S Bar Las Vegas

WOW! I stopped in because I'm a Vegas Key holder and was blown away! I had a mocktail that was delicious, and the Ahi Tuna. It somehow tasted better than it looked, and it looked like it was the demo for a professional video or magazine shoot. Destiny was behind the bar and was very knowledgeable of the menu, and has great recommendations. I will definitely be back.The vibe and atmosphere was very classy, but casual enough it wasn't stuffy.

Love love love everything about S Bar, it's definitely a cool vibe and the food & cocktail are excellent!! For food the Tuna Poke and the Cool Cucumber were my FAVORITE! Cocktails were awesome! The Desert Heat comes with a presentation, and it's very well balanced! Then the Expresso Martini was also excellent!Service was super fast and friendly!I can't wait to go back!

S Bar has been on the list of restaurants to visit. As a local I normally don't visit the strip. But today I decided to take myself out on a date. I was unable to make a reservation online for 1 so I made it for 2.I was greeted by the host at the podium, I told her it was just me. She smiled and said no worries and walked me inside the restaurant to my table. I was then greeted by the waitress with complimentary drinks. Sorry I forgot the name of the drink but it was nice and refreshing.I ordered the lobster roll. The order comes with chips and they would not allow substitutions so I ordered a side of fries. Of course I ordered a few cocktails because why not treat yourself.Overall a great experience to lounge and treat yourself

They check IDs at the door. Great decor and vibes inside, with a live DJ. The music wasn't too loud and was energetic and upbeat, while remaining chill.Bartender was helpful in making recommendations for food items to order. I ordered takeout (was told they did not take orders over the phone) and wait just about 20 minutes for my food. Was staying on the property so the food was still relatively warm.Ordered the following:1) Sliders - (3.5/5) - patties weren't overcooked, buns were soft, caramelizes onions paired well with the sliders, would get again if craving sliders/burgers.2) Spicy Calabrese Flatbread (4/5) - this was surprisingly spicy, and I love spicy food, would get again.3) Waffle Fries (3/5) - flavor wise this was fine, texture wise it was a bit too dry, though crunchy, but that combination results in a little bit of pain on the inside of your mouth haha, wish there were more sauce provided.4) Wings (Szechuan) - (4/5)* - SADLY, the lid to the container wasn't closed tightly, and I lost all but one wing - which tasted decent! Great texture and doneness, though perhaps just a tad bit under seasoned. Great honey mustard sauce pairing though. I was so looking forward to trying this. Would get again to eat in the restaurant.Would recommend checking out at least once, though really wish the prices were more affordable.

This place has a cool vibe with beautiful decor. The staff is incredibly friendly and welcoming. I love stopping by for the fantastic cocktails and the great ambiance. The couches with pillows create a relaxing and chill environment.The cocktail waitresses were adorable.

We had a great time after S bar! My boyfriend and I went for date night because we received a complimentary charcuterie board & bottle! It was very tasty and the vibes were great during happy hour. We also got the deviled eggs which were good too but maybe not for the price.They did also have a vocalist who als piano during our time too! The hostess and our waitress were both very friendly, had good conversations with us, and were very helpful. They even gave us an extra o peach flavored shot before we left! It's a great place to stop in for some drinks and appetizers! Would definitely come again!

Chill vibe, and good drinks...Late night drinks at S Bar located in Mandalay Bay. Extensive drink menu, and also food selections. We didn't eat, but had a couple of cocktails. I had the spiked blackberry lemonade which was so good, and my husband had an old fashioned. He said it was just ok. You'd think a specialty cocktail bar would make an amazing old fashioned, but I guess not. My drink though, off their specialty drink menu was DELISH!Inside is plush velvet seating, and they have a dj playing today's hits. Not too loud, but definitely not quite. The right volume to have fun, but also carry a conversation.Service was ok, but everyone was super nice though.

This was a dope Halloween experience!!! Not sure if S bar has food but we received 2 complimentary vouchers for free drinks for S bar from the front desk at the Delano hotel. The experience was one I'll never forget. They had a performance going on with people on stilts (and people riding the people on stilts lol), waitress's dressed in sexy lil maid costume, creepy grem reapers, singing, dancing, strobe lights, THE WORKS. The ambiance was beautiful. Very upscale. Huge bar, no regular smegular tables, they had beautiful couches and chairs with cute lil side tables to rest your drinks. Nice Big statement art pieces and cool strings hanging from the ceiling that really emphasized certain areas, like the bar. The service was great. It was a lot going on the waitress was still on point. And the seats we were front and center. Felt like VIP or like we were the owners looking at the main attraction.Aweee yea the drinks! They taste good but I'm not sure if they were strong because at this point we had been drinking all night lol! Definitely should check this place out for yourself!

Overall: 4.4/5 (dine in)S Bar is an awesome place to chill and has such a classy vibe to it. I love the atmosphere, lights, & music. The waitresses here are also very welcoming & nice. We found out that on Fridays they have a go go dancer and on Saturdays, they have 3 burlesque shows so we want to come back to see those shows. In general, the food & drinks were decent so you're really paying for the fancy environment & service. They gave us flavored champagne on the house since we came the night before and they closed early so we had to come back the next night. The champagne was pretty good too!Bourbon & Berries ($22): The drink wasn't strong and didn't taste that great. For $22, we were expecting more. Both my husband & I liked the Ms.Monroe better.Ms. Monroe ($22): This is a mezcal based cocktail which was really good. It came with a picture of Marilyn Monroe printed on a rice paper as a topper. Spicy Cigars ($16): This comes with 4 'cigars' with a generous side of labneh. You definitely taste the spiced ground beef inside the cigar which went really well with the labneh.

We stopped here on a whim, they were just opening for the evening. We were the only ones here and it was fabulous. The decor, the setting, atmosphere was so unique and we loved it. The food and drinks were delicious! Service was excellent and attentive.
