We came on Christmas night for the holiday pop up and it was such a classy vibe!The night before we went to Azul at FontaineBleu and in comparison, Rouge Room was so much more elegant and upscale.The Asian hostess girl was so pretty and sweet in taking photos for us in the beautiful entrance.The gingerbread man drink was tasty and adorable.Sliders were really well made and the bun was soft and moist. Fries were perfect. Yellowtail was a little fishy, but was still ok.We ordered the filthy bastard martini for 2, but it never came out. Aside from that, it was a wonderful way to spend Christmas. Thank you so much!

I made a reservation here during their Christmas pop up bar. I was so excited because I have never been and had seen great photos and videos of the bar during this time. We had to wait outside or could sit at the bar inside for our table but it was packed. I did make a reservation and they said we couldn't be seated until then so I waited, then they said we could sit outside and be seated sooner and I asked if there were heat warmers or a fire pit we could sit by and she said yes. Of course great since it's like 50 degrees or less outside. It was beautiful the decor and the vibes seemed great. It was very busy inside but pretty empty outside. The firepit took a while for them to turn on. There was a security guard next to us, and he was talking to the worker trying to turn the firepit on and said "oh yeah that hasn't been working for 2 weeks keeps doing the same thing lighting up then turning off ." That just really made me upset, why seat us in the cold say there's warmers but you guys know this one doesn't work? There were other empty seats and when I voiced that the firepit wasn't working our server didn't even offer us a different space to sit or to go inside. It was probably some of the worst customer service I've experienced in a long time. It took 30+ min for us to even place a drink order and long to receive it too. Cute photo moment, great drinks but not worth freezing or the bad service

Honestly, zero stars.Had a reservation. Had to wait in line for 30-40 minutes just to check in for our table while randoms were allowed to walk in just for the bar. When finally got escorted outside to a table that was not cleaned, still had used glasses and plates. We mentioned this to the manager. Manager said someone would come and clean it up for us.We sat in the cold without any service for another 30-40 minutes in front of a blaring speaker by the pool.We ended up leaving. Passed by the manager and mentioned this whole ordeal. Didn't bat an eye lash.Service bad and over priced mediocre drinks.

I had a fun evening here with a big group. Great food and cocktails. The bar tenders and waitresses were very cheerful and friendly. My only nit was the "uniforms" of waitresses. Yes, I have become a prude.

Ambience was cute. All their holiday decor was up and the service was good. We only had the holiday drinks, son of a nutcracker was the fav. The sliders were also really good and the fries were fresh.It looked like there was an area for a live band, but not sure when they perform. I'd definitely come back again.

We had a fun time here, the vibes are perfect for Christmas. We were obsessed with the decorations and drink selection. I got "Do You Know The Muffin Man" which is in the shape of a gingerbread. We all loved the flavors of our shots and drinks. The lit up Christmas tree was cute on the table too. Just be careful for the bill at the end. They overcharged us for the shot tree and if we had been too drunk, we wouldn't have noticed. Pay attention to the bill at the end.

This place is really beautiful and very festive over the holidays. We went last year as well. Although, the service could be much much better. The hostesses in front were not very happy nor friendly. And even when one of them smiled, it was a very fake smile. Our server, we didn't get her name. She was just OK. At one point we tried to get her attention but she just strutted off. We were disappointed that they didn't have the toast with the caviar anymore. Nor the pretty drink that we had last year, which was in an ornament and then you pour it from the ornament... that was really special. This time around we got some drinks, but they were extremely weak and for $24 you would expect more. Also, the music was like from the 70s. So if you're over 50 or 60, you might like it, but if you're young like us, you will not like it. This year just wasn't as good. But, we will be here again and maybe next Christmas will be better!

Food was great, I loved the rice crispy and the sliders. The service was well and there was live music which was fun. It was also a ladies night which I believe is every Friday so we get 50% off which is also amazing.

This place was absolutely stunning inside! We showed up for this with a reservation so we were promptly seated during the holidays, on December 20th. Many of us ordered off the holiday menu, myself included having drank a "Son of a Nutcracker" - their take on an espresso martini with your choice of vodka or tequila. My wife had a dirty martini that comes in two separate containers, so we definitely enjoyed ourselves! I'm thankful for the attentive service even as the night passed on as well! I'm definitely interested in coming back!

The cutest Christmas pop-up! I love the Rouge Room as it offers such an elegant and upscale vibe and always has really good drinks. My friends and I came here for the Christmas pop-up and really enjoyed the Christmas decor and yummy drinks! We ordered several different types and enjoyed them all. My personal favorite was the gin drink! It was so light and refreshing but also really tasty! Our table also ordered the Christmas shot tree and it was soo cute! I had the vanilla shot and it was pretty good!My friends also ordered appetizers with their drinks and stated they liked the food here as well. Our service was pretty quick and attentive and felt our drinks came out in a reasonable amount of time. The only thing we absolutely did not like was we felt our waitress tried to scam us at the end. She charged us an extra $190 for the shot tree instead of the $60 that it was. We thought it was a mistake but when she came back we said "Hey so I think there is an issue" and Immediately she grabbed the book back and said "Oh yes the shot tree I think that was in wrong. I'll take care of it!!" It's like she already knew it was wrong and what we were going to say before we even had a chance to say it. While it could have been an honest mistake, our entire table left after that interaction all thinking the same thing and kind of had a bad taste in our mouth because of it. I wonder if this is something she has tried before or with others as a lot of times when you're drinking you may not notice mistakes on the bill. Thought this was noteworthy to put down though so just make sure you check your bill. But other than that we did enjoy our time here!
