Ramen Aku

This restaurant is near my job and I figured I would try something new for lunch. The restaurant is very clean and well kept. It's kinda small, but that's expected for a ramen spot. The server who was there, was very nice. He greeted me when I walked in and was friendly. I told him that I would order take out, but a little later on my lunch break, I was just coming in to look at the menu. He then gave me a business card and told me to call my order in so I wouldn't have to wait. Anyway, I called in my order around 6:30pm. The guy who answered the phone was polite and didn't rush me to order. He told be that my food would be ready in less than 10 minutes. I came into the restaurant, paid, and my food came out within 10 minutes, just as promised. I ordered the chicken fried rice and a chicken skewer. Both items were VERY good!! I will definitely be back to order again. The chicken skewer was a lot bigger than I thought. The chicken fried rice was very good, it had large pieces of chicken throughout the rice. It was chicken in every bite! Honestly the rice tasted so good, I forgot to add the soy sauce to it. I ate most of the rice and a few bites of the skewer before my break was over. I even took a 10 minute break just to finish the few spoonfuls of rice I had left. I brought the skewer home and put it in my air fryer to warm it up, and it was bomb!!!! I have nothing bad to say about this place. Service and food were excellent!!

Was in the nearby area and decided to check this place out. We came on a Wed evening, it was pretty empty. There were a couple of "to go" orders but we were the ones in the restaurant. The place has plenty of tables, has a pretty cool vibes about it. The food is limited to ramen, some appetizers and some sushi rolls. I checked Yelp before heading over but when I got there, they had changed their menu 3 mos ago which I didn't catch because I was reviewing the old menu based on the photos shared. I failed to check WHEN those were shared so I was surprised to see a diff menu once I got seated.We ordered the following:1. croquettes - they were delicious. I really enjoyed them. 2. chicken ramen - I like a lighter broth so this was good. It came with some pieces of chicken which tasted like teriyaki flavored. The ramen has the bamboo shoots and tons of green onion and half an egg which to be spy flavored. It was still soft in the middle (the yolk), so that was perfect.3. Tonkotsu ramen: the meat was tender and smoky. It was good. The sauce is more creamy as that is how most tonkotsu base is.Overall it was decent, It wasn't bad but also nothing exceptional. The croquettes were good though and the waitstaff were friendly and attentive. 2 big pluses!

The food was good, had ramen chicken and the supreme chicken. The place seem clean.The only issue I did have was originally ..I wanted black garlic ramen ,I did not want pork so I ask the server if she can substitute the pork meat for chicken , she said no, they can't do that. So I said okay, well I'll get the ramen chicken can I have black garlic oil on the side . She said no we also can't do that. That's a first for me. Usually ramen places will let you have spices,oils, sauces on the side if you ask but of course with extra charge, which was completely fine on my end .I was hoping she would say let me ask the chef or my manager if that's possible. I was gonna ask her to ask; But then I knew it would hold up the time , since she was the only server there working . Which I think it was ridiculous because it was getting busy . Had to get up to ask the man behind the counter for a to go box and the bill. Anyways not sure if I'd come back here again.

Came here for lunch to get out of the cool Las Vegas weather. No wait for lunch and food came out hot, service is fast. Love the interior dining area with the neon signage.The shoyu Ramen was delicious. Soup to noodle ratio was ideal. Toppings included: chopped green onions, Baboo shoots, sliced pork belly. The pork belly was tender, and you could tell that it was cooked before which gave it a nice smoky taste. Slight issue with Apple Pay at the end. But aside from that, food was perfect.

noodle ok, sushi good, very convenient lunch place for me, if you not gonna go any ayce food near by, this place is good. music smooth, servers are friendly.

Amazing ramen! Rich, flavorful broth, perfect noodles, and fresh toppings. Great service and atmosphere. Definitely coming back!

The noodles were cooked to perfection! And it came out super fast. AND the service was amazing!

The place was relatively quiet because we were early eaters (before 5pm). Seated quickly and given menus. Apparently the QR code has been inactive. Old school menus are still good to go. Selections were very good for a small place. Ordered ramen and fried chicken. Ready very quickly and very tasty. Will definitely recommend. Raul was our server and he was quiet and very polite and effective. Very nice .

What we ordered:1. Chicken Ramen2. BYO (Build Your Own) Curry with white rice.What we think:1. Chicken Ramen: Ramen portion was good! Chicken was good. Temperature was good. Broth..delicious2. Curry with white rice: Ordered fried chicken to add to my curry. Chicken was crispy. Temperature was good. Daughter is 8 years old and she loved the chicken so much I had to order another side.I came here to try the katsu, but they ran out. Luckily the fried chicken I ordered as a substitute was amazing. Great ambiance. Kid friendly. Nice spot for a casual date day too. Boba shop next door is a plus if you want boba afterwards. GREAT service. Very attentive staff. Was great at multi-tasking and serving multiple tables simultaneously. My two daughters (15 y/o and 8 y/o) and I had the most peaceful and satisfying lunch after a long morning at a volleyball competition at the Las Vegas Convention Center!)
