Wolfgang Puck With this saying in mind, this little place has Italian to the extreme. Expect the best and its close to the nest. You can eat it here or have it to go! Pizza with everything made here. The pizza sauce is made in house too. Need some really good meat cuts and cheese. Stop in here and support your local business with the best cold cuts to go. The spaghetti and again, in house made red sauce is all deliciousness. Enjoy a container of red sauce to go too! Italians may not fuss over their food, but dessert is always the best. Need a cannoli. Should I have to mention that they of course include fresh made cannolis filled with the best creme and chocolates all over the outside. Can you taste it now? Come and try. The tiramisu is tantalizing too. Let's talk cappuccinos! It's smooth and simple with milk. What's better than pure espresso and your choice of milk a little dry. No sugar is needed, the cappuccino is that smooth. Sit back and sip away or grab it to go for a little quick kick in your step. Are you looking for dinner? Who wants to cook at the end of the week? Call ahead and have that pizza ready. The pepperoni pizzas served here are delicious, but are personal size. So for the two of you make sure and order too. The salads are delicious too, make sure and ask for extra olives. The Italians are known for olives. Can you taste it now . The dressings are fresh and of a greater quality that you cannot believe. Why not add your favorite pasta too! No cooking in our home tonight because we're dining out. One thing that Italians fuss over is the cappuccino. Explore the full menu of caffeinating beverages they have to offer. This is a a wonderful spot to just drop in and pick up your favorite coffee or cappuccino while your out and about throughout your day.What's not to love? The ambiance is exceptional, the beauty of the employees is exceptional and the food is beyond amazing. We always take our food home, but you could pull up a chair and stay a while. This was my third visit to Prosecco Italian Osteria. The food quality and taste was excellent on each visit; however, I received the three levels of service at each sitting (excellent, good/fair, and poor). Will I go back? Yes, I'll go back but when I can be patient with the staff.My last visit was December 31, 2024. Upon arrival, I was greeted and seated at a comfortable table in the back ( as I requested). I was quickly offered a bag of homemade bread and a delicious mixture of olive oil, crushed olives and anchovies; trust me, it was delicious. My server asked me what I wanted to drink, and I said water. No attempt to upsell me was made,, because I was open to purchasing an imported bottled water. Their pasta is homemade, so I ordered a tomato based sauce. I also felt like pizza, so I ordered the Margarita pizza. I figured I could take the leftovers home if I couldn't finish it.. The pasta was cooked al'dente (the way I like it), and the rustic tomato sauce was very good. The pizza had a thin crust and folded in the hand nicely. It, too, was very good, but I couldn't finish it all.After finishing, I sat there for just a few minutes when my waiter walked by and said, "Would you like a box?" I said, "Sure." Moments later, he dropped off a Styrofoam box AND THE CHECK! I said, "Is this going to work with the pizza?" as I pointed to the small Styrofoam box. He said, "Yeah, I would do it, but I'm not allowed to touch the food." as he walked away. I stacked the pizza in the Styrofoam box and placed my credit card in the bill tray. I thought to myself, "This waiter has missed all sorts of opportunities to upsell me. He didn't offer me bottle water, dessert, or even a cup of coffee after my meal...all of which I would have ordered if offered." It actually worked out fine for me. I went down the street and had a cup of coffee and a pastry. Conclusion: The food was good on each of my visits. The service, however, is served like kitchen sink tap water: either hot or cold.

Only went here for dinner because it was my friend Laura's turn to choose the restaurant. In preparation, I re-read my previous reviews and knew the one item with which we were happy (chicken thigh scarp--something), the items which were "meh" and the truly bad items. I love Linguine and Clams, so ordered that. It smelled fishy, which can only mean one thing: the clams were not fresh. Also, the dish itself (the sauce, I'm guessing because I don't know how pasta could actually smell) smelled badly. I couldn't decide if it was burnt oil or dirty oil. Maybe it is, once again, that they don't use a high-quality EVOO here. Perhaps some inexpensive, low-end olive oil. When we got home, as soon as we walked in the door, my husband said that that was the worst lasagna he's ever had; it was mushy and flavorless. When he wants lasagna, we normally go to The Bootlegger Bistro. He believes theirs is the best lasagna in town. Service was very good, actually, although I once again had to request a spoon so that I could twirl the linguine. Why they don't serve "spaghetti spoons" with bowls of pasta is beyond me. I can't speak to the price because it was Laura's turn to pay.But no matter how good the service (and this wasn't stellar, just good or maybe very good), if the food sucks, the restaurant sucks. We go for the food, not the service. My dish (linguine and clams) literally stunk and my husband's lasagna was the worst he's ever had -- in over 70 years, I might add. I have no idea why others rate this place so highly. I just don't get it.

