Santarpia’s Italian subs

I'm so disappointed by the food from this truck. I had been following their Instagram page for a while and everything looked so tasty so I was super excited to be able to try it out when the truck was in the Henderson area. In fact, I was so excited to try it that I couldn't decide what I wanted to order so I ordered a Italian sausage and peppers hero, fried ravioli, and fried zucchini. Everything was cold and soggy. My hero had ZERO peppers on it and was such a mess when I opened the container. Seriously so bummed that this place did not have the quality Italian food I was expecting. Maybe it was just a bad day for them and they undercooked my food? Idk but unfortunately I won't be back anytime soon.

Food trucks are always my favorite because you can get a little taste of everything! My boyfriend got penne pasta from this truck and the flavor was absolutely amazing! The only reason why I gave it 4 stars instead of the 3 I wanted to was because of the amazing flavor. Customer service is a very big thing to me especially for small businesses and the pasta came out cold..very cold. My boyfriend took it back and the lady didn't speak to him, the man in the truck however was really nice about it. Just a small tip because the customer service with small businesses is what people seem to remember the most!

This food truck was over at Sunset Park last Saturday, so we went over to check it out.I went with some friends, so we tried a lot of different things.First of all, they were surprisingly fast, which made me question, but then they invited me to take some photos in the truck since I had a good camera, and it's legit, like making everything in pans to order. Which comes through in how fresh everything tastes.The smaller items taste obviously fresh, the little things like churros taste like fresh donuts, not overly cinnamon with a sweet filling, the pretzel was fantastic! The subs are all great.I'm not a huge fan of red sauces, but the vodka sauce was amazing, and actually, I tried the red sauce on the sausage and peppers (with the bowtie pasta), and surprisingly, it was balanced and fresh tasting, not too acidic, not too sweet.I was really happy with this.

I visited this truck recently and ordered the fried zucchini. We also visited a few other trucks so we could try several items. The fried zucchini from here was awful. It was fried too long and the outside crust was hard to even bite through, only to find a mushy overcooked center. It tasted like freezer burned frozen veggies with super thick breading. If there wasn't a line I would've asked for my money back because it was completely inedible and we threw the whole thing away. The guy working the truck was really nice when ordering it though. It looks like the other food is great based on the reviews, just steer clear of the zucchini.

I had never heard of/seen this truck until I visited the Farmers Market at Skye Canyon last week.We ordered the toasted ravioli and penne alla vodka.The ravioli was amazing the only thing that would have made it better was a side of marinara sauce. Not sure if that was supposed to come with it or if I needed to ask, but I didn't realize until we were home. No biggie.To me the penne Alla vodka was just okay. It taste just like penne with spaghetti sauce and was bit dry. However, my son, the pickiest eater ever, LOVED it. He had several helpings. So if you can get my picky toddler to eat you get 5 stars from me every day of the week ! Customer service was also good. The person at the window was very personable.We will likely try them again soon!

5 stars for me AMAZINGLY GOOD !!!! If you're wanting a healthier option do the sausage and pepper no bun! Soooo yummy !!!

The food was amazing .. The sausage and peppers was delish. My wife and in-laws loved the Chicken Parmigiano subs. And we all loved the fried ravioli. The flavors were on point. Will definitely will be going back again.

Bomb Italian food!! The fried ravioli are everything and more! Had my dish ready in less then 10 minutes.. definitely will be returning! I loved "barbs balls" 10/10 keep doing great guys

Man, the food was sooo disappointing! I placed the order, the guy at the counter Jon was personable. I ordered a chicken parm sub and cannolis, but they didn't have any cannolis. Jon said the sub would take about 8 minutes. The food came out on time. I got it to my destination about 5 minutes later and was immediately let down...My roll was burnt. BAD. I picked off the burned parts that I could. The bites with burnt bread were unappetizing. The bread that wasn't burnt was a little chewy. The breading on the outside of the chicken was good. One piece was a little rubbery but not inedible. The sauce was okay. Not bland, but nothing remarkable either. The cheese was cheese. I really expected more for a $13 sandwich. Two stars.

Me and a friend went to their food truck in front of T-mobile arena. I ordered a fettuccini pasta and he ordered an egg sausage and cheese sub. His sub came out burnt on top and with no cheese.Thats not the only thing!! The lady at the window up charged herself a hefty tip after we gave her the debit card. We only found out by looking at our bank account. We were going to leave a cash tip.She said WE hit OK with a signature but we did not. We didn't even see the machine. She did it all herself. Its no wonder she said she didn't have paper after we asked for a receipt .I Wouldn't be surprised if shes robbing other people while they're out happy to go watch a game
