RAPSA! Fil-Mex Fusion Food

I was able to enjoy their delicious food while I was at Tenaya Creek Brewery. They are parked right by the brewery entrance. You order from them and they will bring your order inside to you,I was with a group of friends who all ordered from Rapsa! So I was able to try a couple of items. My favorite is their Lumpia, which are made perfectly. Great flavor and perfectly crisp. The Empanadas are just as amazing. Enjoyed the Bulgogi Nachos, which are a great pairing of flavors. Friendly employees and great food!

Tried their food truck at Tenaya Creek brewery. I was expected more of a fusion menu so I was a little disappointed. It's more like 2 separate menus - 1 Filipino and 1 Mexican. I ordered some carne asada fries. The toppings were all fresh with some homemade salsa that included mango. Service was quick.

Rapsa is a mobile food truck offering an interesting spin on fil-mex fusion food.My first experience was acceptable, but not the greatest. This appears to be a local mom-n-pop operation based off the small truck experience. The truck itself looks clean and has an A rating as displayed by the health district. The first frustration comes with payment options as it's not up to date in the conventional sense. While the accept Cash App, they offer no other forms of digital payment as expected in may other business across the valley. The do accept card from Square, however they elected not to upgrade to the contactless option offered by Square themselves. Ordering was fairly easy and the picture menu offered an easy idea as to what you ordered. We elected to buy the quesadillas. What seemed like a relatively easy order turned into a twenty minute wait time, which seems quite long for a simple quesadilla. What was frustrating was having my payment processed and then being informed of the wait time. The price of food isn't crazy, but it's definitely inflated in comparison to what is served. The food quality itself was fairly decent with an ok taste profile. The carne asada was rather plain and heavily saturated in grease. Overall, the experience wasn't the best, but not the worst either.

We went to the Food Truck Frenzy in Centenial Hills and decided to give RAPSA a try. They had the biggest crowd waiting for their food so our assumption was they must be good. We placed our order with a very friendly young lady and started the waiting process for our meal. We soon realized why so many people were near their truck. They are SLOW. In my opinion to slow for this type of food. We waited 45 minutes for Shrimp and Carne Asada tacos and an an order of Lumpia. My wife said the Carne Asada tacos were very good. My Shrimp tacos were "ok" and the Lumpia was decent. Over all the food was a 3.5 out of 5 but I can't rate them higher than a 3 total based on the wait time.

The best pancit. Egg rolls. Atchara. And my favorite sapin-sapin. Susan is the best cook. If your craving for filipino foods contact them! They do catering filipino and mexican foods. You name what you want and they can cook them for you. Check out their food truck! I highly recommend!

Sherwin and her team did an absolute amazing job with our 2 year olds party. The tacos were the very best I've personally had and all the guest were very happy. There was more then enough food, and Sherwin actually left the last few plates for us. Great left overs :) I can't say enough good things about their service, 5 star A-1 service!

This food truck came to Mountain View Hospital for lunch! And it was really good.. I ordered the breaded fried porkchops with a side of corn and mango salsa! Also ordered elotes on a bowl... Very satisfied!

This truck comes to my work location a lot. This is the first time I decided to try them. I saw they had bulgogi tacos. I love bulgogi. This photo...was my first bite. Nothing but fat. I've picked out large chicks of fat out of all 3 of the tacos. I'll not go to this truck again when they come to my job. Service was also quite slow.

Amazing service and great food. My boyfriend and I come to Tenaya Creek often and they have a rotation of food trucks and this one was by far the best. Super great people and food!!!

The Grilled Shrimp Tostada was awesome! The only reason I am not giving 5 stars is because it took too long to get my food but if I have to trade quicker turn time for less flavor and quality I would not like I'm that either. I am looking forward to eating her again!
