The ramen was good. I got the amber ramen and the broth was not too salty paired with two good portioned charshu. What made me want to leave a review was the service that I received. Lindsey(sp) was extremely helpful, she announced before she seated me that its card only. I only had cash on me at the time and my phone was being serviced at an Apple Store nearby and can't use Apple Pay. She offered me an alternative and was able to be seated anyway and paid cash. I just wish I could tip her more. I was starving !

The food here is top notch! There's something really special about the broth too. It feels light but is full of flavor, just like the ramen I've had in Japan. The noodles are so good too!Bonus points for having great vegan options across the menu. The spicy cucumber dish was delicious but a bit overpriced for the portion size. Same with the hot Brussels sprouts, but the dipping sauces are delicious and kind of made up for it.The servers were helpful, friendly, and knowledgeable about the menu but a little slow at times. On a busy Saturday, we didn't wait very long to get seated and begin ordering. The vibe is casual. Come in for a quick bite or for a nice group meal with friends. They have a bathroom too. It could have been a little cleaner though.Overall, worth visiting! I know we'll be back. As far as flavor goes, I'd rate it at the top of my favorite ramen spots in Las Vegas.

Everyone has a go to Ramen spot, and a taste they chase when it comes to Ramen. So take my review with a grain of salt. First off the staff was friendly, and greeted us right away. I ordered the Spicy Garnet, and flavor wise it was a little lack luster. It didn't have enough spice in my opinion, the broth it self wasn't memorable either. Was it good, and did I still eat it...Yes, but would I come back here again... probably not. If you are in town square and craving noodles, it will get the job done. But would I drive out of my way to come here specifically for Ramen. No. Again the staff was wonderful, nothing against them.

We originally planned on going to another restaurant but the wait was very long so we opted for here. It was in the same location we have planned. This ramen place looked nice. A small and quit place. I'm always down for some good old ramen. And the weather was perfect for some ramen. I ordered the garnet miso. The broth was rich and full of flavors. It wasn't salty at all. And noodles were nice and thick. My wife had the pearl and she liked it. She really enjoyed the gyoza. And we both tried the chicken karaage. Ramen was good and service was great but for some reason we didn't get as full as what we ordered but then again we didn't share with 3 of our kids.

You're visiting the Town Square area and looking to find some ramen then this is your spot. It's right near the open area of town square so it shouldn't be hard to spot. The choices of ramen is different than your typical ramen. The broth is more of a cleaner/clearer broth than other places but that's what makes it good. I decided to go with the Pearl and it was pretty good. Everything else you'd expect with a ramen but the main difference is that you can distinctly taste the bonito and sardines which is really good. Normally ramen has a pork/chicken broth but this makes it really unique in itself. The service was good and the ambiance is pretty chill. You get a little bit of day light spilling in it so that it isn't over bearing. The seating is pretty spaced out which gives you a lot of room and you're not so close to other people.

Let's start off with the pros. This ramen house was located in the heart of town square. They have a bunch of seating. Never is too busy. Cons. Pretty over priced. Noodles are not fresh or made in house. The sushi did not taste like a great quality , Understaffed and was not the tidiest. Not a whole bunch to say the ramen was pretty basic nothing g stood out from this restaurant.

One of the best vegetarian ramen spots in Vegas.Ordered the Spicy Garnet which is their miso base ramen. Their broth is flavorful and umami. Ramen is filled with a generous amount of toppings. Prices are in the pricier side compared to other ramen places due to being located at Townsquare.

First time trying a vegan ramen and it exceeded my expectations! I got a truffle ramen and it was very flavorful. They were out of mushrooms, one of the topping for this ramen, so they let me add a different topping. Server was attentive. I'd go back!

Dined here on a Wednesday night after walking around Town Square. This ramen shop is located in the same row as Hollister and The Coffee Bean. Upon arrival, we stood around for a while before we were acknowledged and seated. We looked around and it looked like a few tables were still empty and waiting on water / waiting to order. We quickly decided on what we wanted since we were hungry but waited a while before the server came to take our order. It seemed like they were short staffed (only 3 ppl for front and kitchen) and they weren't moving with any sort of urgency. We ordered the Amber (umami+soy) and Spicy Garnet (spicy miso). All their broths are vegan which was pretty neat for those that have dietary restrictions but both were too salty. We also felt the soup wasn't very hot and the eggs in our soup were straight up cold. Not a fan personally, but if you're in a pinch then I guess this is OK. IMO it's worth the extra 10 mins drive to go to the Chinatown area for much better ramen options.

Good is great! Surprised their broth is vegetarian because it's got so much flavor. A favorite lunch spot of ours. I've brought friends that were skeptical and they all love it now too. Must try!