What a great Italian place to eat!!! So delicious! Tastes like you're in Italy. Everything is home made including the desserts. It's a Family owned business from Italy. A mom, dad and daughter!Witness to The American Dream!

This is the sister restaurant to the Prosecco at Pebble and Eastern in Las Vegas. The location is in the Vons shopping center so there is ample well lit parking at night and ample parking during the day as well.We have been here a few times and have enjoyed the service and food every time. While it is a smaller quaint location, the service and food does not disappoint.Tonight's visit included a Beet salad and chicken parm. The salad was loaded with beets and was fresh and tasty. The lettuce was crisp and delicious.The chicken parm came hot and ready to eat. While the chicken was slightly overdone in my opinion, the dish was still good. The pasta was tender and flavorful and the chicken itself had good flavor as well. Prosecco is not overly noisy and it wasn't overly crowded either. One word of advice to the ownership and staff, nobody wants to come into a restaurant and while eating, watch Gordon Ramseys kitchen nightmares. I don't want to watch rotten food on a big screen while I'm trying to enjoy my meal and I don't want to see substandard kitchen practices and walk in practices either. It's off putting for sure. Make better choices as to what is on your televisions while customers are there eating.

Stopped in for a bite around three in the afternoon. Small but nice place with a cozy feel, and the waiter was very attentive and knowledgeable about the food. They brought an olive oil dipping sauce that had all manner of seasonings in it, along with a small bag of bread. The bread was delicious, and the olive oil mixture was good, but I added plenty of red pepper flakes for more flavor. I ordered the three meatballs which was flavorful and very delicious. I'll be back!

Last time I was here it was for lunch service. Decided to come for dinner with some friends!Our waiter was fantastic and took excellent care of us. We sat in the back area, though the patio was open and I wish we would have sat out there! It was a beautiful night. But anyway, our server came over and read us the special and Lobster Mac & Cheese was on there for $19! How was I not supposed to get that?! We also ordered the artichoke and that came with such a delicious sauce. It was so good.The lobster mac and cheese should be added to the menu for sure! I will say, it wasn't a lot but it was SUPER filling, so definitely enough food for me. They also give you a bag of bread to start with some dipping sauce, too, which is also so good.For dessert, I ended up ordering the cannoli and all my friends did, too, haha! The cannoli came with chocolate sauce on top, a cherry and whipped cream. I usually just like my cannolis plain but this was still a very good cannoli! I would definitely come back here again for dinner with my husband made for a date night!

The employees that work here are sooo incredibly sweet! The woman taking our order was very patient with us and explained some things on their menu. We ordered our food to go, so we waited at one of their tables until our order was ready. We were offered water multiple times while waiting and checked on by the staff, which is super sweet! I ordered the soppressata panini. The only thing I will say is that I wish there was more in the actual sandwich, just cause I felt like I was eating more bread. However, the sandwich itself was very tasty. I did enjoy it and would order it again! My fiancé had the prosciutto parma which was very good! Nice salty taste without it being too much. We both enjoyed it. Will definitely be back!

I can't thank Bobby enough for the recommendation of meats and cheeses when I said I wanted to make a Stromboli! I said give me what you think would be delicious! And this was amazing. Not sure what he sliced, but it was a flavor bomb!!!! Always get their ricotta as well. Don't be shy to ask for recommendations. They know what they are doing!!!

Stopped in for a coffee and a to go sandwich. The staff here is nice! The restaurant is clean and the food was delicious! I also love that you can buy fresh made pasta to go! I ordered the caprese sandwich and it was delicious! I was so full I could not even eat the soup I also ordered!! So now I have lunch for tomorrow. lol
