Shake Shack

I'm a chicken sammich lover. I try chicken sammiches wherever I go. This week we had an incident happen in my home that rendered my kitchen unusable. I was stressed and couldn't cook so I ran out to Shake Shack on the SW side for a burger. But when I pulled up to look at the menu I was surprised to see a chicken sammich! You know I ordered it!The checkout girl was super nice. We had a short chat about the beauty of chicken sammiches , then I made my way home. When I got home, I opened the sammich wrapper and immediately knew that this chicky sammich was gonna be good. It was perfectly fried to a crispy golden brown and had all of the accoutrements including my favorite sammich topping - PICKLES! I bit into that juicy, crunchy clucker like my life depended on it (I was really hangry) and my stresses from the day melted away. Look, is this the best chicken sammich in all of Las Vegas? No. But it's better than any of the fast food chicken sammiches out there. (I think chick filet is overrated but that's another story for another day ). Is Shake Shack chicken Sammy is a good little chicken Sammy? Heck yes! Will I go back for another one? HECK YEAH! Next time I'm ordering two !Now you're probably wondering why it only gave it a four stars rating. I have to be honest. The chicken sammy was small. But small doesn't mean bad! Small doesn't take away from the incredibly juicy crunchy delicious taste of the Shake Shack chicken and the soft buns that envelop it. So give this chicken sammy a try. Get two of them m! If you're a chicken sammich lover like me, you're gonna be ok with it. I promise

This was our first time eating at Shake Shack, and we wish we came in sooner! We loved the food, and especially our interaction with Tya! She set an incredible tone as we ordered at the cash register. Tya was extremely friendly and helpful - a model representative for Shake Shack! Then tasting the hamburgers, french fries, and shakes, sealed the deal. The Avocado Bacon Hamburger was flavorful. The avocado was vibrant green and the perfect texture. For a fries option, I would recommend not leaving Shake Shack without tasting the Black Truffle Parmesan Fries. Fries were crispy on the outside, fluffy on the inside, with plenty of parmesan cheese, and the truffle dipping sauce was decadent. Even if you're not hungry and are just craving a milkshake - you won't be disappointed at Shake Shack. The Cookies and Cream, and Chocolate milkshakes were rich in flavor, tasting of smooth ice cream in a cup. A nice surprise and added bonus was the engraving on the tables: Made in the USA Sustainability Sourced White Oak. Also the milkshake cups said: Commercially Compostable. I felt a surrounding of clean, and an environmentally friendly atmosphere. I would highly recommend Shake Shack Rhodes Ranch W Warm Springs Rd, and don't forget to ask for Tya!

Was very excited to have a Shake Shack nearby, but this location is a huge disappointment.As noted by others, portions are noticeably smaller with more aggressive pricing. There were issues with the cashier, so everyone had to use the kiosks to order. I got the bacon avocado burger. The patty was so bland and unseasoned that it tasted like a white bread sandwich. I have never had that experience at any other location in and outside of LV.I really hope they make improvements, otherwise it's a waste of real estate and a defect on the brand.

The service here is friendly and attentive, the atmosphere is inviting, and food comes out quick.Their menu has expanded to include chicken now which I don't remember from before. The food options are good but for the price (around $10-$15 for a burger) I'd rather go to Red Robbin, Chilli's, or Carl's Jr. as the toppings seemed skimpy. Glad I tried it again but I wouldn't frequent here for the food and prices, even though the customer service was awesome.

We came here recently and had a pleasant experience. Service was on point, food was expected Shake Shack fare, and the establishment was clean. Now as a disclaimer, my family and I are In N Out fans to the core. No burger chain can beat their prices and quality. All other burger places are way more overpriced for quality often not worth the price. There I said it. That said, this Shake Shack was good. While we still choose In N Out as a whole over Shake Shack, we know this Shake Shack was good for what it was.We ordered two double shack burgers, two fries, two chicken sandwiches, and a special seasonal apple cider shake. There was a special for a free chicken sandwich if you spend over $10, which was literally the reason why we came. The burgers were good but I wish there was more lettuce and tomato. The patties are thin. The chicken sandwich was surprisingly good with nice and crispy juicy chicken. Crinkle fries were fresh and crispy. The holiday apple cider shake was delicious and creamy but not strong on the apple cider flavor. Overall if there's a good deal and we're in the area we'd return to this Shake Shack.

This just opened so I give them credit if they still take a little longer even when the line isn't as busy during the first few weeks of opening, and I'm always happy to see restaurants and new development in town, especially when it's in my area, an area that took nearly 15-20 years to see how much it has evolved. Anyways, I'm not sure what some others are complaining about.. It's a franchise and there are a few across the valley in most areas where tourists are located. I think it's nice to see a Shake Shack in a more residential side here. The establishment has a modern interior and carefully selected green accent walls also bringing natural sunlight and there is a small outdoor patio to dine out as well. I ordered the Black Truffle burger and enjoyed the rich sauce that was so tasty, however I concur with another review that their burgers are quite small. I enjoy their shakes and the seasonal flavors. Keep an eye out for promos as they offer a free chicken sandwich on Sundays and other offers. They had a boy one get one 50% on shakes too. Our first time here and we ordered take out. The burgers smelled good and the fries are nice and fresh. First bite, delicious, better than In N Out! The fries were perfectly cooked. I usually don't prefer take out on my burgers, but I did enjoyed it. We will be back.

Before this location opened, I was a huge chicken shack fan, was probably my fav chicken sandwich amongst all other ff joints. My first visit at this location was within the first week they opened and had my opinions but waited until they've been open a while before making my final rating. 1. Drive Thru Service: Amazing, friendly, and made great efforts to ensuring we were satisfied. 10/10 2. Wait time: We went during their last hour ofservice (10pm) I know it's not the most ideal time to go but at least we didn't go around 10:30-Closing time. Only 1 person in line and took less than 8 mins for our food. 8/103. Quality: I genuinely believe there was a misunderstanding on their chicken shack prep/recipe training because the breading on mine (both visits) was soggy, spongy, extremely oily, and just falling apart as I attempted to eat it. 0/10, I usually don't mind the bun or veggies cuz the chicken was always the star that kept the whole sandwich together. So disappointed... and for $9? insanity. I am no expert in fast food, but the oil they used felt old... the fries felt like they were re-fried for the 3rd time... 4. Pricing: Usually forgivable when the quality meets basic standards, but for 3 sandwiches, 2 fries, and 1 shake = $44 ... I can't justify going to this specific shake shack.

This is a location built from the ground up, located next to Buffalo Wild Wings near the corner of Durango and Warm Springs. I showed up on the grand opening day with about 10 other people and got a keychain and some stickers. The inside very large, and is one of two locations in Vegas with a drive-thru.They have plenty of touchscreen ordering kiosks along with the in-person cashier. I ordered a double stack and it was great. Lots of flavor in the beef, and I love adding sliced onions and pickles for added texture. I'll still take In-N-Out overall in terms of quality AND value, but I don't mind the occasional Shake Shack when the burger cravings hit.

The burger was small for the price you pay, and the taste was a bit mediocre. Their fries were good though.
