Great family owned establishment serving tasty food that can be enjoyed inside, outdoors, or grab and go.Service is very pleasant and they didn't seem too busy when I placed my order of a grilled pork bahn mi and a lemongrass chicken banh mi with a couple of iced Vietnamese coffees to go. They have other grab and go items available, and their bread is baked fresh daily.Price point is justified with the taste and quality you get in every bite. Definitely worth supporting. Closed on Sunday and Wednesday.

Early visit, hard to pick. Went with chicken bahn mi. They separated the peppers for us, so we can moderate the heat on one side.Fresh, crunchy bread, with the right mix of ingredients working well. Good work. Family owned business, they take great pride. Support your local mom dad businesses!

Overall: 4.3/5 We came for lunch on a Monday, so it wasn't crowded. The store is small but clean, including the restroom. The lady who helped us was sweet and mentioned that they sometimes run out of banh mi and close early, so she recommended calling ahead and placing an order. The prices are more affordable compared to other Vietnamese restaurants, and the quality is much higher. While it's not quite like San Jose, Saigon Baguette stands out as one of the top banh mi spots in Vegas.What I love most about their banh mi is the baguette. It's baked to perfection--crispy without being hard or cutting your mouth. I also really appreciate that I can taste the pate.#1 Banh Mi Heo Quay/Roasted Pork ($8): Unfortunately, the roasted pork was dry and didn't work well in a banh mi.#2 Banh Mi Thit Ba Chi/Pork Belly ($7): This one was good. The thin cuts of pork belly struck a perfect balance of fat and meat. It was my second favorite.#3 Banh Mi Thit Nguoi/Special Combination ($7): It's okay. Nothing particularly special, but I could really taste the pate on this one.#5 Banh Mi Thit Nuong/Grilled Pork ($7): This was also just okay. The grilled pork on the ends was dry, but the pieces in the middle were covered in sauce so they were more flavorful and moist. This one ranks third for me.#11 Banh Mi Bo Nuong La Lot/Beef in Betal Leaves ($8): This was the best of the five we ordered. While I'm used to the beef being fully wrapped in the leaf, this version had it on the side. The texture reminded me of meatballs, and it was flavorful and delicious.

Best Banh mi i've had yet- they make the bread in house freshly everyday and you can tell. I ordered the combination one as usually it is my favorite and it definitely hit the spot. The bread was very crunchy, warm and tasty as well as the toppings they were all fresh and crunchy! Yum! it is a small family owned type of restaurant but so worth it, the prices are very affordable especially for how filling it is! They also offer "Shrimp and pork rolls" as well as "pork loaf pastry" which honestly was sooo good and i am sad i left with only 1 ): The lady working who took my order was the sweetest and i will definitely be back ! Definitely recommend if you're craving a sandwich or bánh mì

I absolutely love going to this place! It's a very small family ran place. The food here is so good that my wife made me go get a second sandwich after finishing the first. The bread is crunchy on the outside but soft and pillowy on the inside. You can tell the bread is truly made fresh daily. They don't skimp out on the meat or toppings at all, it's fully loaded and has tons of flavor. Highly recommend 99999/10. The lady was very nice at the counter and even remembered me.

Holy hell. I'm a huge fan already as I've only been here once. This is the real deal. Homemade delicious baguettes, and house pickled vegetables. They are doing it right here as it's until sell out which is about 2pm. The best bahn mi I've ever had and for $12 with a drink? Can't wait to come back.

Best Banh Mi in Vegas!!! This is by far the best Banh Mi in Vegas because they come in super early in the middle of the night to bake a couple hundred French bread for the day. Once they sell out, usually by 1-2pm they close. They have other Vietnamese snacks here also. The Star of the show here is there French bread and Banh Mi (Vietnamese sandwich). The perfect crispy outside and soft moist inside of the bread completes the sandwich. I personally love the veggie and fish (canned sardines). You can also order just the French bread to take home for later. There's a couple tables outside and a bunch of seats inside. Clean restrooms and ample parking. I definitely recommend this place! Pro tip: call ahead to make sure they still have bread.

I ordered the pastry pie, which is a bit like dumpling meat inside of a pastry - very rich and indulgent although I think it could have benefitted from a sauce.We ordered the roast pork and the combination so we can eat on our hike. I got extra pate since I love pate on the combination, and it was delicious. The roast pork was good too; I just wish that they had more pickled vegetables in the sandwiches, and maybe I'll ask for that next time. It'd be a perfect sandwich for me with that.

I've had nearly every bahn mi up and down spring mountain, this is by far the best. To me what separates the elite bahn mi's from the rest is the French baguette, and you can tell right away this is house made, warm, toasty, & flakey. And at $6-7 you can't go wrong. Nice family owned shop and some of the kindest people I know in the industry!
