Great get away. Super relaxing and a lot of fun. Accommodations are all unique. Multiple pools and slides. Exercise room racquetball courts. Eclectic unique atmosphere. Great for groups or large families.

I've been here a handful of times with family, the water slides and pools are a blast!!! The rooms and the features like the gym are great too! My favorite thing by far though is the decor! So many fantastic pieces if art and memorabilia! When I'm here I really do feel like I'm swashbuckling right alongside Jack Sparrow!

A reservation was made in some mans name for a week using my credit card. They didn't bother checking the name on the card being used and when I brought it to their attention they still didn't care. On top of that they not only wouldn't return the money in full. They returned only half of the money charged. They showed zero remorse and treated me like it was my fault it happened at all.

they want $15,000 for 50 people minimum. I was told they had too many "hard" partiers and were thinking of banning alcohol.

I'd give zero stars if possible. I was extremely excited to get information so I could plan a huge family reunion here. I emailed Elite Getaways and received a response telling me to call for more information. I'm extremely hard of hearing and can not hear on the phone. I explained that to Shannon Bryant with Elite Getaways and let her know that email is the best form of conversation for me. The next response from her said 'it still needs to be a live conversation and to call.' Why would I call when I will not be able to hear anything that's being said? Why request that someone call after they have already explained that they can't hear? Very rude and unprofessional.
