Food are always great, service always so so. Many time when I was patiently waiting, I seen so many people walked out due to long wait. Most of the time only 2 servers running around. Best to order are;Mapo TofuFries string green beans Combination Fries Rice Spicy chili wontonsGreat place for using comp from gambling!

Came here before a movie at Palms...initially left because there was a wait but ended up coming back. Service was quick, which was appreciated. That's where it ends. Ordered 4 dishes: won ton soup, ramen, fried rice and firecracker chicken. Firecracker chicken was inedible. It was fried chicken in buffalo sauce. Disgusting. The manager did comp and not charge for it. The fried rice was a large portion but the rice was soft and mushy. Both noodle dishes were underwhelming. Lacked flavor. Tbh, just go to Panda Express. It's cheaper and has more flavor. Would never recommend coming here.

So much potential yet such a let down. Service was good and the restaurant itself if nicely decorated, with ample lighting and comfortable seating but that's pretty much it for the highlights of this review.We should've stuck with the name and ordered noodles, however, we wanted to eat everything family-style so we got a few dishes to share. We came on a Sunday, so their special was Oxtail Soup. We also ordered Salt & Pepper Calamari, Black Pepper Tenderloin, Lobster Fried Rice, and half Roast Duck. Other than the oxtail soup and calamari, which were pretty bland, everything else was so salty!! We ended up drinking water with every bite just to swallow the food, towards the end of the meal.More details on each dish:1) Oxtail soup - big chunks of oxtail and tender carrots, good to share for 2-3 people2) Salt & Pepper Calamari - fried well, came with plum sauce, nothing special3) Black Pepper Tenderloin - steak was tender and very good cuts, had potential but suuuuuuper salty. Not worth the $43 price tag4) Lobster Fried Rice - Good flavors but they didn't disclose anywhere that most was imitation lobster, so you've been warned here!5) Roast Duck - Not worth the price!! I understand Vegas Strip prices and we were willing to pay it...IF it was good. The duck did come with mini steamed buns and plum sauce, but none of the typical garnishes like cucumbers, pickled radish and carrots, or even cilantro.We had high hopes for this place but realized maybe the noodles would've been a better bet. Just like my luck in Vegas this trip, this meal was also a loss.

We came here twice in one week. We did enjoy the food. The pricing was kinda high for the small portions that they served. The waiter was great. He had good recommendations. We really like the eggplant, it was really good. I'm pretty sure we will be back.

Surprisingly no wait tonight. Food arrived quickly and was hot and delicious with plentiful filling portions. Qing Qing was our waitress and she was delightfully efficient, friendly and had a good sense of humor.

Really cool spot inside the Palms, we have comeback twice specifically for the Beef Chow Fun* so delish the noodles are chewy with that wok char taste, it is sooo good. 5/5 Firecracker chicken: 1/5- it's more like buffalo chicken with a light fry, it's not crispy even though it appears to be. Not the flavors we expected at allChilli oil Wonton: 1/5 it's more ginger based with little to no chilli oil. Again not the flavor we expected. Wasn't that great Tempura green beans :5/5 these were really good. Would definitely get again.

Antonia is a great cook. very polite and friendly. the food amazing. flavorful pasta wonderful aroma. the place is relaxing.

The best warm fresh option at the Palms buffet. ANTONIA was great, fast, friendly and awesome pasta queen. The cook before her took one order at time and took over 20 min to do 3 plates! Unacceptable for a buffet, Antonia had 3 burners at same time 10 min did 3 plates! Just awesome!

Antonia at the pasta bar was fantastic. Audrey are waitress was great also. They were both friendly and attentive.

This place has gone down hill.They don't want your business (too busy, not taking to go orders)Food is not consistent (one day you'll order a dish and the protein is cubed, the next time you order it it might be sliced. Even the sauce taste different). Sometimes dishes with sauce are running then sometimes they are thick.The ladies in front do a great job with all the &&&& they have to go through because they are in the front line.
