I went here for my birthday back in July and let me tell you the food was DELISH. I went again last night and ordered half the menu and again I was not disappointed!! If you're ever in Vegas in Chinatown and need an option off the strip, please make sure to check this place out!!The service is always to die for. They greet you and seat you so kindly. Food comes out fast, it's not, so many flavors. I can go on and on and eat here everyday!!! I can't rave about this place enough. They know how to take care of their customers.

I've seen this restaurant trending on social media and I was eager to try it out. I opted to dine during happy hour and it did not disappoint. The atmosphere is very serene and the service was efficient. The menu caters to those who eat animal protein and those that don't. I decided to try the Spicy Street Noodles off of the regular menu. I was a little skeptical at first because it contains plant based beef but it was delicious! I honestly couldn't tell the difference.Happy hour is served Monday to Saturday from 430pm to 630pm, and all day on Sundays. You can opt for AYCE and pay $45pp. This price includes appetizers, HH menu items and bottomless sangrias. Regular happy hour pricing is available as well.

Overall: 3.4/5 [dine in]We made a dinner reservation for our friend's birthday celebration at Saffron and were surprised to find the restaurant nearly empty upon arrival. With only one other occupied table, it felt like we had rented the entire place. Saffron's beautiful deco along with the cushioned booth seating makes it a great spot for hanging out with friends or going on a date. It would have been a nice touch if they offered a complimentary dessert for our friend's birthday, as many other restaurants do.The service was impressive, considering there was only one server who also doubled as the bartender for the entire night. She had great energy and professionalism, though her bartending skills could use some refinement.Panna Still Bottle ($10): I don't understand how restaurants justify charging this much for still water...Lotus Blossom Martini ($17): Made with Grey Goose Pear, Hana Sake, fresh lychee, and lime. It was just okay for me; those who enjoy sake might appreciate it more.Champagne Barbie ($18): A mix of Grey Goose Le Poir, Bacardi Dragonfruit, strawberry puree, lemon juice, and edible glitter. Sweet, fruity, and pretty--what more could you ask for? The best cocktail of the night!Saffron Smoked Manhattan ($18): House-infused saffron whiskey, Sweet Vermouth, and orange bitters, garnished with Luxardo Cherry. Despite the beautiful presentation with the glass dome & swirling smoke, the taste was disappointing and didn't resemble a proper Manhattan. We considered having it remade but opted not to.Charred Brussel Sprouts ($15): Wok-tossed in a house-made fig jam & garnished with lemon zest. Delicious and a great way to include greens in the meal.Honey Glazed Chicken Lollipops ($17): Chicken brined in a special house sauce, deep fried, & glazed in sticky honey yakitori. It sounded better than it tasted and the chicken meat was too dry for me. Saffron Satay Spears - Shrimp ($24): This came with two grilled shrimp skewers in a sweet & smoky yakitori served with two slices of Saffron infused focaccia. The shrimp was overcooked and didn't seem to be marinated long enough for the flavors to come through so they tasted like your basic grilled shrimp.Bang Bang Shrimp ($18): Large battered shrimp, better than the Saffron Satay Spears but not as good as RA Sushi's version. The batter was too thick and didn't stick well to the shrimp.Peking Tacos ($18) + Extra Taco ($7): These tacos were small so $18 for 6 is pricey. We had 4 people so the server said she would add another one for us; it sounds like it was going to be complimentary but she charged us. (Also, how is it $7 instead of $6?) Now for the tacos themselves, they were made with crispy wonton shells filled with citrus-brined duck, pear slaw, feta, and spicy mango aioli. Unfortunately for me, the duck was dry, and the crispy wonton shell overpowered all the other ingredients. Skirt Steak Stack ($28): Grilled medium-rare skirt steak with sugar-soaked Fresno peppers and Maldon salt. Although the presentation of the dish was nice, the steak wasn't as juicy as I hoped for, and the portion size was small.Filet Fenom ($36): A 10-ounce medium-rare filet mignon atop creamy mashed potatoes with red wine reduction. More tender than the skirt steak and paired well with the potatoes. Portion size was bigger as well so I would easily recommend this dish over the skirt steak stack.Pork Belly Fried Rice ($14): One of the best dishes of the night, despite being on the wetter side for fried rice. The flavors were spot-on and had me coming back for more even though I was full.

