Residence Inn by Marriott

Great location by Henderson airport and close to 215. The lobby was beautiful and great customer service plus the breakfast was really good. Rooms were your normal upscale rooms. No complaints I'll be back

Great hotel as we traveled through Vegas. Was worried we wouldn't find a clean and pet-free hotel. They do accept pets for a fee but they remain only in the first floor rooms. The rest are pet-free which is great to avoid allergic reactions to residual pet fur. Check in was a breeze. Staff has a great sense of humor and are friendly. Room was at the end of a long hallway and was an accessible room. It was a spacious king suite. Appropriate grab bars in the bathroom for ease of use. Room was clean, the curtains were automated which was nice. Two TVs a small dining table and a full compact kitchen Overall pleased with our stay. The reviews were spot on for this hotel. Clean, modern and comfortable. Some noise outside but we are in Vegas so it's expected.

4/13/2024Wanted to use up our Marriott Bonvoy credits...ended up paying a $100..After staying at our regular resort, it's hard to compare the amenities.. Location was perfect as we had to use Uber from the resort to here.. only $10 ride.Staff friendly-Room with kitchenette was nice and it even had a microwave popcorn package!Only downside- no hand lotion in the bathroom..

Surprisingly, this was a very good stay. Double beds in the room with a separate living room space and lovely kitchen full refrigerator microwave plus a huge dining table. Spacious bathroom with bright lights. Very peaceful and relaxing atmosphere. There's another hotel next door and bank within walking distance in the parking lot. Free complimentary breakfast was excellent. Staffs were friendly and kitchen crew was fantastic. Very clean! It had a good variety for basics. Brand new and well maintained. You can easily walk all around the building or areas surrounding it. Lots of restaurants across the street and down the streets in Henderson. Lots of good crepes and French bakeries in Henderson, not far from hotel. Swimming pool area was packed with guests. Summer vibes here. Spacious indeed. Closet had enough clothes hangers and drawers in the hallway leading into the bathroom. Hairdryer was nicely wiped down in excellent condition. Yes, as a Marriott Bonvoy member, we would definitely be revisiting. Great location southwest of Henderson. Comfortable and safe neighborhood. My favorite was the window view in bedroom and living room. It felt special. We can see nature/the mountains and modern built homes from the room. Seven Hills neighborhoods? Absolutely gorgeous. The hotel room was definitely a memorable one. Highly recommended.

Stay here before. Pretty nice place. There service was pretty good and cool. Close by Vegas

The hotel overall is really nice. The rooms are very spacious and clean. The room really was incredible. We also had a view of downtown Las Vegas and the mountains were beautiful too.The one big downfall was how bad the customer service was. Upon arrival the front desk person was VERY unfriendly and we could tell she wanted nothing to do with us. She asked for our license and credit card, and we let her know we did check in online already if that helped at all (The app didn't allow us to get a digital key). And she said rudely, "We don't don't do that here, license and credit card." Yikes. She then pulled up our profile and realized we were elite members and her attitude did a 180. We didn't want her niceness just because of that. Wish the experience could have been better.

Nice place but too far from anything outside of Henderson. Rooms are getting a used feeling. Elevators are broken. Room walls are thin and televisions do not work. Besides that, great hotel.

Wonderful staff. Traveled with my daughter for the ACT at Liberty High School and needed a relaxing stay the night before the exam. Couldn't ask for more. They were also very understanding with late checkout due to the test duration.Thank You!

This Residence Inn has great staff, delicious breakfast, clean rooms, centrally located, lots of great eateries nearby & safe for solo travelers.

Verry disappointed by staff at front desk and the house keepers. House keepers are thieves and stole over 300$ worth of food we had just purchased from the grocery store and then was told our stay was not extended last min. We did not get a call from the hotel back after calling them about the items left in the room and the girl at the front desk was very rude about the whole situation. they got more money in food than the room cost! This was not opened food it was all brand new still in the Albertsons grocery bags.
