Stopped in, large selection, easy shopping, fast check out. I got a great jacket for my husband, and a perfect pair of chucks for me. Great price, they were like brand new maybe worn once- I get so many compliments on them. Can't wait to come back and try my luck again.

What an awful display of customer Service at this location. The girls are rude and forget they work at an upcycled thrift store. As I walked into a completely empty store none of them tried to open the door for me as they all watched me struggle with a box full of items to bring in. One attendant was hell bent on having a "state ID" which I didn't have on me because my arms were so fun on the way in. Only to completely get my name wrong after possessing said ID. I was surprised they only care about Items with a label on it. I was able to donate a very oldVictoria's Secret pull over with a missing draw string. Many other special piece from fashion nova,TJ Max etc were denied because of their branding I'm guessing. Don't have high hopes for quality items or goodService inside the storeIt's no wonder I didn't see ANY patrons when I went in to drop off or pick up my items

I sell to Plato's, Buffalo and crossroads all the time. But when this particular girl does the buying she doesn't even go through any of it! She's awful and it's always when she's around. She obviously doesn't know anything about fashion since she's always wearing a dated coach necklace. She's never friendly always unimpressed and always looks likes she's counting down the time to get off the clock! If you see her come back some other time! Horrible employee do better Plato's! Your Henderson location is fabulous! This one stinks no wonder it closed down before! Looks like it's going to happen again soon employing such lazy miserable staff!

As both a regular buyer and seller at Plato's, I'm disappointed to say today was the last time I'll ever visit this location. I have been here dozens of times between buying and selling items. I was so excited when they reopened. I've been to this location under previous ownership, and 3-4 locations in other cities. You can tell just by the worker how your experience will be. They are usually mean mugging you as soon as you walk in, and there is maybe ONE kind and enthusiastic employee. Not enough to balance out the crew.Between the hundreds of marked up, beat up, and SHEIN articles I've seen, I've only had 2 finds that were actually worth my purchase: Nike shorts marked $1 cheaper than the existing tag from the store, and a pair of Express jeans for $14.I have noticed shirts with $5 tags from Ross marked up to $7 at Platos, I've seen NV Energy employee polos (???), and I've seen filthy foot-stained shoes. The straw that broke the camels back was seeing they posted on Instagram they were accepting sweaters last night. I decided to wash up all of my least used sweaters and take them in after work. 5 sweaters/sweatshirts. Not a single one was bought. Their reasoning? "Stains". One was brand new, unworn, and freshly washed nonetheless. I asked her about it. "We have an overstock". Of the item they JUST posted they needed?!?!Mind you, the sweater I specifically asked about was brand new, selling for $60 at Francescas RIGHT NOW.Do not waste your time shuffling through their clothes. It takes an hour and a lot of digging.Do not waste your time selling either.

They are very picky and only took 1 thing out of 2 trash bags full of clean and not worn clothes.

Worst experience I've ever had in a resale shop. Merchandise on the floor was filthy and the staff was incredibly rude! They made agist comments about clothing I was looking to sell (they were never-worn garments from a17-year-old - like a pink floral bikini?) saying they aren't what a teenager would wear and were out of season as they were only taking Spring & Summer garments - um, do you wear a bikini in winter? Their website states to bring in all garments no matter what season it is for consideration. Get your stories straight, marketing and sales people and work on your delivery! Actually, I don't care as I will NEVER be back and want to tell everyone I know to avoid being treated rudely, enduring filthy used items and wasting time. Wait! Did I mention it was an hour for all this to transpire and my clothes and never-worn boots were thrown back into the bag like pieces of trash. It was not how they arrived.

Before I say any of this I want anyone reading to know that I'm not trying to be a "Karen" nor am I hurting for money but.....This place is a joke. DO NOT SELL YOUR CLOTHES HERE!!! You will get ripped off I promise you! As someone who has resold clothes for over 10 years this place is by far the worst "buy & sell" clothing store in Vegas. I was offered $30 for clothes & 4 pairs of vans that were basically new! All in their original boxes with $60-$70 price tags on each of them. I obviously don't expect to get a great offer but that type of lowballing is just disrespectful. If they were smart they would have offered me atleast $20 for each pair then resold them for $35-$40 and still made a profit. Instead they lost a customer that ACTUALLY KNOWS STYLE! I'm not saying the workers are to blame because I'm sure they are just doing what they are told, but to me it seems like they have an over abundance of trash clothing and they can't sell it, therefore they lowball sellers and don't buy many items. They claim to sell clothes that are "trendy and in fashion" but as I was looking through the store I saw nothing but bland & out of style clothing. You are better off going right next door to goodwill. Also I literally never write reviews unless I feel it's truly necessary but this place needs some serious help with how things are ran and because of that I'm sure they won't stay in business long - atleast under the current ownership. TRASH TRASH TRASH BUSINESS! NEGATIVE 1,000 STARS!!!!!!!!!!!

Plato's Closet is a great deal if you want to buy something but if you are selling it's not a good deal. Sadly you only get 20% for your clothes which means on average you are getting $2-4 dollars max on each item you sell. And that's the main reason why I don't sell here.Overall Plato's is a pretty neat store to browse through because occasionally you'll find a rare gem.I came in twice last week to find some baggy jeans and they are the only thrift-like store that sells that style. I paid $30 for 2 pair of jeans which isn't bad for the condition they were in. And also considering the outrageous prices for new jeans at the mall now going for minimum of $89-$99.Basically, if you wanna save money and still have updated style, I highly suggest you try Plato's closet for buying clothes, not necessarily selling. As far as customer service, it's a hit or miss depending on the person. The dressing room attendant was serious and not at all personable but the cashier who rang me up, I assume to be the manager was very friendly.Overall I highly recommend shopping at Plato's for great styles and deals if you want to save money on clothes! Thanks Plato's for adding extra style to my closet!

I brought in a FULL black trash bag with NWT Supreme, Coach, Rayban, and Comme des Garçons items in addition to like-new and gently used items from Target, Champion, American Eagle, Victoria Secret, Bridge by Gly, Hollister, and the list goes on. They proceeded to tell me my items were "too worn" and "outdated" yet when I poked around the racks, everything I saw WAY more worn than what I brought in. A very disappointing experience. Will not be donating or shopping there again if this is the standard.

The selection of clothes there is so low grade and dirty. Most of the stuff is VERY used. I saw a pair of jeans there that literally had poo stains on the butt!! GROSS!!! I'm not sure who decides what clothing they will buy- but they should be fired for that!I really wanted to like it- but it's no better than the goodwill!
