RISE Cannabis Dispensary Las Vegas on South Rainbow

This used for o be a great spot. it's nearby and convenient. i feel like everytime we go in there it's a different management or group of employees now. service is definitely more miss then hit. put it this way it's always empty when we go in there, not a single other customer, so that should tell you something. The employees just aren't friendly anymore and have attitudes, it used to be great when they first opened but the last year it's been down hill. so many other dispensaries out there with awesome service and better prices. SKIP this one!

This dispensary is hit or miss for me. Staff is sometimes in a cheery mood and willing to help. Other times, I feel I'm just another number. From time to time, there is staff on the floor to help but not always. Most traffic is sent to the kiosks. Their system offers information about each product, like how you might feel when consuming. However, not all of the products show this which makes it difficult to decide. Especially for people new to cannabis. With staff not always available, answers are not readily available. They always have deals. I feel sometimes staff are just agreeing with you and not taking into consideration what the customer wants, from my experience. You can order ahead online, have it delivered or have it brought to your car door. But you can always walk in and place an order.

Walked in and was greeted by security, great. Was told to just head to the kiosk, scroll through and the tellers will have the order ready whenever I figure out what I want from the rather large selection in the kiosk I know nothing about. Terrible business mindset/model. You need one on one service. Not picking from a tablet that just stares back at you telling you that they don't care about you. What a joke. I just walked out.

This often place orders for CBD as I know it's tested right. The manager is there will mitigate any challenge you ever come across as well as supply you with the highest quality product as I take my medicine seriously and why I buy my CBD here. I know that they're upgrading their system so I had a couple technical challenges placed in a pick up order but the manager made it right and he didn't need to so God bless them stop in and say hello. Take Chris Warner sent you just kidding. I don't get anything for that very friendly staff, but the management rocks no matter who's working for them

Always help me get my order in from kiosk and Ron was ready with a smile. I will say though that I will never get a motivator, I was going to smoke it when after lighting and blowing it , blew all the weed out!

Service was A1. They had a wide variety of selection and they definitely had a lot of sales. Shout out to Lisa. She was very nice.

It's great service, value is usually great, section on hand is great and availability is key.The only issue is that their ATM charges extra "for certain banks" but there's no warning on the company provided onsite ATM available stating only a 3.50 charge agreed. I am upset enough not to come back here because I was charged numerous times and all I get is a sorry it's a glitch.

I've been going to Rise Dispensary for at least 7 years even after many name changes. I meet Karen pretty much at the very beginning, she is the nicest employee there. She knows the products that she sells very informative. People like her is why I bring all my friends here. Most know me, my name is James.We don't know how to buy anywhere else !!!

Super dope spot, came from out of town and they helped me with what I needed. I like the order system with the kiosk

I just saw a cartoon with a person running toward a dispensary where it read, "legal weed is now available for purchase."Next photo is the same guy running in the opposite direction and in all caps the caption reads, "shit is too expensive! i'll just keep buying from my weed guy!!!"that is what i thought from the gate. "the shit is so expensive!!!" so naturally i dropped my bong when i learned they recently raised their prices again???!!! it's not like the shit doesn't grow on trees!!! Not only is it expensive AF, but it gives you a headache too, making you wonder what chemicals this marijuana is grown with. The other day i bought an 8th and it was dry! why??? for the price this place is asking they should have served it up to me on solid gold, not a plastic container that i break a nail every time i attempt to open and your going to give me dry, stale, old flower for that highway robbery of a price?? no thank you, LA is just a 4 hour drive. Im going to pick up an ounce of kind, OUTDOOR, ORGANIC bud and bring it back here.You should be ashamed of yourself RISE. i think your very greedy, and you don't demand great quality of flower for your customers! And the process to check you out is chaotic here, they're is no order. If you go to the RISE on Jones, bring a gun or a man because the neighborhood is where they rob you after exiting their store.
