Great store on the strip! There is so much here such as wallets, purses, shoes etc! If you ever forget anything at the airport chances are it's here!

Customer service, slow lines, horrible location Employees are intimidating customers, no respect and they are screaming among themselves and with customers.Never had such degrading experience at other Ross locations or from other employees, this must be a tourist trap so they don't care to extend good and polite service.Headquarters or district manager should check on this store so they don't chase customers out with talk back and loudness.

Went to check Ross in this location, they have a nice cloth selection, but they need to improve operation side, they have 3 security guards but only one person working at the cashier causing a long line and wait.

We were heading back to the Aria from Cosmopolitan and stopped by, since it was right between the two. I really didn't need anything as my luggage was already full. I was looking for bottled water.You open the door and an escalator takes you downstairs. This location is a decent size. They have all the usuals that you see at every Ross: clothes, shoes, luggage, housewares, etc. They usually have bottled water by the checkout. I guess they don't carry it at this location or they were just out.

First to review!!! Hidden next to the giant ARIA electronic sign, and in front of The Shops at Crystals of ARIA is where you can find this store.Great selection at soft opening! Everything was neatly organized. Great, friendly, helpful staff all around!!! Can't believe there's another Ross on the strip, let alone at the luxurious ARIA!!!

cute little Ross that we stumbled upon while walking the strip. Prices are very affordable and there is a lot of good steals in here. I walked out with two whole bags of stuff LOL!!! the rosses where I live are not this good.

I stopped in to purchase some boxers. Waited 30 minutes in a line of 25+ people because the store is understaffed. On my way out security asked to see inside my bag and check my receipt. This is a bad stop considering I'm a paying customer. Thinking about contacting my attorney to sue. Fix your business!

Park here get towed. Went to drop something next door prior to shopping and came back to do my shopping and my vehicle was towed.

Do not come! They are not properly staffed. Came heee at 4:45 pm on 6/30 and the line was so long. There was only one person checking folks out. I asked for the manager and she said she wasn't but the girl checking everyone out said she was so she said she was the manager for right now. I asked her why isn't anyone else checking out people when you literally have 30 people in line. She said they were the only two people there. She was sorting hangers so I was like well why can't you help? She said because they were the only ones there. Okay that doesn't make sense as to why you think it is more important to sort hangers right now. Anyway, I went back to the line and she sorted for about 2 or 3 more mins and then finally started to help check people out. This store needs to retrain this "manager" she was AWFUL! It's not her fault that they are short staffed but she could have handled things better and she could have also been a better colleague to her team member that was doing all of the work.
