Rocky's Bar + Grill

Stopped by Rocky's Bar & Grill for a burger, and overall, it was a great experience. The place has a classic, no-frills bar vibe--laid-back, friendly staff, and a solid menu of comfort food.The Burger:I went with the Rocky's Classic Cheeseburger, and it did not disappoint. The patty was juicy and well-seasoned, cooked just right with a nice char on the outside. The bun was soft yet held up well, and the toppings were fresh. I also appreciated the fact that they didn't skimp on the cheese--it was nicely melted over the patty.The Sides:I got the seasoned fries, which were crispy and well-seasoned, though nothing out of the ordinary. They also offer onion rings, which I might try next time.Why 4 Stars Instead of 5?While the burger was solid, it wasn't necessarily a standout or unique compared to other great burger joints. Also, the wait time was a bit longer than expected, but nothing too crazy.If you're looking for a good, classic burger in a chill bar setting, Rocky's Bar & Grill delivers. Would definitely come back for another round, maybe with a beer next time!

First time in.It was clean and very comfortable, the booths were very roomy! There was a bartender who was also our waiter, very nice guy, in fact my friend thought he was cute, lol....I mean he was cute but...um so anyways....what was I talking about?Oh....This is a food review. Ok so anyways, they use Peets coffee which I like, I like dark, medium--whatever but I guess my friends didn't like it too much, one friend said that he had to use 4 creamers and it was still too dark tasting--I drank mine black--other friend said it was strong despite her ordering decaf....They both got the classic breakfast--eggs, bacon, toast, house potatoes. They only have 6 Breakfast items, listed at least and that was a disappointment for them but they did like it. I am Plant Based so the only option was breakfast Potatoes--They will cook them in oil if you ask them to (or maybe they already do...I dunno) but they were good, very well seasoned and I didn't even need Ketchup, ordered 2 sides and it wasn't very big so next time will need to do 4, if there is a next time, as I said if I hadn't brought my own Vegan eggs with me, I would not have been able to eat much, nothing on the dinner menu--No avocado toast? Beyond Burger? BUT--Before you say it.....I am willing to go back as is my friend but our other friend was like, No, I will go back if you guys want to but I wouldn't choose it....Its not going to the dice list and so the only way we will be back is if someone asks us to come in or they change the menu a bit to suit everyone (More items offered, more plant based options offered)The smoke was LIGHT--Not bothersome at all, Yes, you can smoke at the bar--But it was fine. Pool Tables! a bar....I live close and need to lose weight, I think it would be fine for me to go here a few times a week and have a plate of potatoes and a coffee!:)The Dice Man!

This place has an amazing ambiance AND they're open 24/7! To think that doesn't get better... Well it does! Their food and service is also top notch. Thanks Rocky's Bar + Grill for coming through for me at crazy hours.

Brandy was amazing but my meal not so much. I was really excited to try the fish and chips here after hearing great things about this place, but unfortunately, my experience was far from pleasant. The portion sizes were undeniably huge, which seemed promising at first. However, the fish pieces were absolutely drenched in grease--almost as if they had taken a bath in the fryer. While I tried to enjoy the crispy exterior and flaky fish inside, the overwhelming amount of oil made it hard to get through the meal. Unfortunately, things took a turn for the worse later that night as I was immediately sick after only eating a few bites. More than likely due to the overwhelming amount of grease in the food. Food quality and safety are non-negotiable, and I can't help but feel disappointed that this place failed in that regard. My husband had the steak and eggs and another person had the brisket with Mac and cheese. They absolutely loved their food. Just can't say the same for me. Because they were satisfied, I am more than happy to provide this place with a middle of the road rating. I am not opposed to going back, however, I never plan to eat fish and chips there again.

The smell of cigarettes drove us away. We couldn't even stay long enough to order. If you can handle the smell then it may be ok. We will never know.

So my husband and I have been coming here for a long time, he gambles a lot of money at this place, we tip very well as my husband is in the tipping business. A few months ago this bar tender BRANDY tells us she has people waiting for a machine, kicks us off our machine and sends us ti a table. Like WTF!!!! So here we are her again after many time before, tipping VERY well and my husband goes to the restroom, and she tells me she has people waiting for this machine AGAIN NOT EVEN BUSY in this place WITH OPEN MACHINES nobody is sitting at.... And tells me the same thing!!!! Like what is BRANDY'S PROBLEM!!!! Nobody is hanging out in this DEAD ASS PLACE. Waiting for shit!!!! Choose another bar, this is bullshit!!!! Plus it's dead and BORING!!

My guys and I came in here to eat an early lunch. The service was awesome. The children fry steak was good and the toast was Texas toast. The bartender had good music going. Definitely coming back.

We had gone to Rocky's in 2016 on our way to the airport. Stopped in about 3 for a late lunch and had a horrible experience. Food was dreadful, and the server acted like we were such an inconvenience for asking for food at an off hour. So we'd been avoiding it since, even though we live very close by. Thought we'd give it another chance, since several friends recommend it and they had a special for restaurant week. We walked in the door about 5:30 pm and it reeked of cigarette smoke, even though we were not in the bar area. No one there at the greeting station; everyone seemed to be sitting in the bar area to the left behind glass. We stood there for 5 minutes trying to get someone's attention on the other side. Didn't want to walk into the bar area because I'm allergic to smoke. Waited and waited, and gave up. Will definitely not be going there again.

Not bad! Our office came here for lunch today and the food was pretty good! I had the bbq burger with tots. Burger was perfectly cooked & the tots were perfectly crunchy. Waitress was super nice and attentive too!

This bar is different, that's for sure, the food is really good. At least all the breakfast items are . If you're a gamer, then this is not a bar for you. They have a wheel spin for any 4 of a kind during happy hour. But don't expect to get that money right then and there. They will put it on your card in a few days. So you have to come back to the bar. So I played $100 the other day and won a spin, I won $15.00, and they said I would have to wait the week for the money. I showed up today 8 days later to get my money. They only put $10 and said that was what I won. I mean, if you screw your guests over 5 dollars, then damn. I would never play there again, and I definitely do not recommend this bar to anyone I know..
