For our family's holiday dinner, we decided to eat in instead of paying overpriced meat at a restaurant and bought our own quality meat here. It was the best decision. The store had everything we were looking for from galbi to pork belly. You can taste the quality difference compared to a supermarket. The cuts were perfect and the portion was just enough. You will end up paying less per person than you would have spent at a Korean bbq restaurant. It's located in a busy shopping center where there were plenty of parking spaces available for a pick-up. The service was quick and attentive, which I appreciated more during a busy holiday season.

So one of the things I miss the most after moving to Vegas is a dedicated Korean style meat/butcher shop. I had been doing all my shopping at Greenland but it wasn't the same level of premium quality that I had found in the bay area and others. One lucky afternoon, I decided to grab some lunch at Café Sanuki and upon pulling into the market I noticed in the distance Korean characters pointing to a meat market. This immediately peaked my interest so I made my way over to check it out. This joint is nestled in between honey pig and co ahn and can be easy to miss given how small the storefront is.When I walked in the layout is simple. There are some meat items in the freezer on the right with brisket, pork jowl, intestine, etc., a fridge on the left with some side dishes and a few assorted items, and then directly ahead a counter with a bunch of premium meat products like short rib, marinated bulgogi and galbi, and other cuts as well. It seems they also double up and offer some "to go dishes" for lunch orders like combo boxes, fried chicken, etc. for those interested. The service both times I have been has been absolutely delightful and the quality here and selection is enough to make any meat fan happy. In my last few visits, I have picked up the wagyu brisket, the unmarinated short rib, rib finger, and of course the ribeye. All is perfect for a light grill and then some salt... absolute perfection. The quality is absolutely top notch and I have enjoyed every single cut so far. There is definitely a premium for the price but you are really getting what you pay for. The marbling is perfect and spot on and the tenderness is absolutely on point. This is a solid shop that deserves more press. Definitely check it out as they have just recently opened and of course are a small shop worth the support.

I'm a regular customer at Premium Meat Market now because of the high quality of their meats and exceptional service. It's a very small, Korean owned butcher shop/to-go eatery that sells primarily beef, pork, fish (mackerel), assorted banchan, and fried chicken. There is also a limited selection of Korean snacks, but I didn't look closely at those. I usually get the marinated beef and pork that are already sliced thin as well as the frozen ham hocks and beef femur bones. I was happy that they were more than willing to cut the large bones down to the smaller size that I wanted. I think the meat here is of much better quality than the nearby Asian or American grocery stores. I really enjoyed their fried chicken nuggets (which looked more like large popcorn chicken), too, which were deliciously crispy and not too greasy. I haven't tried the fried chicken wings yet, but that's next on my list! Besides the typical Korean dishes, the menu includes a variety of other options like shrimp fried rice, fish cutlet, and teriyaki chicken. Very friendly, good English speaking, authentic Korean food, clean interior, no tables so take out only, plenty of parking, and prices are reasonable. Menu items are cooked to order in an open kitchen. Call ahead for pick up because it can feel cramped inside!

Went to co ahn next door for some food and saw this new place open. So I went in not expecting anything and the owners are so welcoming and the meat and stuff they sell looks so good. I was gonna order some fried chicken wings and he brought me some of their fried nuggets to try. They use some good chicken and it's fried so darn well I had to order it. I highly recommend getting this nuggets, but I'm sure any chicken you get will be so bomb.
