Salad Jack's

To create your own salad, you fill out a little form where you can select toppings and sauces as you please (after 4 toppings, they start charging extra), then give the little piece of paper to the employee at the register. I got iceberg and romaine lettuce, grape tomato, parmesan cheese, hard boiled egg, bacon, croutons, caesar dressing and buttermilk ranch on the side (I ended up only using the caesar because it had a really good flavor, and I wasn't a fan of the ranch here, it was like hidden valley). Everything was fresh and tasty, and the portion was a good size for lunch, but pricey like what you'd expect on the vegas strip. Staff was patient and helpful, and the wait for my order was no more than 10 minutes.

Ordered to go Mediterranean salad ; it was assembled with But anything not Mediterranean Greek salad , it was Missing the feta came with chunks of meat. Fairly dry mixed salad. And with two pieces of dry pita crackers.Too late to go back and replace exchange.Not impressed with the service or knowledge of food preparation by the menu of the stuff .
