First time here on Valentines Day, they do not allow self park so it was instant valet, which they are very courteous with. Already five star treatment. Walking in, there is such a warm and inviting glow to the place. Live jazz not too loud at all. We were early for a 9pm reservation but were seated within 10 minutes if that. Started with a lemon drop cocktail that was very skillfully balanced and a maple old fashioned for my date. Food was timed great and very fresh. Started with charcuterie & burrata. Entrees were specials of the night the Dover sole and veal. Then went for dessert even though the portions are very generous. They weren't advertising their rice pudding on their dessert display but we asked and they had it, ended up being complimentary. Servers were excellent and the place was pretty packed for the holiday evening.They handed out roses to all the ladies which some forgot theirs so they handed them all to me to take home! I only hope all the servers got to enjoy their holiday too. Just a great experience and worth the price, will definitely be back.

Flakes.. It was our mother's birthday. I vouched for this place!.. I loved it... They told me when I made the reservation days before "we stop seating at 9:30". On the night of, when I called to say we are late (9:10). Izzy gave me a hard time and said 9:30 "kitchen closes"...That is very different from stop seating! I asked 'which is it?" Izzy started backtracking and said "kitchen closes" but she would talk to the kitchen but they CLOSE at 9:30. So we canceled.. I am not going to rush Mama on her birthday. We would have been a great table.It irritates me because we had to scramble last minute for a place to eat for my mother's birthday. When I took the initiative to plan it out and suggest Pierro's. I discussed while making the reservation that we would be coming in around nine and they assured me that would be fine because the last reservation is at 9:30 and we wouldn't be rushed. Then when I call at 8:50 to say we're on our way, but we're gonna be late. I'm told not to come at all. Or if we do we better be ready to order because they're closing.

Piero's is right down the lane, we can walk in and crawl out if we want. I like the clear view of the convention center from the parking lot but I love the stone crab claws even better!

Pieros seems to be a mainstay even though it's so close to the strip and convention center. Locals and out of towners like to come here and for good reason.It's an old school Italian restaurant serving large portions with great service. Our entire party of 7 were very satisfied with all the food. The fish (halibut and salmon) were fresh. Scallopine marsala was super tasty. Pasta was cooked al dente.Do not pass up dessert and make sure to save room!

Piero's is the reason to visit Las Vegas! The food, the ambiance, and the hospitality are all equally perfect. We have never had anything less than a magical experience. Tonight we were served by Marty and Johnny, who were kind, gracious, and so lovely. We were celebrating a wedding, and Marty shared a wonderful story about how he met his wife. Johnny helped us choose the perfect meal. But honestly, you can't go wrong no matter what you order. We never miss a chance to visit this amazing restaurant!

It's got cred'.When asking around, "Where's a good place to eat?", many locals mentioned Piero's. It's easy to see why. The food goes way way beyond the Italian norm, with specialty takes on just about every standard. The waitstaff is knowledgeable, seasoned and ready to assist you in your little culinary journey. It was more than dinner...it was an event. What we had: CAESAR (5 stars) Our waiter called it a "garbage caesar" - as it added stuff like hearts of palm, artichoke hearts, avocado, tomatoes and more. DELICIOUS!!TRUFFLE CREAM ORECHIETTE (4) Super rich, cheesy and flavorful. In hindsight, I'd split this dish next time. EGGPLANT PARMESAN (4) THE MANHATTAN (rocks) (5) A good, solid pour.

As always, Piero's does not disappoint!! The food is phenomenal!! It's pricey, but we enjoy coming here for special occasions. As always, we started with the garbage Caesar salad. I could eat this every day - the shrimp, avocado, and hearts of palm elevate this over all other Caesar salads elsewhere. I had one of the specials, the halibut with risotto, which was very good - just the right seasoning on the fish and the risotto was cooked perfectly. I also added on a side of the linguine aglio olio, which is such a simple dish but so fabulous here. (another thing I could eat every day!!) The people dining with me had the veal chop, a solid specialty here at Piero's, and the filet mignon which was cooked just right. We shared the crispy potato wedges as well. I was skeptical the first time I ordered these (on a prior visit) as it seems silly to order glorified fries at an Italian restaurant but boy was I wrong. These potato wedges are so incredible!! They are seasoned with garlic and Parmesan and cooked so they are crispy on the outside, with the yummiest truffle aioli sauce. The service is always impeccable here. Servers are on top of it with quick refills on drinks and bread, attention to detail, and very friendly. The restaurant feels like there are some good stories in the walls. When it gets crowded, it can be a bit loud but in a fun Italian meal kind of way, if that makes sense. If you're looking for a special place for a delicious meal and excellent service, this is the place to be.