(3/5)We visited Saffron on a quiet Thursday evening to celebrate my husband's birthday. With only two occupied tables, the restaurant offered a calm and intimate atmosphere, which was perfect for a low-key dinner. The interior decor was modern and inviting, adding to the overall ambience.Unfortunately, the restaurant seemed understaffed, with just one server who also doubled as the bartender. While she was friendly and attentive, it was clear she was stretched thin managing the entire restaurant on her own.As for the food, most of the dishes we tried were flavorful and well-prepared. However, the steak was slightly dry, which was disappointing. On the bright side, everything else was delicious and made up for it.The drinks, however, were a major letdown. The "Smoked Manhattan," in particular, was a complete miss--my friend even said it was the worst drink he'd ever had. Overall, while the food shone, the cocktails left much to be desired. If you're visiting Saffron, come for the food, enjoy the cozy ambience, but consider skipping the cocktails unless they revamp their bar game.

When walking in you are greeted to a large waiting room in a dark-atmosphere. Its a weird parking lot for such a "fancy" restaurant, so it took a minute. The ambiance as you walk in is beautiful. The high ceilings add so much open-ness. We agreed on this place for a Monday night since they were doing a 50% off for locals, so we decided to order everything we wanted. Here is what we got: Apps:1. Seared Gyoza: opted for the veggie ones over pork. The veggies were so flavorful and the crispy garlic was top notch.2. Peking Tacos: These were refreshing and such a great bite. I'm sad it came with 3 since it was hard to split. 3. Honey Chicken Lollipops: these have a very crispy exterior, but unfortunately it made it super dry on the inside too. I didn't love it4. Hamachi Crudo: i loved the candied jalepeno, but for the price to the bite- it wasn't worth it. I did like how fresh it was. Main:Crispy Pesto Gnocchi: i loved the flavor of pesto. I would take out the word crispy. Not really crispy, but more savory and melty. Sides:1. Green Beans: these were a huge miss. No flavor whatsoever and the breadcrumb topping made it even more dry2. Truffle Fries: these were flavorful and hot. I loved the crisp and the amount of cheese.3. Charred Brussel Sprouts: the citrus and char was beautifully matched. I loved this side with everything. 4. Creamy Polenta: it was okay. The lemon flavor is found throughout, but it wasn't exciting 5. Pork Belly Fried Rice: i love a good fried rice and although it had good chunks of pork, it was lacking flavor. It needed some more pepper almost. Overall the bill was almost $180 and with the 50% off, it was worth it. I dont know if its worth the price point without the 50%, but it was delish! Would maybe comeback for a few things

Brought myself on a date here, while the hubby was working and after spending 3 hours of being Cinderella and cleaning..lol..I kept seeing this place on Instagram and I wanted to come try it. This place is beautiful inside. I love it. The centerpiece reminds me of kung-fu panda when Master oogway was in the by the peach tree for some reason ..lol..Katarina was my server. She was friendly and very helpful . I had* Tamarind whiskey sour - not too bad* Roasted purple cauliflower soup - AMAZING I loved it. Nice and smokey and very good flavor. * Hamachi crudo- very good and refreshing, you get that sweetness from the pomegranate fig pinzu and spiciness from the fresh jalapeno. * curry tandoori- I ended up getting it to go since the hubby finished work early and I wanted to spend time together before bed time..( I have attachment issues sometimes..lol) but I peaked at food and it smells INCREDIBLE . Theres definitely other dishes that got my attention and I can't wait to come back to try them.

