Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers

One of the brand-new Raising Cane's in the central north side of Vegas. I used their drive thru. When parking lot was designed to support not only this restaurant but also Dominos and Chipotles, the designer did not do a great job of establishing the traffic pattern. It is a bit of hazardous so I would not recommend speeding through there so I would recommend keeping your eyes peering around you.The Raising Cane's location has two lanes. Once you place your order with the attendant, the right lane merges with the left lane. Cars move through fairly quickly. The food is standard Cane's so you won't be disappointed. Staff were friendly and since this is a new restaurant the ambiance is nice plus clean.

Raising Cane's Chicken Fingers - North Las Vegas (5th Street)In comparison to the rest of the Cane's I have been to, this one is as good as it gets. First, there's rarely ever a long line. And two, the service since they grand opened to now is the best. I have never experienced poor service at any Canes and at this location, they go above and beyond. I admit, my order was wrong a few times when this location first opened, but these little issues happen when the staff is just learning, and they have always fixed it. It's also typical for their staff to bring your order(s) to your table when it's not too busy or ask if you want your drinks refilled. Every once in a while, I even get a few extra fingers added to my meal. Cane's is still my favorite when it comes to chicken tenders and fries. Their tenders are bigger than most and facts, healthier than most with more protein. I can rely on Cane's when I'm craving chicken tenders and behind on my protein needs. There was maybe 1 car in the drive thru when we went through. I ordered the Caniac Combo and when I got home I discovered there were only 5 chicken fingers instead of 6. I could understand if the place was really busy but we were the only car in the drive thru.

My first visit here and I love the set up of the drive thru. It's two lanes and there is enough room for lots of cars to enter without obstructing traffic, well at least for now until everyone realizes there is a new location. I entered the lane on the left and unfortunately the girl taking my order couldn't hear me and I could barely hear her. There was lots of humming that's possibly coming from a fan. I literally had to yell my order to her multiple times before she understood me. Everyone I encountered was smiling and polite. My food was hot and ready once I got it. Zero complaints!!

As soon as I arrived at this location, I was greeted by not just one employee but 5 of them... a little overdoing it but I understand, I have worked in customer service in the past so I get how it is. Haha. Otherwise, upon ordering, the cashier was very friendly and helpful. I was able to customize my order from replacing my coleslaw to extra fries; never was a fan of coleslaw. Their soda machine was out of order, which was fine since I tried not to drink much soda. When picking up my order the lady was also friendly and made sure I received my order correctly. When asked for extra sauce she was coo with it. The food was crispy, fresh and delicioso. With the cane sauce, perfect. Forgot the cashier and the girl who handed my orders name but they deserve a raise.

Thanks Yelp for setting this up! I have been excited for the opening of this restaurant, as it is now the closest Raising Canes location to my house. As a father of three young kids, you can never be too close to a chicken finger restaurant. I love their juicy chicken, and I could literally dip just about anything in the Raising Canes sauce and it will immediately elevate it. It's my favorite.They had a lot of staff members making sure our experience was a good one. The restaurant was clean and had awesome Vegas inspired decor. I can say with confidence that we will be back!

This restaurant is new and is very clean and pleasantly decorated, with nice music in the background. Employees all seemed friendly and smiley. The manager was going around checking on customers to make sure they were satisfied.My husband and I shared a box combo (4 chicken fingers, sauce, fries, coleslaw, Texas toast, and a drink), two extra pieces of chicken fingers, and an extra Texas toast. There was plenty of food for the two of us because the chicken fingers were pretty big.Food was ready within a few minutes and was piping hot and excellent. The chicken pieces were crispy, juicy, and plump. I usually don't even like chicken breast but they sure do know how to prepare it. The Texas toast was yummy and thick. The fries were nice and fresh, and the coleslaw was really refreshing.If you need a quick bite, this is an excellent option. Efficient and friendly service, excellent food, and pleasant ambiance. What more could you ask for in a fast food restaurant?!

Service was friendly & fast but the chicken size is crazy small. I thought a 6 piece chicken dinner meal works mwould be plenty but they really are small like fingers. Plus I don't care for cane sauce so the roll & sauce don't impress me. I want more chicken.

Came on their grand opening day and it was great as always! Employees were extra friendly and helpful this day! Food was fresh and hot! We entered the contest for the game tickets! I always love going to a restaurant on their grand opening b/c it just feels so cool being the first to experience a new space even if I've had Canes hundreds of times! Glad this one is close to my house! Seems to be in a nicer area than most around! Will definitely be my go to Canes and so happy we have something that's open late! I was too excited for my food, so I didn't even take pic:(

The customer service was very distasteful.I went around 1:30 AM and the girl that was on the intercom had a very nasty attitude. I asked for a half-and-half and she had a very condescending tone while asking " half of what ?" And proceeded to name every drink on the menu. My order was read back to me which included an extra bread and an extra sauce and when I received my food, there was no extra sauce. I kept trying to get the attention of the server through the drive-through and she ignored me until I sat there for a while, and I informed that I did not receive my extra cane sauce and another lady from the back came and shoved it out the window and stated because they didn't charge me for the sauce that's why .
