I bought an expensive hookah and it didn't work. I brought it back the very next day and they wouldn't let me return it because i used it. Of course I used it to see it didn't work. Something was wrong with it!! I have smoked hookah for 25+ years and very aware how they work!!! It was a terrible experience and will never return!!!! I don't know why anyone should walk thru their doors!!!!!!!

I come to this place twice a month to get my Vape. Came in today with an issue my Vape was tasting burnt and I just purchased it two days ago normally this lasts me 2 weeks tops, came in with proof of purchase and the Lady didn't want to help me out she said there's nothing that she can do.

Great prices, tons of selection to pick from, the customer service is always extremely friendly, and Natalie always helps me out with any questions and info whenever I'm there. Awesome smoke shop I highly recommend.