The inside is Stunning! (The outside, not so much. hahahaha!)Absolutely Beautiful inside.Love the vibe and ambiance, and service was very good. The cocktails are creative and tasty. Be careful if you are driving. It's easy to suck down several of these before you know what hit you. Highly recommend a taxi/Uber/Lyft.The food was ok, but nothing super WOW for us.They had several options for meat eaters and non-meat eaters. This is nice since so many people have very different eating styles. We are both so we tried a couple meat dishes and one non-meat dish. The steak tartare was overly seasoned for our liking as we actually like to taste the meat. And the texture of the meat was a little too "soft/mushy". I prefer it to have a bit more "bite/texture" to it.The Filet Mignon was similar to the steak tartare in that the texture was a bit too soft/mushy for our preferences. It was prepared at the temperature requested and beautifully presented. The vegetarian noodle dish I ordered was filling and flavorful with lovely noodles. However, the dish was super oily which was a little off-putting, so I didn't finish the dish once I got midway through it.Definitely would go back to chill with some cocktails.

Ughhhhh I really wanted to like this place. It's so beautiful inside and out but the food is not great. I came here on my birthday and it was one other couple inside the restaurant so we were seated very quickly, we tried a chicken dish, Forgot the name and the bang shrimp. and I wouldn't eat it again. The service: however was great! She was so kind and welcoming. Return: it would have to be a major change in the food for me to return.

My wife took me to Saffron the Eatery last night for my birthday dinner, and we both spent the entire time gushing over the experience. So of course I need to hop on here and share with my fellow Yelpers! I made a reservation at Saffron about a week beforehand, having seen TikToks raving about how delicious it was and how gorgeous the interior is. I was not disappointed at all!! We arrived about 5 minutes before the reservation time and were instantly seated. The lobby is stylish & chic, with a large couch to sit on in case there's a wait. We didn't even have a chance to sit, as the kind hostess immediately took us back. She brought drink menus with her, but no food menus, letting us know that our server would bring food menus to our table in a moment, which did indeed happen. The restaurant has high ceilings and is stunning inside. There's a water feature that runs through the center of the restaurant, with a large, glass lighting feature that somewhat resembles cherry blossom branches right above it. On one wall, there were rounded booths and along the other wall, there were half booth/half chair tables, and along the water feature were tables & chairs. We were seated in a rounded booth. Along the back wall of the restaurant is a bar, but there is no bar seating! We ordered cocktails - I got the Huckleberry & Rose and my wife got the Saffron Smoked Manhattan. For food, we started with Watermelon Wontons (vegan) which were so refreshing and delicious! It came with 3 wontons. For our entrees, we got Spicy Street Noodles (vegan & gluten free) and Skirt Steak Stack, with a side of Charred Brussels Sprouts. Everything, and I do mean EVERYTHING, was incredible. Beautiful presentation, amazing flavor. For dessert, we got a seasonal Pumpkin Panna Cotta offering which reminded me of pumpkin pie, but not so heavy. Saffron started as a vegan eatery, and recently expanded their menu to also include animal based proteins. I wouldn't say there is a wide variety of options for those who are vegan or gluten free, but the menu as a whole is also really limited. It's not a large menu to begin with. The menu does have a lot more animal based proteins than it has plant based proteins, and I do think that sucks. There's not a lot of elevated vegan options around town, though I don't know what the demand is for that. Overall, this was one of the best dining experiences I've had lately. Service was on point, dishes came out as they were ready, ambiance was beautiful... I absolutely recommend checking this place out!!

The ambiance was calm exactly what we wanted. We chose saffron for our valentines diner date. My husband had the Filet mignon. I ordered the spicy streets noodles. Unfortunately his filet mignon came cold. The server did offer to remake it or reheat it. He was nice. We were excited to try this place and had high expectations. But honestly, we give it a six out of 10. We eat pretty clean/ healthy and this is not a place I would go again.
