We tried them out on a chilly Wednesday evening. They were pretty busy, but there were a couple of available tables so the friendly server sat us promptly. There is a good variety of dishes and the food we ordered tasted very good. Although the server was by herself, she was very efficient and friendly. Overall the atmosphere feels very nice and it's a comfortable place to have a steamy bowl of tasty ramen. We will probably go back to try more of their food.

Plant based broth!Stopped by this authentic Japanese Ramen restaurant on my way to Trader Joe's. The restaurant was pretty quiet and the ticket time was fast!I'm still trying to identify all the bold flavors in this creamy broth but what I wi share is this place is a must try! Ramen Ebisu is one of the best places of tried and recently and I'll definitely be back!

Im a self proclaimed ramen connoisseur and I was pleasantly surprised to find this spot so close to home. The staff was super friendly and the options were amazing. I should have guessed when I fist walked in by how packed it was that this would be a 5 star. I only wish I could eat more. If I had to say anything negative it would be the size of the place. Since this is a tiny hole in the wall the seats are very close and my not so quiet neighbor was a distraction from my meal but back to the food- I wouldn't change a thing. The broth is flavorful, not overly salty or rich and the additions are a delightful touch. My neighbor did criticize that they should add tofu as a protein source which I do agree that some other options should be available but as a legit Japanese ramen- it was spot on! Will most definitely give this another go before I go!

Ambiance: typical ramen spot. Japenese theme and semi small location. They got the Jpop tunes on. Service: the lady is the server l, cashier and busser. Food: I got the ebisu ramen. I like the noodles, they are more on the firm side. The soup isn't too hot even if it's on a very cold day. I would prefer it to be a tad warmer. Overall. Yummy.

Dec 2024This small restaurant packs a punch. It only has about ten 2 tops for seating but the food is extremely good. The flavors are intense and ramen is perfect for the cold nights. Only about 7 ramen options and 9 sides and i want to try more of them. Maze men didn't have broth and was a great noodle dish. The spicy tonkotu hit the spot and the wings were super crispy and delicious! Great spot

Food: We ordered the special and regular tonkatsu ramen was good. The katsu curry, we added chicken karrage to the bowl. The rice didn't come out hot but the curry and the karrage did. The pan fried Potstick were delicious. Service: service was great, we were seated right away for 7 people. The waiter was attentive and everything went smoothly.Ambiance: standard ramen shop - clean.

Hark! Upon yon Green Valley Parkway doth stand a humble yet most wondrous hall of feasting--Ramen Ebisu, a haven where hunger meets its noble end.Lo, the broth! A potion most divine, rich and deep as the midnight sea, with flavors that dost linger upon the tongue as a lover's farewell. The Spicy Tonkotsu, bold in its fiery embrace, dost warm the very soul, whilst the Veggie Ramen, a garden's bounty in a single bowl, sings a melody most pure. And what of the Gyoza and Karaage? Verily, they are treasures fit for a king's own table, crisp and golden as the dawn's first light. The keepers of this fine establishment dost serve with grace and mirth, tending to their guests with hearts as warm as the broth they bring forth. In truth, Ramen Ebisu be not merely a place of dining, but a sanctuary where weary souls may find comfort, and bellies their well-earned bliss.Go thee hence, and partake in this marvel! For to miss such fare would be a tragedy most dire.

Very good! The spicy ramen wasn't too spicy but perfect. The float had too much ice for my liking and wasn't a really a float.
