we got:pac-man fries - tocino, carne asada. guacamole, sour cream. cheese, chipotle sauce, mexican salsabolt burrito - carne asada, longanisa, guacamole, cheese, sour cream, chipotle sauce, & french friesfreaking delicious. i haven't had carne asada fries in 10+ years and this experience was elevated beyond satisfaction with filipino meats. fries weren't dry and portions were insane which is the expection for this type of food.no issues with service. limited seating inside.

Love the food and the concept. I have a policy of docking one star when the pricing structure is unclear or I feel that the prices are higher than is reasonable. This place I encountered both of these issues but the food was so good that I'm still giving 4 stars. The confusion in price comes from the fact that per the menu, my burrito was supposed to cost $20-$21 and somehow it was nearly $30. Apparently this was because I listed the items I wanted on it and even though they were the items that were supposed to come on it they counted it as a custom order? I mostly did it to make sure I didn't get stuff I didn't want on it but I guess I'll know better next time. I'm happy to pay extra to get my burrito wrapped in bacon but aside from that, it was the same size and fillings I used to get at nearly every burrito joint for around $5, so $30 is a lot to swallow. I also grabbed a quesadilla to bring home to my wife. It was not that long ago that those cost less than $10 and somehow this one was over $20 for the exact same size and ingredients I used to pay $7 for elsewhere. Those complaints aside, the food was pretty spectacular. the quality and flavors were on point and the sizes were large. The service was super friendly and despite how busy they were, they got us through the live and served in a very reasonable amount of time. Maybe the upcharge is because this is technically on the strip, but it was at the far south end and not really where the crowds are. Either way, I'll absolutely be back but nowhere near as often as I would be if the prices were more realistic and reasonable.

I hit up Sayulitas Mexican Food in Las Vegas, and let me tell you--it was packed! If you're planning to go, do yourself a favor and order ahead because the wait can be serious. I mean serious to the fact that people were waiting outside. Good thing I placed my order for pickup because I honestly assumed it was going to be busy. I was acting like a fat boy and went all in with the bacon-wrapped burrito stuffed with carne asada, pico de gallo, guacamole, and chipotle sauce. That thing was a beast--I couldn't even finish it. Then I got the Hot Cheeto fries, which came loaded with a ridiculous amount of Hot Cheetos, fajita meat, and melted cheese. The portion siz was insane.Food was absolutely fu, portions were huge, but next time, I'm definitely ordering ahead.

Their entire menu is for people with big appetites. If you're not willing to eat a lot then this place may not be for you. Big portions, hungover food, and shareables across the board. Everyone is friendly and willing to break down the menu for you. It nice and quiet but small. So if you have a big family, you will need order take out. I didn't finish my food so I saved it and it reheats well. Try it when you're but he strip.

Wow! The portions are HUGE and the burritos are stuffed! If you love bacon, get the Bacon Wrapped Burrito! We also liked the Pacman Burrito. We also had the Carne Asada Fries. They do offer some Filipino meats within the selection of burritos, so we'll come back and try others. Unfortunately, the only con was the ambiance. The people sitting on each side of me kept bumping us with their chairs. The inside is cramped and the tables are way too small. Plus, our table was just a few feet away from the restrooms. Being so close to the restroom smell didn't make a pleasant experience. Located directly across the Mandalay Bay Hotel on the Strip, in the plaza next to McDonald's. Overall, cool spot for a Mexican spot with a Philippine twist.

It was a good burrito but I wasn't blown away and it didn't need to be $20. The steak was unseasoned and dry so I had to add packets of little salts to it to flavor it up and tons of sauce per bite. It was stuffed all right but more rice than anything else. Found a slice of avocado but did not find it in the rest of my burrito. Not even sure I got more than the slice. The saving grace were the French fries covered in stuffs. Again the beef was dry and over cooked and under salted but poured their various sauces over it. Tried my boyfriend's burrito - his wasn't any different. It was ok. This was purchased around 11am so they should have had the day started with better care and seasonings. They weren't slammed

I am virtually in love with this place. I know Las Vegas Blvd is known for mediocre food at high prices, although I disagree with this statement, Sayulitas will save the day. It is in the "boring" strip mall area opposite Mandalay Bay, but this place may have one of the best burritos I've ever had. When we came, it took them around 30 minutes to get us our order, but the wait was so worth it.I ordered the Sayulitas burrito and it may or may not have been the best burrito I've ever had. I love how creamy and watery it was as the chipotle sauce and the avocado gave it so much flavor and texture. The shrimp was also incredibly tender and they filled up the burrito with this. I also love that they had 6+ different salsas for you to try, although I think you didn't need them to get through the burrito.Overall, fantastic place to eat on the Strip and I can't recommend it more especially if you're here in Las Vegas and are looking for an alternative place to eat.

Bacon wrapped carne asada burrito. The meat was tender and the bacon wrapping must've helped the inside stay moist and warm. Let a friend try it for the 1st time and his description of the taste was " this is bangin!" . I think you have a potential customer in him

Prior to my Vegas trip, a friend told me to checkout Sayulitas, who serves Mexican Food with a Filipino Twist. Located South of the strip before the Las Vegas Welcome sign and across from the Four Seasons Hotel, Sayulitas is known for their huge servings and they are!Between my family of 4, we ordered a few burritos to share. They are big and stuffed that one burrito can be shared by 2-3 people. I saw another customer who ordered specialty fries and the servings were ginormous!I love the Filipino twist in it, some filipino meats such as tocino, sisig, and longganisa combined with carne asada does elevate the taste! The restaurant is very clean, but small, dine in would accommodate about 20 people. Limited shared parking available. Super fast turnaround service, super friendly staff too! Definitely a must have if ever in Vegas!

Where do I begin. I was actually craving Greek food but hubby wanted to try a new place. Well guess what they have a Gyro buritto. That's what I'm having. It comes with lettuce, salsa and Tzatziki sauce. Had mine minus the lettuce. I was huge enough for 2 people. The taste was absolutely delicious and they have a little salsa bar with the most delicious salsa. It's in a strip mall so parking wasn't an issue. Actually I can't wait to come back it was that good.
