They will cancel a portion of your reserved items if someone else they prefer wants them.They cancelled our 3 heater reservation last minute. Now we have no heaters for our back yard Christmas Party in a few days - despite reserving heaters weeks ago. All other rental places were mostly booked. Completely unapologetic over the phone as well.Response: The owner is lying! We paid on Dec 6. And we're never rude on the phone. Shows just how deceitful and untruthful they are. I have receipts and a paid contract from Briana on the 6th showing paid. Openly posting this lie is libelous as well. I have taken screen shots so when you change your comment people will still see the lie you posted about me.

Very friendly and very efficient. I was in a bind and they were able to get me out of a jam.

We used RSVP for my daughter's baby shower. Woody was so helpful with my request! All costs were up front, no hidden fees! His table clothes were freshly pressed and the tables and chairs were just what we wanted - considering the array of choices. I recommend RSVP for your next party rental needs!

Thank you RSVP rentals for a quick and easy set up! We had to rent 40 chairs and 2 umbrellas for our wedding at the Neon Museum - they were quick to reply, very affordable, and professional. We were worried about set up, as they had noted it was a quick drop off, but they had contacted the Neon Musuem prior (who they have worked with before) and they did the set up themselves! They had 3 people there and it was all set up and broken down for what seemed like 10 minutes. They arrived early and had everything ready when we showed up. Thank you for making it so easy and providing comfort for our guests.

DO NOT RENT here ! Rude customer service asked for the person in charge because my aunt needed help and she was even more unprofessional asked for an eta and they gave me one since 6-8 was a big window and not only was that time waaayyy off one of the items was broken. You would think they could hold up one end of there business , please do yourself a favor and look somewhere else!

I ordered some chairs for a small gathering at my house, and the overall process was quick and easy. I requested a quote from their website and was quickly sent an e-mail back the next day. All I had to do was ensure my information was correct, sign a couple forms, & put in my payment.As far as pickup, I like that there wasn't a set up time to pick up since it was just a time window where you can pick up between 9a-5p. As far as getting to the warehouse, our maps took us a bit of a confusing way. It almost drove us around in a complete circle just to get to the destination. Picking up the chairs was easy and fast. There is an employee at the front who asks for your information and quickly gives you your rental items. I had rented about 16 of the foldable natural wood chairs. My only complaint was that some of the seats were a bit torn up, but other than that they were fine. They were also super compact and easy to transport. I had asked my friend with a truck to come and help pick up the chairs, but they actually would have fit just fine in a smaller car. Dropping off was just as easy and stress-free. I'll definitely be back to rent any other things I might need for a party in the future!

I heard amazing things about rsvp and after research I wanted to honor the owner and founder with a portrait of himself (more than likely a family portrait next) but surprisingly it was sent back and returned to stating a no gift policy. Although I wasn't able to honor him in his place of business, I thought I would do so on all social media. RSVP is the place to be. From a mother's love.

Renting from RSVP rentals was as easy as I needed it to be.Had a party to plan for my daughter and sent request emails to a few places, RSVP responded the same afternoon and I like the rep I was communicating with so I went with them. She is no longer there but she was definitely very nice and attentive to my many questions on the equipment I was inquiring about, she went above and beyond sending me additional items and suggestions once I told her about my daughters plans.There was an issue with the pick up process (which I hated to reach out to them about because I never ever would I want anyone to get in trouble, but it was something I couldn't deal with it myself). I reached out to her and she directed me to her manager Todd. I had another great experience with him from the beginning to the end, he was very quick responding to my emails and resolved the issue just as quick, very pleasant person to deal with.I really appreciate the entire experience. Kudos to all of you for caring about your customers.Will definitely be renting from them on my next parties!
