Saul's MX Kitchen Food Truck

Wow! I was at an event at The Industrial and they had this delicious Mexican food truck and I'm so glad that they did! This food truck is a really nice yellow, so hard to miss! And i appreciate that they have their branding and Instagram tag on the side of it. It was easy to follow them on Insta and tag them at the event, which I love to do.They had a few different options for the event. I think normally they probably have more options but I get limiting to a few for the event. They were so nice, too! We ordered and they handed us a ticket with a number and it didn't take too long for them to call our number out. Super simple! And this was a big event, too, so hats off to them for doing a great job with that many people! They were only one of two food trucks supplying food for the entire event so they were killin it. I think you could either get tacos, taquitos, or a fried quesadilla. I went with the chicken taquitos cuz those are my absolute favorite. These were SO good! They were topped with a fresh guac and every single bite was more enjoyable than the last. I'm honestly still thinking about it...They have on their Instagram where they usually are set up so be sure you follow them at @saulsmxkitchen. Definitely wouldn't mind eating those taquitos again!

Their tortas were so delicious!! The bread was just the right amount of thickness and crunch. Their truck was at Servehzah on Halloween night so hopefully they will have their truck there again soon!

AMAZING. The food was incredible, my friend and I each had a street taco (spicy chicken and mild asada) They were so good, and we were still a bit hungry, so we went back for more and each got a fried quesadilla. This is a not at all what I expected when I heard quesadilla. The man cooking described what the dish is - it's unique with a crispy and fluffy tri-colored masa shell. The service was excellent- he even remembered which one of us liked spicy vs mild when we came back for seconds.Looking forward to finding this truck down town again!(Corner of main and imperial)

Great food. I may be a gringo but I grew up on Mexican food in san diego and this is top tier. Only suggestion is I would add a combo option for two quesadillas or two tacos for slight savings as one feels a little small.

Since moving from CA I have had a hard time finding good Mexican food. I went to the food truck and ordered one taco just to see how it tasted. As soon as I bit into the taco I knew I made a mistake. I should have ordered more than one! I added my own guacamole once I got home, but the taco meat was so juicy and flavorful. How do I find out where you guys will be in the future?

By far the best food truck ever! We recently hired Saul's MX for my husband's birthday party and it was an absolute hit! They truly live up to their bio... they're a family company and put their hearts into what they do 100%. The food is amazing, and the service is even better. They even made us extra food at the end of the night, saying they noticed we didn't get a chance to eat much while we were hosting. We're already planning our next block party with them. Great food, had at one of the craft fairs. Would reccomend grabbing the taquitos if you see them around!

The tacos I tried were flavored in a traditional manner. My wife, who was born in Mexico declared the pork "well flavored" I loved them!
