First time here. I heard great reviews on TikTok so I wanted to try it out. I went through the drive thru to order the #5. The lady taking my order was unfriendly and pushy. When placing the order I said no onions or pickles and to add bacon. She responded with, "Cheese?" I said "Um.." (not even 3 seconds) then she goes "It's yes or no." I then say no. Once I get to the window, she shoved the food in my face without taking my payment first. Ok... I give her my card and when she returns it, I politely tell her to have a great day. She grunts. Not sure what her deal is, but the customer service sucked. I also have pickles on my burger when I clearly said no pickles and also no bacon was added. Was the food good? It was delicious. Burger 9/10 and fries 8/10. Would I return? Not to this location.

One of the best burger joints in town!!! It is their second location and it is very nice. The restaurant is very clean and the diner style seats give it a diner feel.The staff is very friendly and welcoming. Their menu is huge, but very simple to navigate, from burgers, burritos, chicken sandwiches, pastrami, and breakfast...We really enjoyed the taste of the food, the patty of the burger was tastefull and juicy, the bun is excellent too, the chicken tenders were perfectly cooked with the excellent breading. They were our favorite. The fries were perfectly seasoned ,crispy and soft on the inside. You can't go wrong with anything on their menu. Get either their double cheeseburger or Original R burger! - our favorite too. They have the best happy hour menu and the best lunch specials! It is definitely a great place for the value! We highly recommend it!!!

My boyfriend was craving a burger while we were doing some shopping and I saw that they had a $4 happy hour! I thought why not give this place a try. :) We went through the drive thru. They offer breakfast, burgers, loaded fries, tacos, sandwiches. We loved it, we got the $4 burger and $4 tacos. The burger was big, fresh, and juicy. And the tacos had a really good taco sauce on it. I thought it was better than Jack n the box and in n out. The service was fast. I Can't wait to be back and try some other items on their menu.

It's SO GOOD we went twice in one week! R Burgers is simply delicious! You can taste the difference between the burgers served here & other fast food places! It is a bit more on the pricier side compared to other burger joints but it's worth it for the quality.They have Wide selection of made to order & hearty specialty burgers! Great service from staff and very clean inside the restaurant!The carne asada fries are a must order, they don't skimp out on the beef and no fatty, stringy, ground beef there it's nicely seasoned and not drowning in sauce! Oh and the Guac is freshly made! Def my favorite!

A perfect spot to have a quick and easy meal. This location is right in the middle of a big commercial property area. They have the happy hour from 2 PM to 4 p.m. that includes chicken strips, burgers, chili cheese fries, and ice cream shakes. They are pretty quick and you can get your meal within minutes.I have never waited longer than two minutes to get my meal The lunchtime hours are busy and the parking lot is super small. Other than that, this is my go to drive-through.

The chicken tenders were spectacular. Hand breaded, huge portions of juicy all white chicken meat. Everything tasted fresh, even the included ranch dipping sauce tasted great. The fries were above average as well. I did try the burger and while it was good, it was a bit messy to eat and not as memorable as the chicken tenders. They are a bit on the pricey side, but well worth it.

This store just recently opened and its our first time to try it. I ordered the patty melt and omg! It is so good! I was impressed! My husband ordered the R Burger with zucchini sticks and he loved it! The place is so clean and the staff are so friendly. Will be coming back!
