Annie is amazing! She took our vision for our celebration and turned it into wonderful decor. She does great work and I recommend her to anyone looking for creative decorations.

I had an 80th birthday party for my mom, and the center focus was the AMAZING balloon set up from Picture Perfect Party Decor. From start to finished, they were very professional and communicative. Once we came up with a theme, I received a quote in a timely manner. Once my deposit was submitted, I received a mock up off the design. I was thrilled!! On the event day, they set up quickly but took great care with the details. Everyone was complimenting the stunning set up! I would recommend this company to anyone needing a beautiful balloon display! I also rented a gorgeous throne for my mom, and she was on cloud 9!!!!

I requested a Barbie themed set up for a bachelorette party I was hosting and they absolutely delivered. Not only was the set up stunning, but Annie and her team were so helpful, professional, and courteous. They went above and beyond to ensure I received exactly what I envisioned. They were able to set this up for us in our suite, which is not always easy to do in a Las Vegas hotel. 10/10 would recommend.

I have used Picture Perfect Party decor for many occasions throughout the past several months, and I have always been impressed by the pure inspiration and care invested in each piece. These ballon bouquets are gorgeous, they make a statement as a gift and children love them! They also last several days/ weeks sometimes! Especially during quarantine, we didn't have any guests for my 3 year old's birthday celebration. Annie really pulled through with an amazing Spiderman themed arrangement that totally made his day! I will be happy to continue to patronize this business for the foreseeable future for any special events. You will not be disappointed with her absolutely stunning creations!

Got very pleasantly surprised by a birthday themed set up made by Picture perfect. The durability snd attention to detail was above and beyond expectations. Everything is customizable, and i can see by their social media page, that the creativity has no boundaries. Highly recommend using them for what would be some high quality event enhancement!
