Buyer Beware!Placed $167 order for candles on 11/25/16 and my credit card was charged promptly. Two weeks later, the online status of my order is still 'Awaiting Shipment.' I've received no response to two voicemails and one email inquiring about the status of my order. Additionally, outgoing voicemail message does not mention 'Scents and Sprays' but rather some LLC. Buyer Beware!

Great place, people are friendly and it's a cute little boutique. Went in the store a few days ago and then went to their website as well. Perfect place to go for candles, their stuff is much better then grocery store candles!

Do NOT order from this website - same experience as another reviewer - it's been 2 weeks and still nothing... "Awaiting Shipment". I've attempted to contact them to cancel order but if I cannot reach them, then this will go to a credit card dispute for payment but no goods received...

Just ordered a bunch of their Soap Rocks online for gifts because they had the cheapest ones I could find on the internet. Plus they offered free shipping. The package arrived very fast. They were constantly communicating via email the status of my shipment, even though I wasn't in a time crunch for my shipment. The Soap Rocks were beautiful, and smelled wonderful. I can't wait to give these out as gifts so I can see everyones faces. I just wished I ordered an extra one for myself!

Fantastic customer service! I was worried that the items might not arrive in time for my event and they upgraded me to FedEx 3rd Day shipping for free! Really responsive on their customer service email channel too!
