Shang Artisan Noodle - Flamingo Road

Amazing food and great service. It is indeed very busy but they get you in within 20 min if you are 2 people. Even if it was busy they still provided great service and the food was very good I had Shang Beef noodle which was amazing 10/10 and the dumplings were really good.

Some places desire 10 stars. I went to this place twice while in Vegas. The food is great. The noodles are fresh. Watch the video of the chefs preparing the noodles. Perfectly seasoned food. The service is okay. Very busy place so use the Yelp app and make sure you're on the waiting list. It's a little loud in there so be prepared to talk over the noise.

Haven't been here since they remodeled and the place looks completely different! It used to feel more like a common Asian inspired restaurant but now it has a very classy upscale vibe.The Shang Beef Noodle is delicious! The soup base is sooo flavorful. Better than what I tried when I was in Taiwan. I would skip any of the wonton items (app or noodle soup) as those were just mediocre for me.

We met our kids at Shang Artisan Noodles last weekend when we were all in Vegas coincidentally. Plenty of parking and no wait when we arrived. When we left however it looked like about 20 people in line ... so we lucked out. The tables are long shared tables with little stools. The service was quick and polite. My favorite part about the place is the windows into the kitchen so you can watch them make the hand pulled noodles. I think that young man must have very strong arms!My husband had the spicy beef noodles and I had the seafood noodles. We were both very happy with our meals. The noodles had great texture and the broth was so good. The prices were fair and the portions large. There's no way I could have finished mine. I'd go back. (My real score is a 4.5 ... def not a 4, but the 5 might be generous.)

This place hit the spot. We were pretty hung over from the night before and desperately needed some food to get ourselves feeling human again. Our friend who lives locally picked us up and said he knew the spot. Right on! Shang Artisan Noodle was perfect hangover (or non-hangover) food :)We ordered the Shang Beef Noodle dish full spicy, the rice & chicken dish, and some pork dumplings to start. Everything was cooked to perfection with really great flavors. It's also fun to watch them do the noodle hand pulling behind the glass. I'll be back next time I'm in town for sure.

Had high expectations with the high reviews, but I felt like things just missed the mark. Food was decent but I've had better.The appetizers were good. Got spicy wontons and pan fried dumplings. The fillings were a bit greasy but I enjoyed it.The beef noodle soup was ok, portion size was great but the noodles were not great, for a noodle place I thought it would be better. The noodles were not chewy and tasted a smidge over cooked. I would think hand pulled noodles would have more chew to them.Service was fine, got lots of water refills but all our food came out at weird timings. I got my entree before all the apps and the last person in my group got their food at least 5 minutes later. Price was reasonable but don't think I'd recommend it.

Location: Durango Casino Foodcourt Ambience: Casual Service: No wait and service was quick. Food: Option of hand pulled (round) or knife cut (flat) noodles. You can pick a range of noodle soup, cold noodle, dry noodle options. Portion size was good. Flavors were tasty and authentic. Price: Pricey for what it is. Can get similar items in Chinatown. Decent option if you're nearby but not enough to make a special trip out for.

So always been fan of Shang Artisan Noodles and been prior location many times. I pass by flamingo location everyday to work. I never got around to trying it. Great about cousin foodie tours we have the same taste in food and just local spots off the strip are the best. Shang Artisan Noodles no secret if local. It gets packed lot so make sure go at right time. The inside really impressed. It super nice feel like high end noodle shop in strip hotel. The menu has nice diversity. Really all about hand pulled noodle or knife cut noodle. I ended up going with my go to beef noodle soup with hand pulled noodles. On point as always. The broth so tasty. Noodles everyone knew legit. One of the best noodle soups can get. It hearty so value and if want spicy they got it! Cousin got close to max and one bite like not for me.Service no doubt five stars. Friendly, attentive, and all smiles.

My second time visiting and will definitely be back often! The spicy wonton are my fav and are beyond delicious...and of course the entertainment of watching the cooks make the noodles tops off the experience! Highly recommend!
