I've been coming to Pullman since they have opened and I love all the changes and updates they've made since then. Their sandwiches are still as good as they were since day 1 and I love all the newer additions like the pork bao (new fav), beef curry bun and snow crab croquette. There are also onigiri and bento boxes available as well. I loved the different sweeter options like the strawberry parfait and will be aiming to get the Mont Blanc next. They freshly slice your bread if you purchase a loaf as well. The team there is super kind and helpful. The store is clean and very aesthetic and easy to browse. They even have some Japanese snacks available for those who may be looking for them. Overall - Pullman is still great and a place I love to stop by when I'm in the area!

Onigiris!!! I tell you the have the best ones yet! The shrimp tempura and spicy chicken Onigiris are my favoriteeeee! Such a great quick snack. If you are ever in the area definitely check this place out. They are 24/7 - Lots of options of Japanese pasties and sandwiches. The service is great, the ladies are so nice and patient. They are also quick to serve considering this is such a small store they would need to keep the line moving. Lots of parking out door and no seating inside. I can't wait to be back and get my fave lunch snack!

First of all, it's 24 hours! If you're craving for a midnight snack, go on in! They have all sorts of delicious options. Sweet, & savory treats, Sandwiches, desserts, pastries & onigiri. It's a must try, when you come to Las Vegas. The staff is extremely friendly right when you enter in.There are options to choose right when you walk into the bakery. The atmosphere of the bakery is like a nook with hidden gems. I drive 14 miles when I'm craving for a snack & Pullman is my choice for so many reasons. Did I mention it's 24 hours?!? It's a wonderful place to grab a snack, any time of day.

I was craving a dessert and came across this spot... I got the strawberry shortcake dessert and my husband got the egg Sandwich. Both items were delicious. I wanted to try other items but I'll wait til next time. Service was quick. Lots of parking but a small space... just enough for a glass case full of bread and other desserts. Give this place a try.

I had shrimp tempura rice ball and apple bread I forgot the name. I liked Apple bread. It was so good. I hope it was bigger though. I haven't been there for a long time. The store layout was changed a little bit They looked better. I didn't know they opened 24 hours.

Ok, listen up folks, because I'm going to tell you right here, right now, how AMAZING Pullman Bread was. They have THE best sweets in all the Las Vegas valley and on Blue Diamond Road.Pullman Bread is home to a bunch of Japanese sweets, not just bread. And apparently, they are (were?) part of Uno Katso Sando located next door, which I believe is also a Japanese restaurant. Kyle looked up Uno on his phone and told me that they had closed down permanently. Besides all these sweet treats that they have on display, they also have various lunch items. One lunch item that I saw was a tuna sandwich, which was small in quantity but looked big in flavor. We ordered the following - a mango dessert cup, a strawberry dessert cup (topped with their own fruit, blueberries and filing in the middle), and a chocolate criolla (sp?) sponge cake with strawberry filling in the center. Immediately when we got home, I devoured that mango dessert cup and chocolate cake in less than an hour. Talk about sweet and savory at the same time. The mango sponge cake just made it even sweeter! Kyle said that he wants to come back to Pullman Bread just to have their strawberry dessert cup again, as strawberry is one of his favorite flavors out there.Bonus: they're open 24/7! So if you're in need of some bread or other type of sweet at 1:00am, then you're in luck!

Breakfast in Las Vegas, Nevada...Our friend, Cece, flew over from Northern California to spend the day with us. We asked her: what's on your list of places to visit in Vegas? One of the stops included:Pullman BreadI vaguely remembered reading Jessica P.'s review - and how thrilled she was to have Japanese goods that reminded her of when she lived in Japan. I went on to read Terri C.'s review and learned the history of the name of this Japanese bakery... George Pullman found out that three loaves of this bread could fit more efficiently into the same space as two loaves of round top loaves in the kitchens of the Pullman Railway system!Ah... Our turn to make foodie discoveries...The free parking was much appreciated! The interior of the shop was like being in Japan because of the decor... especially the zen garden and bonsai tree!I started grabbing pastries when I realized that the efficient, polite worker will collect items for customers. Sorry! We got two musubi: beef Wagyu and Grilled Salmon. We also got a Apple Filled Bun, Salty Buttery Bread with Garlic, and a Hawaiian Breeze Butter Mochi. All items were delicious, but our favorite was the Salty Buttery Bread with Garlic, followed by the Apple Filled Bun!We're so happy that we had a chance to try Pullman Bread and hope to return soon!Thank you, Cece, for suggesting this stop!

I just realized I should have taken a picture of their new Cheese Hotdog, but I ate it. Although the Hotdog and the crispy melted cheese that surrounds the thing with a hint of mustard is always a safe bet, it is the bread that give you a whole new appreciation for quality baking. They know its, and not afraid to show it considering its more 50% of the entire dish. Thank You, Jesus for the recommendation.
