No complaints about this place at all! My boyfriend and I went here after hearing their second location opened up at the Durango. Service was friendly and not overly bearing, and the food was just too good. The beef noodle soup was rich with good enough pieces of meat. The fried rice was also pleasant without being too salty like other places. Interior is clean, as the hotel is new. Give this place a try, and you won't regret it! It's hard to find chain restaurants as good as the first, but this is on par.We already have our next trip planned out to stop by here again!

Wow these noodles are to die for. Off the strip and worth the trip!!! That beef noodle broth and meat was soooo good- you get to watch them pull the noodles in front of you and that was a show in it of itself. If you are in Vegas this is so worth the stop.I look for places that don't break the bank and are authentic, delicious, and a special find- this was it.

We ordered Shang beef noodle soup, a bit disappointing, it was not hot, lukewarm. Mushroom chicken rice was very salty. Chicken chow mien was okay, chicken was dry and a bit hard.Beef pancake was good.Food is not consistent. One can't expect the same taste each time. Service was good. Place is cozy.

Great beef noodles! I got a spicy level 8 and it was an actual 8. Enough to make me cry just a bit but still delicious. Service was friendly and everything came out quick. Ive heard the original location is much harder to get in to. We sat down here right away.

Excellent Selection for Casino Dining!I have my fair share of gambling and the perfect pregame is to eat a hearty bowl of noodles before rolling some dice. On top of the Durango being one of the latest resorts, they also have a wide selection of dining spots. Shang is still at the top of the list out of the list though. Though it's in a relatively small area, the space is still well kept and decorative. Servers were nice and efficient, always good to experience.Overall: 9.2/10. Shang Beef is a must try! Will for sure be back.

This is the first time trying this noodle dish. The noodle's are in a white broth. I've always ordered the hand pulled noodles and not the hand shaved noodles, the noodles are a little thicker than the hand pulled and more hardy than the hand pulled, I think I'll go back to orderinghg the hand pulled instead, the hand shaved was more of a fun type consistency.I really liked the beef shanks but would have liked it even more if there were double the beef shanks.I would prefer the more traditional Chinese soup spoons as opposed to the ones which were like small soup ladles which thery used. This is wonderful place for a no nonsense authentic hand pulled noodles.

I was all prepared to go to Shang Artisan Noodle's original location in Chinatown, then popped the Yelp waitlist and saw it was an 80 to 100 minute wait. On a Monday! But I remembered there is a newer location at the Durango Casino's food hall, and thankfully the line is a lot more tolerable here.Since it was my first visit at this particular location, I had to go with the mild Shang Beef Noodle. Well, they did kinda mess my order up as I had asked for hand-pulled noodles and go the knife-shaved noodles instead. I didn't send it back because I didn't want them to toss the food. Not that I don't like either because I do like both, but I was just in the mood for hand-pulled noodles. In any case, still the best beef noodle soup in the entire U.S. The broth just sets it apart against anywhere. And maybe I don't remember, but I swear this bowl had even MORE meat than the original location. It was practically swimming with beef! Better be, considering prices are now $18.97 compared to the $14.97 from May 2024.Service here is lightning fast, which I can't say about the original location. Like, my noodles were out within 5 minutes of ordering fast. Granted, I didn't order anything else this time, which probably contributed to that. Still, I'll take it.Anyways, the line is way faster here. I came here at an off time at 1:30 pm on Monday and I didn't have to wait at all. Even with Yelp waitlist at Chinatown, you still might have to wait. Definitely a plus.It might be a bit further from the Strip, but I'll take a faster line all day. Plus the quality seems to be better than the original location!

A good spot for hand pulled noodles inside the Durango. They have a window where you can watch the noodles being pulled and it makes you want to try the food even more. You have the option to sit in their dining area, but we ordered our food to go. The Dan Dan noodles came separate from the meat and the chili oil and it was nice to be able to control the level of spice. The meat had some spice on its own as well so I don't know if I would have enjoyed it as much if all of the chili oil was already mixed in. The hand pulled noodles had a delicious chewy texture and overall the dish had great flavor. I would definitely go back to try the dish as they would normally serve it and try some of the other options that they have.

Love love love this place! It's our go to for great noodles and even better dumplings! It's great that they are in the southwest of the city! Going to spring mountain is challenging with all the construction going on.The service nice and quick. If you sit in from of the bar area you can see them making fresh noddles; it's pretty cool to watch.

Located at the food hall (Eat your heart out) at the Durango casino. You can eat in their dining area or take out and eat in the common area of the food hall. I've eaten at the other location so was excited to eat it again. Got the Shang beef noodle (hand knife shaved noodles) with extra bok choy and the spicy wontons. You can choose hand pulled noodles if you like and then choose your mild or spicy. Note spicy is spicy though so beware. Everything was so delicious. Broth had tons of flavor, beef was very tender and the noodles were perfect. You can even watch them make the noodles fresh through the glass in the kitchen. My only complaint is the prices are much higher at this location than the original location. I understand it's in a casino but just mentioning it if you prefer to save some money and just eat at the other one. The food is so delicious though. The portion size is pretty large sowe shared the soup between 2 of us and just requested extra bowls. We got our food super quick and the service was attentive and friendly. Food hall area was modern and very clean.
