: 5/5- Service: 5/5- Ambiance: 5/5

This place is right across from the popular 888 Japanese BBQ - same plaza. A newly opened restaurant, I was eager to try. Upon walking in, you notice some beautiful decor. The ceiling has little bright stars and there's zen fish tanks next to tables. The staff is very welcoming and are quick to greet and seat you.One of the cool things is that they leave a tablet with you for ordering. You can scroll through the menu, look at pictures and order at your own pace. We tried two dishes - Dan Dan Noodles and Kung Pao Chicken with rice (noodle is an option). The Dan Dan noodles is a generous portion. I show a picture of it before it was mixed up. The flavor is different than other Dan Dans but I liked it. The Kung Pao I liked even better. The chicken had a nice crisp pan fry to it and the sauce was excellent. It comes in a cool pot and two dishes for two people was plenty.

This was my favorite noodle soup spot that has recently opened, however after coming here consistently, I can say that sadly the beef stone pot noodle soup never has any consistency. Came in around 8pm and the restaurant had many tables available. We love sitting by the aquariums, giving our meal some privacy and setting the mood. We ordered the lamb stir fry and this is SPICY! Very flavorful but be prepared. We were very pleased with it since we love spicy food. However with the stone pot beef soup, we first noticed the soup being red/orange in color. The last few times it was clear. However this time we ordered it with chili oil versus schezuan numbing, because the last time we got it, the numbing flavor was over powerful. However this time the flavor was unbearable. We could also taste the schezuan pepper as well as chili oil so we weren't sure if there was a language barrier, because we didn't want the schezuan numbing. Anyways, we tried to tough it out and it got worse. We went through PITCHERS of waters and napkins from blowing our noses. We also tried to ask the server to dilute the soup, however it was too unbearable. Comparing to all of our other experiences, we've realized we've had 5 different versions of this soup. Once it was just right with a hint of numbing spice, second they didn't add any spice at all, third, too my numbing was added, forth numbing and chili oil was added. We're not sure where there's a communication issue since we order from the iPad/our phones and we just pick and choose the same options. But we're going to let them work their kinks for now.

Special Noodle took over the Cafe Sanuki location and has completely revamped the interior. Walking in, you're greeted by the grandiose furniture fit for royalty. The fish tanks look great and give a nice vibe to the room, although I didn't see any actual fish yet.We called ahead to see if they had room for our party of 9, and they told us they did. We locked in our reservation and headed over. Unfortunately, the table was nowhere ready when we showed up 10-15 minutes later as we had said we would. I asked for a menu so I could review it beforehand and was offered a QR code from a business card to scan. They did mention not to order yet as our table wasn't ready. We were finally seated at the one large table by the entrance. It's a very decorative table and chair set, with a lazy susan as well. It can easily fit about 12 diners. Their tableware is quite fancy as well - matching plate, bowl, soup spoon, and chopsticks. We asked if they could do separate checks, and they said they could! We would just order separately. I proceeded to order from the QR code I had scanned earlier and waited. My fellow diners were wondering if the order went through as dine in as it seemed like the instructions indicated a pickup time. We called the waiter over for clarification and was given a different QR code that was connected to our table number. Since we had already ordered, I just let them know which one was mine and that I was dining in. We ordered: * Braised Pork Belly Rice $17.99 - Fatty pork belly and you can't go wrong. 4/5* Stirfry Potato Strings $18.99 - This is probably the most we have ever paid for this dish. Their version is definitely meant for sharing though. 4/5* Fried Chicken with Egg Yolk $20.99 - The crispy rice crackers are a highlight. 4/5* Spicy Lamb Rice $19.99 - Really good flavor and heat. 5/5We also received two bowls of lukewarm seaweed soup, which we can only assume came with the two rice dishes we ordered. It was good but probably would taste a lot better if it was hot. 3/5Our dining companions both ordered their Xiao Lung Baos, XLBs, aka soup dumplings and enjoyed their versions. Although there was less per order (6), they were bigger than other places. The Lamb Skewers were also something our friends ordered and would be on our list too. They said they enjoyed it.Their prices are a bit higher than other Chinese restaurants, so it can be a sticker shock to some. Alot of their dishes are meant for sharing, so not ideal for a small party. I'm not sure if they have any other larger tables in the back. Nonetheless, the place was bustling on a Saturday evening.Service was a bit lackluster, and I'm wondering if it was because of where we were seated. We were never given the table QR code to scan, which was just as well since we were all looking at the menu on our phones already. And since we ordered from our phones, there was minimal interaction with the staff. They also just place the water pitcher and cups on the table, so you have to pour it all yourself. It definitely doesn't feel like a full-service experience. Every time we needed something; we had to wave an employee down. No one really came to check in on us or ask if we needed anything. At the end, the employee offered us a free dessert if we gave them a five-star review. This definitely confirmed how they had such high reviews in such a short period of time since opening.

Late to reviewing Special Noodle from a previous visit to Vegas. This place is welcoming, and has design elements that really transport you into a different country for your dining experience. Their mini pan fried buns are served on a bridge, for example!!Food here slaps, but the menu can be a bit overwhelming. Definitely not a bad thing: there are tabs dedicated to chicken, beef, and pork that have quite the variety of selections. For similar items, I could not help but to compare against Din Tai Fung as a benchmark. Special Noodle is either on par, or surpasses DTF on most aspects, especially on portion sizes and price point.Stop by this place for your Asian food fix - open late night!

Beautifully decorated restaurant in a strip mall. Friendly service. Order through their online platform. -pork and crab roe soup dumplings - plump and juicy filled with plenty of savory soup and crap and pork. Make sure you ask for sliced ginger.- fried chicken with egg yolk - sweet, salty and crispy. Comes with flavor chips. Very unique. Highly recommend - spicy beef mixed with noodle - has a slight kick to it. Noodles have a good bite to it. Huge portion. I added a little bit of soy sauce. Also comes with a side of soup.- eggplant with string beans - great veggie side dish.We appreciate how the entrees are not oily at all. The flavors are unique and authentic

Hype lives up. Food is on the pricey side but we had an awesome experience with very attentive staff. You order from the iPads and the food comes out quick. We quickly had a table full of items that we shared around and the place was packed!Beef wraps were delicious, xiao long baos were fresh, and the namesake "special noodles" were fantastic in the varieties that we had from the braised pork belly to the delicious Dan Dan noodles. It is definitely loud in there but the decor is nice and the atmosphere is great. The menu is so massive that we felt like we barely scratched the surface so we will have to return to try some more. A great import from the Bay area

Absolutely phenomenal! Went here with my girlfriend and we got the Combination Fried Rice, Steamed Soul Dumplings, Chef Special Fried Pork, and the Pork Noodles. (Like lots of Chinese places, the portions are family size.)The restaurant has a really nice atmosphere, dark but not too dark. The walls have nice pictures and engraving, there's window shades and nice aquariums across the tables, and it's clean. The china is very nice too.Service was great too! The food came fast, and the staff helped to put our leftover food in to to-go boxes for us.Overall a great restaurant, one of the best Chinese spots I have ever been to. 11/10 would come again
