We dined at Pine Bistro on a Saturday evening and had a lovely experience. This contemporary Mediterranean restaurant, located on Dean Martin Dr. in Southern Highlands, draws inspiration from Mediterranean and Lebanese cuisine. The ambiance is very nice--an open kitchen, an L-shaped bar, and a mix of table and booth seating create a welcoming and stylish space. There's also a cozy lounge area that adds to the charm. The decor is chic, with lush greenery hanging from the ceiling and adorning the back wall, complemented by elegant basket lamps that create a warm, earthy atmosphere. Authentic Middle Eastern music plays softly in the background, and the walls feature modern artwork that enhances the cultural vibe.Service was exceptional--friendly, professional, and incredibly attentive. A thoughtful touch was the complimentary baklava at the end of our meal as a welcome for being first-time guests. The cocktail selection is great. I tried the Orange Blossom Carajillo, and it was excellent. They also have a very nice wine list. Now, onto the food--everything was delicious! We started with the stuffed grape leaves, Lebanese cheese rolls, and Fattoush salad, all of which were fresh and flavorful. For the main course, I had the Branzino, which was beautifully presented and cooked to perfection. My family ordered the Chicken Shawarma Plate and Chicken Taouk Kabob, and they absolutely loved their meals as well.Overall we had a very nice dinning experience at this place. It's a great spot for an authentic Mediterranean meal, and we'll definitely be returning.

I love the ambiance of the restaurant, very modern and chic. The staff was kind. I'm pregnant, so didn't get any alcohol and was offered a mocktail. So kind! The food was delicious. The hummus was good. I've had better labneh but it wasn't bad. The baba ganoush was good and perfectly smokey. The stuffed grape leaves were fresh. The cheese rolls and calamari didn't seem to fit the Mediterranean theme but it was good. The fries were a bit too well done. The fatoush salad, usually a simple salad, had a bit of extra pizzaz and wasn't my favorite. The grilled branzino was delicious- perfectly seasoned. The meats were good too, but not my favorite though.Overall loved the appetizers & I definitely recommend the fish!

Dined here on Valentine's Day. The place was packed. We waited an extra 40 min past our reservation time slot which was expected being a holiday. We had a group of 6 people which also made it difficult to seat us being that most reservations were made by couples. The place is very nice. The food was unbelievably delicious! We ordered many different items to try and we were not disappointed. Fantastic food, drinks, dessert and ambiance. We will be frequent visitors.

Our third visit to Pine Bistro was mainly to sample another cocktail from their delectable drink menu. We had previously tried their late night menu of Beef Shawarma, Lebanese Cheese Rolls and Crispy Meat Pies. We love the food just as much as the modern Mediterranean ambiance. The Aperol Spritz was the perfect way to celebrate the end of my work week. The bartender prepared it exactly as described.

*** This review is for the Restaurant Week 2024 menu ***I had never heard of this restaurant until I saw it on the Restaurant Week list. After looking at the menu, I knew I had to try it. It's very near where I go to the Lebanese Food Festival every year.In looking at the RW menu, I was picking the things I wanted to try. After being seated and brought my iced tea, the server asked if I was ready to order. I started to pick out an item from each of the courses. She stopped me and said you get all of it. You don't have to choose! Win!I was soon brought hummus and pita bread. I started to enjoy the hummus and the pita lost its risen shape and was more flat but good. The hummus had a great texture and wonderful flavor. One of the best servings of hummus I have had.In a short time, the next course arrived. It consisted of three items--Lebanese cheese rolls, spinach pie, and kibbeh on a swirl of molasses and with pomegranate seeds. The cheese rolls were excellent. The spinach pie was a bit of a disappointment. It was dry except for the spinach. The kibbeh was good. The spiced ground beef was very tasty. Next came a sample of their kabobs that is called A'Alia. Their regular menu describes it like this: chicken taouk, kafta, filet mignonette, grilled prawn, grilled seasonal vegetables. served with rice and sauces. They were all grilled perfectly and the taste was good. It was nice to sample the different kabobs. Finally, dessert came. It was a mixed nut baklava along with some orange blossom ice cream that is made in house.Service was excellent. My server was very pleasant, explained each of the dishes she brought and gave me some information about when this bistro opened. This was a splendid way to start Restaurant Week. I'll come back for more of the Lebanese cheese rolls. They are food crack!

Absolute beautiful place with very nice environment .We were greeted kindly and friendly, also our table was ready even though we arrived early. They have very nice alcoholic/non-alcoholic beverage menu. But unfortunately whenever I chose a drink an ingredient was missed...The food is delicious and as Middle Eastern I can tell I have eaten the best grape leaf wraps at this place. The only thing that we were kind of feeling uncomfortable and worried were the wait times between each order. We really waited for pretty long time to receive each plate. Also, couple times our orders got mistaken with other tables, as well as other orders were mistakenly brought to our table... And the most important that we had 2 orders that the server was keep forgetting to put in. In one word the service really needs to be worked on, unless there was an occasion and they were tired or something, but we also noticed the servers do not communicate with each other...Otherwise it is a gorgeous place and I would definitely recommend

Came here for dinner. Valet only parking. Sat right down with our reservation. Service very good and excellent ambiance. Diverse menu. Price on the high side. Ordered a few IPA's. Mediterranean salad had fresh veggies, feta cheese and a good dressing but $17. Warm pita bread was $7 served plain. Chicken kabob with rice was very good but $27? Grilled Octopus was also very good and more reasonable at $23. Overall food was good, service was good and the ambience was good but prepare to spend some $$.
