Poor Boy Comics

I recently went to Las Vegas and decided to go to this comic book store .. at first I wasn't going to go because of the yelp reviews . But then I saw them on TikTok I found out they're under New ownership and they have amazing reviews .. I purchased several items and I placed some orders . I'm extremely happy with my purchase .. I'll definitely purchase again

Do not do any business with this shop I'm leaving this review so no one else's can be screwed over like my son has. This shop has lied and deceived my son, my son brought in his Pokémon cards to mike so he can get them graded from cgc that was two years ago 2021 every time we reached out to him he would have a different excuse. So we recently reached out to him actually going to the shop and he gave us back un graded Pokémon card saying that they were upgradable so we waiting two years for nothing. We also reached out to cgc and they stated it would never take two years to grade three cards we also asked cgc what makes a card upgradable they stated if the card is ripped or not genuine which the cards that were given to him were pulled from target packs. We know what really happen to my sons cards, you either never sent them in and sold them, or you got them back in with good grades and sold them, that is why it's taking this long for you to replace them. You still continue to lie and give excuses to my son Shame on you on to doing this to kids. Please do not do business with this shop!!!!!!!

In school a student is graded traditionally by their test scores. Comics are graded by the mastery of fine detail and vivid imagination. In the sense of the comics itself as well as the artistry behind the comic art. Tonight, Owner Mike took the time to assess my personal collection of comics. Pointing out the grade worthy issues. A process of preservation safekeeping and appraisal for gem standard comics. I reciprocated by photographing a few of his showcased items. Because a comic book can sometimes be judged solely by its cover. As comic art is a variety of visual information used to enhance the viewers perspective. Enhancing their ability to see the things they are looking at. And that itself is a form of schooling for the Mastery of Arts

Purchased a Nightmare on Elm Street character...left the store for approximately 6 minutes. I sent a picture to my daughter and she notified me that she already had the character..went back into the store to make a return. I was told by the employee that the store doesn't conduct returns or exchanges. I wasn't even given a receipt or anything...not going to be a future customer

discovered poorboy comics on TikTok and the reviews were so great so i had to check it out myself. they have a huge selection and it was easy to find and buy exactly what i was looking for. the customer service is great and so are the products! definitely purchasing from poor boy comics again and i can't wait to go to vegas to see the massive store!!

Man this was the worst customer service experience I've ever had. I preordered Pokemon Celebrations in July for it to release at the beginning of October. The release date passed, no tracking or messages. Two weeks passed, nothing. I reached out and got a response saying they'd be shipping soon. THREE weeks pass, still nothing so I reach out again and recieved a message that it would ship the next Tuesday. FOUR weeks pass and that Tuesday comes and goes. NOTHING. Something tells me that they didn't even have the product in hand and that they took preorders without knowing their allocation numbers. Maybe great for comics locally, not gonna knock them there, but DON'T PREORDER WITH THEM. Had to literally link an FTC web page about complaints and fraud to get my refund.

Great customer service and great prices.I have bought multiple figures from here and it's one of the best places to go to if you like comics or figures. 10/10 recommend!

No greetings, or offer of assistance. After looking around and wanting to get something still no offer of help, we ended up walking out while already down the hall the staff yelled out at us goodbye. Like what was the point.

Awful experience. They said they were interested in buying some comics but it was a complete bait and switch on the price. Can't trust them. Sad.
