Popeyes Louisiana Kitchen

12:05 on a Sunday, I stand at the counter along with another customer who walks away, and I watch the staff and manager leaning on the counter in back eating and chatting and looking at each others phones, knowing myself and another customer were standing there. Finally the girl in the orange shirt makes her way to the counter to take my order, still chewing food. I give her my order, repeating myself as she only half listens. As I'm doing this, the manager walks up and holds her cell phone in front of the girl who's taking my orders face, and starts saying something to her. This is all in the middle of me trying to order. Now I know, it's fast food and expectations are low, but I've never been shown such disrespect. I immediately walked away. This will be barked up the chain come Monday.

Manager had her back to the counter was to busy talking in Spanish, the guy working behind and the lady looked me in the eye and did nothing... waited about 10 min...then I yelled so someone would acknowledge me...I'm beginning to think it was an anti Asian thing...then she looks at me like I'm stupid...then I say what's someone got to do to get service I've been waiting 10 minutes? She still looks at me like I'm an idiot...so I'm pissed and said bitch where the manager( yes I was wrong) but horrible service...then she says she has the right to refuse service...I ask her where does it say that...she says I can do what I want I'm the manager...so I said call the boss she doesn't do anything... she just refuses to serve me...horrible service...I really think it's an Asian thing...they think we are all passive...

This Popeyes is horrible!!! I ordered from here and my order was completely terrible and not edible!! I ordered 12 wings and French fries... the chicken and fries were old and hard and just absolutely disgusting!!! I would NEVER order from here again!!! I wish I could give this place zero stars!!!

No service, no greeting. Cashier stands at the register with back towards customers. Cashier turns around, notices there is a line, but suddenly turns away and does not ask if they are ready to order. Customers stands around for five minutes waiting for service.It is a Tuesday after Memorial Day holiday. A chicken sandwich is ordered and an employee barks by saying there is "No" chicken sandwich.It's the beginning of the week. Really? No chicken sandwich???Rude, disgusting, awful service and experience.I have read the other reviews and it's so sad to have this establishment at Galleria Mall with it's current staff and employees. I recommend the manager be the first to be removed and replaced with professional work ethics.This location requires an audit, review, assessment, and investigation.

Decided to try two kinds of wings:  Signature and Ghost Pepper.  Didn't care for the Signature as they reminded me of Extra Crispy at KFC and I'm an Original Recipe fan.As far as the Ghost Pepper, I was expecting something hot but there was zero zip to it.  None.  I'm not a guy looking for something to burn my mouth off but I did want some heat and this didn't have any.  However, the sauce did have a different taste that I liked.

This location closed early because they ran out of chicken. I went back the next week and they were closed early again.

The food was kinda bad and the barbecue sauce is the worst and the service is bad because they give a little bit of sauce to you when you ask for anything they give a little bit of respect I rather not eat here the place is kinda messy with employees and staff but in my opinion I would not eat here unless you like bad food

one of the managers was on the phone on speaker phone while she was taking orders. it was her personal phone, so i can't be sure how important it was for her to be talking to whoever it was while she had customers waiting. she tried getting to the girls behind me before she got to me. absolutely ghettooooooo
