Senza Gluten Free Bakery

What a great and unexpected find! Great find for anyone who's gluten free in Vegas. Everything I had was good and everything that they have is gluten free! The service is great. The staff are not only helpful with their own baked goods but they can guide you around the gluten free food scene in a food city. The ambiance is great, but most people come in and pick up and take it somewhere else. We were able to relax and eat our snack in one of the tables inside. I highly recommend this place!

Everything here is gluten free!The vegan banana pecan muffin was nicely crisp and caramelized on the outside, inside was moist and chewy, a bit like tapioca.Even though there were only two vegan items the texture and flavor were great!My family who eats glutenfree loved their desserts as well and were satisfied the craving!

Prices are reasonable. They are closed on Monday and Tuesday. Employees are nice. Interior is clean. Parking is plentiful however it can get crowded depending on the time of day. Highly recommend. My toddler is allergic to wheat, eggs, milk, soy, and nuts. You can imagine how excited we were to discover Senza Gluten Free Bakery. It is a little hidden gem off Fort Apache & near the 215. They are 100% gluten free so if you have celiac this place is perfect for you. Definitely visit it if you are near by! I recently started an social media account called the glutenfreelasvegan so I am trying to be more diligent about trying new places in Vegas. The staff were super helpful in letting me know the ingredients in everything so I could double check my son could have it. We got the vegan spiced chocolate cupcake, vegan vanilla confetti cupcake, and the chocolate obsessed cookie. Those are all GF and vegan! I love how they separate their items by the black trays are vegan. It made it easy to see what we could get. Our favorite was the vegan vanilla confetti cupcake. Both my husband and son are not huge chocolate fans so that is why we loved the vanilla confetti cupcake, but everything was delicious! My husband even made the comment that he couldn't tell the cupcakes were gluten free and vegan. We will be back soon & probably going to order some vegan vanilla confetti cupcakes for my sons birthday soon.

Finally got a chance to get some treats from Senza! The last couple of times we tried they were closed. We didn't realize that they were closed Mondays and Tuesdays. My heart sank when I saw that there were only two Cheese Puffs left. I was so relieved when the nice lady behind the counter told me that there was a fresh batch coming out of the oven. Woohoo. I ordered a dozen. The smell of the fresh baked puffs straight from the oven was enough to satisfy my soul. But who stops at satisfy when you can gorge on baked goods that you usually can't eat because of a horrible allergy. I started eating them in the car. Couldn't wait til we got home lol. We also got Lemonies, Crack Bars and Ube Mochi. The Lemonie is a delicious lemon bar that is smooth and sweet with a hint of tart. The Crack Bar is a sinfully decadent bar that has a little crunch on top and bottom from a crispy crust and a soft creamy center. It looks almost like a blondie but with a tres leches ish center. The Ube Mochi doesn't look like much, like glutinous brownie. Don't judge a book by its cover. It is delicious. Ube is purple yam and mochi is a sweet Japanese rice cake. It is a perfect accompaniment for tea. Like most mochi it is geared for the Asian pallet so it is mildly sweet. This is a fabulous bakery for gluten free baked goods. I can't convey how much I appreciate being able to enjoy these desserts that I have given up on. Thank you Senza. My husband is not gluten free and he enjoys the desserts here too because they taste just like any other bakery if not better. So stop by even if you can eat gluten free. You won't be disappointed. This a quaint place to sit and chat with friends while enjoying some treats or pick up quick pastries to take home.

Having celiac, I was excited to find a gluten free bakery while traveling. When we entered, the person at the counter was friendly. There was a brightly lit eating area with a few small tables, however it did not seem like their intention was for you to eat there. I got a Sausage & Rosemary Potato Quiche and was surprised to find what seemed to be canned green beans also inside it. I also got a lemonie which was pretty good but nothing to write home about. My friend had a key lime bar which he said was pretty good, and then I got a churro bar for the road. The churro bar was so dry that I did not finish it. Overall the experience was a little disappointing and I don't think I'd go back the next time I'm in the area.

Thankful that there's a gluten free bakery in the city. It's not until you have a gluten allergy that you realize how hard it is to get gluten free treats out in public. Thankful for you guys! Keep making these delicious treats

I was so excited when I read about this 100% gluten free bakery! We were in town for the weekend and this was our last stop on the way out. I took a star off because the customer service wasn't there - the two people working seemed inconvenienced and waiting for us to hurry up and pick something. I even told them it was our first time there, so you'd think they'd be a bit more friendly/helpful or at least patient while we looked at what they had. They weren't busy when we arrived either. They were not rude, but they were not friendly. We took our items to go. The pastries were amazing! My personal favorite was the tres leches cake- it was the perfect texture and the taste was just delicious! The cinnamon roll tasted like I remember them tasting before I had an allergy - even an ooey gooey center! The donut and the cheesecake were really good too! We will definitely return when we're back in town.

I just went there today for the first time looking for pumpkin pie. I ended up buying cinnamon rolls, crack bars, my pie, and smores bars. My family ate everything but the pie in minutes. My husband's favorite was the crack bars. My kids loved the smores bars. My favorite was the cinnamon rolls. Can't wait to try the pie tomorrow for Thanksgiving. I am DEFINITELY coming back. So happy I found this place!

I've been trying out more gluten free and dairy free food and drink options for my health, and some of my friends too! For a birthday, I decided to look for a gluten free AND dairy free bakery for a cake or cupcakes. Senza popped up on my search since they are specifically a gluten free bakery and the Black Forest chocolate cupcakes that I bought ended up being a hit! Even people who aren't on certain diets could even tell it was gluten free AND dairy free. I can't wait to try out more!
