I had a very unforgettable experience shopping here for the first time! I've been staying out here for a while and haven't found a vape store personalized to my tastes until I came into Red Rock Vapor. Random enough, the juices that were selected for me were tropically different and based on the result it told me their employees really do listen to their customers needs. Unreal. Nearly zero for vape juice selection. That's is literally what this shop specializes in yet this pretty nice sized store basically filled in vaping units. Not the destination for one stop shop or reoccurring purchases. Sad. It's a pretty store.I do not recommend.

Red Rock Vapor is a phenomenal business. Ever since walking in there for the first time in 2017 they have treated me like royalty. The staff is super knowledgeable and helpful. I moved out of state and still continue to patronize the business. Aside from their exceptional customer service the products have always been of high quality. Their custom juices are so clean and flavorful it's astonishing. Emma today went above and beyond for me and I couldn't be more pleased. Thank You Red Rock Vapor

Placed an order online, after 3 hours went to pick it up. I was asked if they texted me yet, I wasn't. They said it wasn't ready, I was told 40 minutes, I waited for an hour and ten minutes to go back, still no text. They told me it won't be ready until the next day. They just found out the ran out of the base mix. I asked them to use another base, that way I only need to wait another 20 minutes. This whole time people go in and place orders and there product is made right away. The online order that they know I was waiting for outside in my car for keeps being pushed back. Other time you need to hope someone will answer the bell on the locked door, multiple times I have gone there during business hours the is nobody there, there is sign for you ring the bell only once. Good luck with them answering the bell. Or when they post a sign on the door that they are at lunch and will be back by a said time, 45 minutes later they are not back, or just not answering the bell because they can't be bothered with us pesky customers.

The shop itself was awesome, but this is about customer service. Walked in at 3PM 11/4 to an empty store with no employees. Stood around for 5+ minutes with literally no one showing up. Walked up and down, waited a bit more, then went back to my car and called the shop. Someone answered and said they'll be out so I went back in. The girl with the red hair could not have been more rude. She was acting like I was a burden for even walking in. Long story short, she just had a bad attitude to a customer and was all over the place with her responses. No bueno.

Absolutely love this vape shop! The employees are kind and extremely well versed in all things vape and then some! James and Jon, in particular, are just excellent guys- they are always willing to answer questions and take the extra step to find exactly what you are looking for!Great location, prices, and juices to choose from, also the selections of CBD products and glass pieces are amazing!Thank You, Red Rock Vapor!

I love coming to red rock vapor! The staff is so friendly especially Jon and James every time I come in they are very attentive and kind! Such a welcoming crew! They would help me find the right juices and flavors that suits my taste! Honestly couldn't pick a better place to come check out some fresh mods and juices. Can't wait to tell my friends to come check it out!! & I'll be sure to be back!

I wouldnt go anywhere else I love this place so much that I now order my products by mail because i no longer live in Vegas anymore & I couldn't find any place Michigan with their quality or variety

Came here for a small bottle of juice and a gift card. Ronny (Ronnie?) helped me out but sadly told me no gift cards! He also helped me pick out a juice I never bought before.
