Rock N' Potato

Solid spot. Came here to pick up a group order today and the staff was professional and friendly. Not sure if that was the owner that I interacted with but he took great care of me and helped get the order to my car easy.Will be coming back here, great food and great service. Thanks a lot!

After a friend recommended Rock N' Potato I had to go and check it out for myself when in Las Vegas. Rock N' Potato is located in a small building food court with plenty of seating. When I got to the counter to order the staff were super friendly and went over the whole menu with me since it was my first time. We ordered the FLEETWOOD MACDADDY and the CHILAQUILES BIRRIA. They gave us a pager for when our food would be ready but we only waited about 10 minutes. Once we got our tray of food it felt super heavy lol.My husband started with the CHILAQUILES BIRRIA and I tasted it as well. It was packed with tons of Birria and seasoned really well, every bite just got better and better. I ordered the FLEETWOOD MACDADDY and it was overflowing with Mac n cheese and chunks of lobster in the potato in addition to the lobster tail on top. The Mac and cheese is sooo creamy and the chucks of lobster just add more to the deliciousness. The actual lobster tail is cooked to perfection and seriously is one of the best lobster tails I've ever had compared to an actual restaurant. The portions are hefty but the flavor and freshness will keep you eating.Since I was so impressed with their food I had to come back and get more before my flight back home. For my second visit I ordered the DIRTY MOTLEY. The service was still phenomenal and the food did not disappoint. The DIRTY MOTLEY was packed with chorizo chili, fries, and their signature cheese sauce. Another flavorful potato and everything well executed. Their cheese sauce is sooo creamy and good you can eat it by itself.Now that I have found Rock N' potato I will be a customer for life or atleast anytime I'm in Vegas. The staff was amazing and the food next level, I recommend any and everybody who wants to have a great meal to check out Rock N' Potato.

Friend's recommendation on huge potato entrée. It is located less than 10 min walk from MGM Grand (can take the monorail here) and pass the M&M store. It's located upstairs and along with other eateries like Panda Express, Dirty Dog or Popeyes. This place is known for having the best birria in Las Vegas but it also known for their giant potato entree's. Order the Fleetwood Mac Daddy and regular fries. There's a Fleetwood Mac but only difference is price and there no lobster tail. Soda is fountain but cost for refill.It's so worth it for that price considering it's giant potatoe and it's very flavorful and very filling. The regular fries is crispy and friend to perfection. Be warned it is a lot of food so sharing is recommend if can't handle that much food. Service was excellent and cashier is knowledgeable on answering first timer questions.Overall, highly recommend on trying and you won't regret it.

Ordered the Fleetwood Mac and Original Groupie. Both were super packed and dripping with sauce and toppings. Their portions are huge so one is enough to share! The sauces may seem a lot but it coats the whole baked potato once mixed. Would come back for a quick snack after walking throughout the strip.

A friend recommended this place and I'm so glad we stopped by! This place is located in a food court but dont let that fool you. The broth and meat they used for their tacos were on point, and their Mac and cheese with lobster was delicious. A+ all around.

Seen so many good reviews and as a must try spot when in Vegas. I didn't know it was actually located in the busy big food court we always walk past. There's a shared dining area for all surrounding selected restaurants inside so it's first come first serve so watch out it can get really packed and stuffy and hopefully you find a seat.I'd say they are some pretty pricey potatoes but they are pretty darn good. My son ordered the birria king and killed that on his own, whole potato and all. I tried a bite and with the hot sauce was really good so the flavors from the birria balanced well with the whole potato. My husband and I shared the fleetwood and it was more than enough for the both of us. It had the mixed potato with gravy on the bottom, the mac and cheese which was really good, and lobster pieces on top which was not salty. It was really good and loved it and I'm not even a potato person since I feel like it's just a filler. Everything just complimented everything so well! Must try!

There is more here than potatoes. The Birria tacos were amazing! Tender flavorful meat served in a double crunchy corn taco- yum! Don't forget to add the consume' for dipping. Make sure you add this to your list of places to eat when you come to Las Vegas.

Very good customer service. They give out delicious samples. Glad I got to experience the rockin potato all the way from Kentucky.

Great costumer service by Byrd, great food, and amazing ambiance. Definitely worth it, for sure I'll come back and visit again, birria chilaquiles are incredible !!!!
