Pretzeland hit the spot! This Pretzeland is located in The Shoppes at Mandalay Place between the Mandalay Bay and Luxor hotels. My bf and I had dinner reservations but needed a quick snack to hold us over for 2 hours so we headed to Pretzeland and ordered 2 pretzels. Service was great and most importantly, the pretzels were delicious! They had a crisp and crunchy shell and were soft and chewy inside. Prices were very reasonable. Pretzeland ranks right up there with Wetzel's Pretzels and Auntie Anne's.

Okay, never did I ever think I would be reviewing a pretzel shop but man, are these pretzels amazing. Seriously THE best pretzel I have ever had. (I may not be a pretzel expert) It's such a whole in the wall in the mall, we were just walking around and though to get a pretzel since we saw it there and it was the best decision during my trip to Vegas. Highly recommend this place. And the jalapeño cheese was a great condiment for the pretzel.

Monte Carlo is surprisingly one of the hotels that I frequent often on the Strip, probably because I love the hotels on this side of the Strip (Cosmo/Aria/Mandarin/NYNY? Yesssss please)I typically go to the Starbucks located right by Pretzeland but one day I noticed how so many people would stop by and buy a pretzel that I got jealous and wanted to try it out too!Food-wise, no complaints here! I was able to try the pepperoni poppers, pepperoni pretzel, cinnamon pretzel, and their lemonade. The pretzels were just as expected- warm, oily (in a good way), and so tasty while the lemonade was super sweet.Service-wise was where it was weird. While waiting in line, the lady in front of me was taking to the cashier for a pretty long time. The cashier was very much engaged in their conversation. What I thought was interesting was when it was my turn at the counter, it seems that all the life left her. I tried to be nice but it was pointless. The conversation was very stoic. When ordering my drink, she asked me if I wanted the regular or the large. Right when I picked the regular size, she took it back and said they only have one size available... (?!?!) Then why offer the option?Weird experience but maybe I'll come back the next time I'm craving pretzels on the Strip!

What's not to like about this place. Sort of an Auntie Anne's knock off in the corridor between Mandalay Bay and Luxor. A bunch of cool high-end shops and this place delivers pretzels and pretzel dogs and pretzel bites and whatever else your pretzel heart desires.Had the salted pretzel and it was delicious. Only serve Pepsi in this place, so no monster drinks. Bummer.

I came to this Pretzeland location (which is actually located in the Luxor Hotel and not wherever the heck this pinpoint is on the map) for a late night meal around 11:00pm because everything else was closed.I don't know what happened to Las Vegas being "the city that never sleeps" because it was sleeping on Thursday night when I flew in. Every restaurant in the airport was closed, as well as every place in the Luxor Hotel except for this cute little pretzel stand. I actually think that they were technically closed too when I got there, but that one girl wanted to help sell the last few pretzels while the other one cleaned the booth. The people in line ahead of me got the last plain pretzel, so I took a cup of their Pretzel Bites and added Honey Mustard Dipping Sauce. The girl who help me at the register was super SUPER nice and sweet and made me feel welcome. She suggested that I add a water for $1.00 more (which I did) and my whole order came to $7.55. I liked the pretzels (they were hot and fresh) and the honey mustard wasn't bad as well.I ALWAYS have to get honey mustard sauce with my pretzels.I would definitely come here the next time I am in Las Vegas! Between the great service, delicious pretzels, and good prices it's a great find!

Terrible customer service. The cash register Bimbo will deliberately add extras with informing you that theses are extra $. It goes like this "What kind of dipping sauce would you like " That insinuates that it comes with your order but it doesn't. Beware. And after asking several questions that she condescendingly answered I still got the wrong Bites. I left the next day but if I'd had more time would have gone back & sorted (her) it out!

Really great pretzels. Better than Aunties - tender and fresh, very hot. They have frozen yoghurt and gelato, too, with fresh toppings. We had pistachio with coconut toppings.

Good late evening snack for our first night of our trip, but they gave my husband cinnamon pretzels when he asked for sour cream and onion!
