I came to get an anklet fixed and although it was cheap to get done, I didn't want to wait 10 days to get it fixed. I told the guy I would take it somewhere else in which he responded "I don't know where else you'll get it fixed". Kinda a smart remark if you ask me considering there are 5 other jewelry stores next to this one. I took it to Jared down the street and it'll be done in two days. A bit more pricey but I don't trust someone with my jewelry sitting around that long.

I absolutely LOVE this little jewelry shop! Donna is super sweet and knowledgable and the jeweler is absolutely amazing. We took my antique engagement ring in to have it fixed after one of my diamonds fell out and the jeweler took his time to explain everything he was going to do and he really treated my ring like the treasure that it is! We went to another jewelry store, before taking my ring to Prestige, and the gentleman said that my ring wasn't even worth fixing. This jeweler not only fixed my ring to perfection but also made it look insanely sparkly in about a day! I will definitely be going back for any of my jewelry needs. They're friendly, quick, and trustworthy!

STOP THIEF ....... now let me qualify this by explaining I went in and bought a necklace. Very happy with it. They seem nice and friendly. I decided to go back in with some stones that I had and gold to be placed into a ring, although I do like the ring I paid extremely way too much for it and was never told the gram weight don't understand why you would not want to do that, but besides that I convinced a girlfriend of mine to go in and have some thing made as well. She had a ring made we went in to see it. I hate to say it, but it was horrific, not only was it not good she was told it would be 14 g of gold. It was not it was six he want her to pay $2200 for this she already put down 1100 she explained this is not what , they agreed-upon it looked basic not to mention it look more like he just ordered it out of a book. He refused to give her back Her money then went on to say that she didn't have anything in writing. the jewelry business is where you have to have trust , I need to trust you to give me a fair and honest deal, especially when I'm commissioning you with my own diamonds or stones, or whatever. trust that you will do what we agree upon and be honest, and apparently he is not. so the moral of the story is be very careful who you give your money and make sure they will stand behind their work. I would've been a lot of business for him , I have lots of jewelry and stones and things that I would like to have made into more modern or update or whatever but he is not an honest person.

This jeweler was recommended to me by one of my clients. I wanted a custom ring that I designed myself. The owner, Grant, created a rendering to show me how he will create the ring, and it came out beautiful! I got the ring and it is amazing! I get lots of compliments everytime I wear it!

Over priced. Dishonest. If you do go in get every detail in writing. I had a custom ring made that was nothing like what was discussed. Also the amount of gold used was not even close to what was discussed for the price. I asked for a refund. Was told no, only store credit. Which was not said to me and nowhere on the receipt does its state that.

September 2021 my then fiancé came into this shop to see if I could replace a some gem stone in a $125 engagement ring we got from kohl's and to look for a cheap wedding band. As soon as we walked in I figured we would need to go somewhere else because this place was going to be out of our price range. We still figured we'd ask about the gem stones, they very politely told me my ring was cheap and wasn't worth the fix, instead of turning us away, they asked how much we spent on the ring and gave us a beautiful set with a wedding band for the same price we bought the other one for. Over the next year I had some how bent the ring from work and working out, I loved the ring and didn't want to ever take it off. We went in today (October 2022) to see if it could be fixed, before anything she tried to fix the ring after a few minutes she told me unfortunately I had ruined the ring and it couldn't be fixed. AGAIN, she didn't turn us away, she went over to her case and GAVE me a replacement ring. I am so blown away by her generosity! We went in expecting to get an estimate to fix the ring and walked out with a beautiful brand new ring, she even let me keep my broken one. I will be suggesting this jewelry shop for the rest of my life. My husband and I left in tears of gratitude, I pray for the biggest and best blessings to come their way.

I love this jewelry store. I had a beautiful ring made there and have had several repairs on very fine items. The service is also fabulous--everything was done and returned on schedule.I highly recommend this store.
